Inner child & childhood trauma -I

 

We often hear about healing the “inner child”, wounded child and childhood trauma in spiritual circles. There are many different views on what is “inner child”, so I asked my angels for more details on this topic. Here is their message.

  ★Inner child is identity construct of the Soul –self. It is the state of Primordial soul before coming to this life (or dense matter).

    You need to be aware that your inner child has multiple levels of existence in different levels and dimensions. The child can also be called “child-Self” it is made up of all emotional, mental and spiritual bodies of You (Soul) when you were a child. That period is slightly different for each person, but usually encompasses the age between 3-4 and 12-13 years. The inner child Self is one living on the liminal space, or the verge before your mind being programmed of the duality world and social conditioning.

   You can imagine that the inner child lives out of the state of all norms and conditions, out of the “social prison” and therefore it is out of the state of understanding logic and mind.

   This child lives in pure emotional engagement, in need of love, joy and communication with the outer world.

Simply put – the child Self lives and accepts all as one, he is in world of oneness, while the adult self is in world of duality (or negative and positive).

   When we grow older (and after age of 16) we gradually forget about the state of purity, joy and oneness, as we learn the rules of the social game – norms, restrictions and conditions. That is our way to survive as social creatures. In this way we come far away from our inner freedom, and closer to inner prison of the Soul.

   Your inner child consists of your childhood emotions, mind, spiritual body and all the early impressions of your child-soul. ✪ Your inner child, as your Primordial soul (which is eternal) is far more complex – it contains the soul matrix of your “inner children” from all past lives and all stars and dimensions beyond this.

That becomes totally different concept from what most people imagine.

The child-Self now becomes strongly connected to your emotional body, heart energy and sub-conscious mind. Exactly these are the places that hold most cellular memory and etheric imprints from past childhood trauma.

     The inner child is out of all normal organised realities as we know it. Because it exists in oneness only, he does not understand divisions. (example: many children don’t differentiate gender, race or religion on spiritual level). The child is in state of freedom, bliss and innocence –which continues before the first expansion and creation of the first chakra Muladhara at the age of 12.

   ⭐ The child Self is connected to the imagination and the deep sub-conscious mind and it strives to align your Soul with the soul, emotions of all “inner children” in our past and from all previous incarnations.

That is a quite important role and at the soul level we have this “inner child” imprints always within. But at the certain point in life – we feel abandoned, disappointed and we lose connection with the child-Self. That happens in when we collect enough moments of abandonment in our cells, so that we don’t feel the world as safe as we thought.

There are 3 basic fears of our inner child, that are crucial for our later existence and life view. There are:

-        fear of abandonment

-        fear of shame, guilt

-        fear of pain, control

In the first state these fears come to live in emotional level. The child does not understand” the reality in its 3D form, but it has feeling and intuition to it.

This deeper feeling- intuition and premonition we lost when we grew up in social prison.

Fear of abandonment can play crucial role into the youth and adult life of the Soul – and it can replay the bad scenarios in many cases. That’s because child soul needs to remove and cleanse the early trauma, which happens only with deep healing on sub-conscious level.

Therefore souls often choose people who remind” them (on sub-conscious level) of the childhood trauma or abandonment.

The child (inner child) is free from social norms of duality – in gender, race and differences, also it doesn’t understand the “time-space” and it if free from the agenda “what if”. The child also doesn’t understand the connection between choice – action and consequence.

The child-self is always connected to the ancestral karma, trauma and love. Therefore we can find and heal wounded child in all of these concepts. It holds the matrix and programs of all previous inner children – the way they felt loved, the way they experienced trauma.

What is childhood trauma? ★

If you have experienced all 3 childhood fears – in the age before 13-15 (abandonment, guilt/ shame, pain/ aggression) in any level, then you had a childhood trauma.

This is something like wound of the soul and it needs to be healed in us. That healing happens in stages, not at once.  As we keep our inner child, but in times we have lost our connection to it –so the first thing to do is to re-establish our connection to the inner child.

How the Soul connects to Past lives? -IV

 Part IV. 

    The Soul is born here and now, in this particular country and place and hour, family and parents, under exact astrological sky for a particular reason. So nothing is without a reason. The first one is 

1. to expand and develop by experiencing something totally new (which causes fear, resistance and pain to the soul). 

2. to expand, develop and reawaken her older talents, abilities and skills (which brings to the soul joy, love and happiness). All things that are familiar to the soul (except in relationships), are likely to bring positive feelings of joy and love. But that is in case the person has had positive experiences with the same objects, places, people or activities as in his past life.

