The four agreements


Book by Don Muigel Ruiz
Reading book, which could change many things in me and in my way of thinking, no matter of the circumstances...It`s called "the four agreements" and its wisdom from Don Miguel de Ruiz. I want to take notes here about it and also to try to follow one step "diary" which is the best way for me: and some simple rules. First notes from the book :
The four agreements, which can change your life are shortly :
1. BE PERFECT IN YOUR SPEECH/ WORDS
(it means to pay careful attention to all what you say, as it will affect on your life!)
2. DONT TAKE ANYTHING PERSONAL
(it means no matter what the "others" say, stay yourself in all situations, dont let another to "rule" or affect on you by any way, be hard in your personality and position!)
3. DONT MAKE SUGGESTIONS
(dont think "others"know u and can listen to your personal thoughts, thats why you have to make yourself as clear as possible to others, as they can`t know you so well, they are always affected from their emotions and moods)
4. DO THE BEST YOU CAN!
(that means in every situation, make all what u can, and all possible from you, dont underestimate yourself, dont do more than your possible energy, but do the best you can)

First step is to answer the question :
why we are not free :
(you can make separate topic or just write few sentences for yourself)

Then remember the WAYS to be free :
1. Control your mind ;
2. Control your emotions
3. Realize your skills (realize who you are and all your potential skills)
4. Skills of transformation : (how to change yourself, to escape from the "common")
5. Skills of intention : (it makes transformation possible, its the skill of love)

Every common man is a sick man, He cant be free from his emotional poison and his fears.
One of the functions in our brain is to transform the material energy into "emotional"
* the main function in our mind is to DREAM.
We have to face all our fears one by one like the heads of huge monster.
Only then we will be released.
So first step is to :
- make list of my fears;
- make list of things which make me happy
- make list of things which make me sad.