Therefore, if you were famous composer, or Bethowen, or Mozart, or if you were famous artist in some era –like Leonardo da Vinci, Klimt or Frida Kahlo, your soul has grown to this level through multiple lives of artistic talents, developing them little by little, until the time and space and talents where totally aligned to bring the Blooming age of the soul.

It means, you are give your innate abilities, talents and qualities and you are divinely guided to use them for your best development. Not to throw them away in the dusty shelves or forget about them. If you love writing , write, if you love music, sing, compose, if you love painting, paint, if you love dancing ,dance.

Because these impulses and talents are part of your Divine imprint of the soul. You are here not just to “suffer” and be "punished" by "bad” karma, but also to receive your joy, love and rewards from the reward points and the Good karma!. And this beautiful karma is your spiritual bonus given to you now, you cant waste it.

What Past lives shows to the soul, how to heal by revealing past life trauma?

The past life knowledge, observation and vision can bring to the surface very special fears, but also special inner feeling of excitement, and heart opening for the soul. That feelings are impulses triggered from past life, in order to re-surface and understand some important situations in this life. Usually this are situations, events and people, who are heavy, difficult, or dark for the person, so he reject them or don’t want to understand them.

Past lives will bring light like a projector or a mayak to the particular situation, fear or hard feeling, that needs to be observed closer. That alone is process, the soul will then know “Oh, that’s why this happened to me, now I can connect the missing pieces of the mosaic”. In fact the past lives to present look like scattered pieces of a big puzzle, which needs to be put together in correct place.

We are not given all the pieces of puzzles in the middle, because that will cause to us immense confusion, headache and we ll easily give up making the whole picture. But the soul is given pieces of puzzle one by one, in exact configuration and time. When you travel to a place where you feel “at home” or when your soul feel very familiar and safe” is not by chance always. When you see a person who gives you this feeling is not by chance too.

Collect pieces from all these places, and people, they are meaningful.

Then you can feel, understand or See” clearly the image of how pieces of past lives and connected to this one. They have a chain, they have a main theme, they ll have maybe a repeated cycle or something very special. That’s what is your cause –to figure out the key, the main common theme between all of the pieces, the way they relate together.

Also –not all lives are important or meaningful for the soul development in this life. Person will be given information or pieces of mosaic only on the important lives that are related to his/ her cleansing of Karma, releasing and healing of fears. That’s why each person is unique and has special abilities, talents, that noone else will have. Because his past lives are also unique and follow in exact configuration (order), that wont be repeated ever again.

That makes earth and humanity amazing, interesting and difficult play ground of Karma and Soul expansion.

How the Soul connects to Past lives? -II

 Part II  - How the soul connects to her Past lives? 

Past lives can be accessed through the Akashic records from person with psychic abilities, from outside; or from the person itself through Astral travel, regression, or angel connection.

That happens by trusting your psychic abilities if you are on the spiritual way, or by clairvoyant travel in Astral, in deep meditation, or by receiving visions and information from your angels.

The angels that connect the soul with that psychic ability and clairvoyance and past lives are Jeremiel and Angels of Astral plane.

In a dream we can also receive some fragments of information about past lives. But they can be incorrect, scattered and quite confusing. That’s why for me the most reliable way is through angel connection.

No –one will be given the access to certain past life, unless and until the Soul REALLY needs it for karma cleansing and healing. That’s why you should first trust that the information, vision ,dream that you have are real.

The Soul can travel in dreams or meditation to past life though a dimensional plane called Astral. This is a vast inner and between dimensional space, where the soul travels in her sleep at night. If you claim that you never dream – that’s not correct, as it means you simply don’t remember your dreams. That happens if your soul is not ready for receiving information from the astral, or if its not necessary for your development. (or if you are totally not spiritual person, so you wont need it). The soul can travel through the energy Portal of her Pineal gland, to the Astral fields, or directly ask her angel to send visions or just information about past life. If that is possible, or if you are allowed” by your spirit guides, you will see and access this information.

That means nothing which is too dangerous or harmful for the soul will be given to you. From another side you could have inner feeling about some things in the past lives.

What is Merkaba? -II

 Merkaba - part II 

        Merkaba star has the colours and light of one of the chakras of truth and purity (which are above Heart). Usually it vibrates with light soft blue, blue-green, light violet, light purple, lavender or mixture between them. It can have also pink, golden or silver shades or sparkles.

      Merkaba Light has 3 main functions: Celestial Light I-one helps for protection and cleansing of all physical chakras, by activating merkaba light and descending from up to down. That is slow process and requires patience, willpower and daily practice. This is the beginning of Merkaba integration which lasts 22 days.

My Merkaba integration started this year on 25. September and my leading angel is Haniel. That means in each meditation I receive guidance and messages from arch. Haniel (who is also my Karma angel).

     My Merkaba Light has Light blue and silver colour. Integration of your Merkaba will require discipline, devotion and persistency. First each day you need to record your meditations, as possible, and write down the messages you received. Your visualization will be stronger. I specially started to see colours of my chakras much more bright, light and clear. Each chakra needs to have/ incorporate inside the structure and Light of the Merkaba. That means it will be filled with protection and cleansing celestial light.

After process of 22 days of integration, Soul will have 22 days of activation of Merkaba. That means now you need to start working with the celestial light within your chakras. It`s like process of incorporating special templates of light which need to suit all your physical centres.

The second function of Merkaba Light is Celestial light 2 – which is protection and keeping record of your Soul experiences, and connection with your Higher Self. That Celestial light stays in the place of Soul star and is used to keep your “Celestial twin” or Higher self. You connect with Higher Self the same way as you connect with spirit guides and angels. Just this is your True form of Self, and its not restricted from physical body, time or space.

     Remember, your celestial light is important tool for Spiritual ascension and connecting with planes beyond physical. But as most people for now in heavy matter of earth, are quite trapped by physical senses, most of them wont need such activation of Merkaba. The one who needs it, it will work on it, without doubt.

The Third celestial light of Merkaba is in the form of energy cords circulating around your energy, aura and protection spheres. They look like circles of pale silver light (in way equator encircles Earth), and are 3 or 4 silver discs. Their function is to protect the Soul in time of her transition after death of physical body. These silver cords will be tied around the Merkaba Light (where Soul is situated after death), and will have also silver-white grain which will be the Soul, encircled by the silver cords. This is the safe way to travel through time-space, when the soul will be going into the High vibration tunnel (spinning spiral) after death.

Activation of Merkaba takes 44 days, the watcher of the process is arch. Jeremiel or arch. Metatron, as well as one of your Karma Angels. For me activation of Merkaba light is under guidance of arch. Haniel and arch. Jeremiel.

Merkaba Light was known from Ancient societies – Egypt, Mesopotamia, Babylon, Persia, China.

Mer – refers to the Divine Light or all seeing eye of God (Aamon Re)

Ka – refers to the pattern of the individual Soul and it`s transitions beyond time and space in different rebirth.

Ba – refers to the particular space or shape where the body manifest itself. In humans it’s the physical body and earth plane; Ba also points to activation and harmony between spiritual and physical bodies.

      Merkaba Light is activated with process of daily meditations and integration of light into the physical body. First we start from each chakra in body, then the last 22 days we make activation of the whole energy body and aura, surrounding the physical.

Final notes: Merkaba light helps to integrate Mind- Body –Spirit as one harmonious sphere of elements. It also aids the soul in process of her awareness of the world, life mission, inner truth, which way to go, and process of Ascension. Merkaba is high vibration celestial and crystalline light, that encircles our physical and energy body and should be activated consciously and slowly.

It can provide also amazing energy protection, cleansing, healing, mindfulness and connection to past and future Self of the Soul.

That’s is basic element of Ascension process, and of understanding higher realities and planes beyond our. Merkaba also is able to release old patterns, healing tissues and stagnant energy, remove blocks from physical body, activate the flow of energy, restore DNA.

Note: although we can see 7 dimensions in Merkaba star, it is eight dimensional Star.

Soul in the Afterlife - ( part IV)

* Ritual of forgetting

     After you come in your lovely angelic home, you`ll be so happy and uplifted and feel sudden flow of energy. You ll have a special residence –close to community home with other souls, that will be splendid, surrounded by plants, flowers, fountains and water in various kinds. The objects will be quite different from the earth as you`ll see, but natural elements will be there too, but much bigger variety, forms. After your astral body rests – this will be short rest similar to the “sleep” but too different as the soul ll need very short time to rest. On the next “period” – or day you ll enter a special ceremony. There will be many souls like you, who are newly awaken to the sphere. Your guardian angels and mission angel will be present too. You ll be invited in a splendid garden full of flowers. The ceremony is led by angel of the Seraphiel group; she will read your name (spiritual name or earth name) and give you the scroll with your answers from questions when you first came. She will give you special energy fruit – this is a shining fruit of light, which will make your soul to forget all outlines of your earth life. The angel will give you a headwear with crystal (of your aura or mission), and a ring with the same crystal and say words in angelic like “welcome to your divine home, you accomplished your missions and are accepted from your guardians and loving angels”. Then you`ll be committed to devote your time for developing your missions and gifts. You` ll say “I m prepared, let all be with divine help and light, thank you”.

     ** Soon after you eat the fruit (this is energy food and nothing to do with earthly one), your memory will be erased about your life path. This step is required as angels need your full devotion and mind free of burden, when you start to learn new information. Your spiritual name will remain, in case if you don’t have one, angels will give you another name. (no one stays with his name of earth.) Your memory for earth life will be removed but you`ll still have aura records, which wont be with you in this time, but you have in a special place (Hall of records), the scrolls with your answers, which is available to you. Other things are not available. (* Here I wont observe the special case of Twin flame relationship).

Some of the abilities you ll have in angelic home are – flying meditation, traveling in spaces, some magical abilities (on controlling and using elements), making water, fire, air spheres, feeling and speaking with tree and plants spirits, and much more.

That’s why be prepared to meet your dreams!

Soul in the Afterlife - (part III)

  * What it looks like?

    This is a nice question, even I wont say “like in paradise”, for some reasons – to not offend the Muslim part of earth, who seem to “believe” strange things about paradise and women presence there. The spheres of afterlife will look like brilliant place of peace, love, serenity and comfort. The feeling is like returning back home after long absence. the soul feels extreme happiness, joy and lightness. There is feeling of freedom, need to do more, and completeness. The spheres (not the lowest ones) look like fantastic gardens and teaching camps. Souls will live in place like special schools, they have places to rest, to create, to study and teach. I want to say here – the soul do all things that in the physical existence, just without the heavy body needs and problems. That means you can create, think, feel. You ll have real spiritual friends in this place, because everyone will be in the same criteria in your sphere. You can write, sing, accomplish art, develop your spiritual mission. For that reason you ll have advanced soul lessons – daily (which I cant determine here, as meaning of “day” is too different from our real “day” here). You ll be devoted to do all what you are meant in life, to understand and develop your abilities of soul, to make trainings, and you ll be thought all kind of energy work (*plus so called magic here). That’s what you`ll do – classes, also you ll help others if your mission was that, you ll have anything your soul was longing, without physical problems, illnesses and others. Remember we speak about soul longing, and nothing connected with the physical body needs will exist there. The soul will have angelic classes in – art (of your soul mission), meditation, levitation, energy work, elements work and all that is needed for the spirit. That means – no rest in afterlife. The soul continues to do more achievements, but now in pure and clean space. Angels will be there always around.

     If you were good in singing for example, or playing musical instrument, you` ll be in the sphere of music and dance and you ll have chance to do all what you wanted to develop your gift. You ll find in your sphere people with the same spiritual attitude, the same missions and similar accomplishment as you. So there will be great place to meet soul mates.

       If you loved writing, or you were spiritual teacher, you will come in the sphere of arts –writing and teaching, spiritual writing, where your soul will experience amazing moments and develop this gift with help of angels. All that gifts stays in your aura record (not your present energy field!), and you can read it again if you learn how to do that.

If you had special abilities, but simply never knew about them on earth plane, or you ignored them or didn’t want to continue, you` ll be reminded in the angelic realm.  No matter in which level –even the most evil souls have special gifts and missions to create. They will be reminded in the low levels too and taught from angels.

       ** In the different levels souls (or astral light bodies) don’t look the same. In the earth plane now we have one of the heaviest body and our eyes are most imperfect. That means we are not able to see or physically sense very common existing things in the spiritual plane, which are invisible for us. We have highest density, and our energy body is “heavy”. That means – while we are in earth plane we have energy with high density (lower vibrations), which is sensed too well. But this is not always so. With the process of transition of our soul – and connection to astral body, the density of that energy becomes less. The higher the vibration of our energies, the more they are fine, subtle and with little density. In the same way, the higher the level of our soul is in the angelic spheres, the less is the soul-energy density. The highest vibration beings of light, that we can see only in their realm, are angels. Angels have finest light body; all other spiritual beings – and masters, elementals are with higher density; the biggest density of the spirit realm have so called “ghosts” and earth spirits. They have also lower vibrations. And the lowest vibrations have “demons”. That’s why in the physical world is much easier (without using Third eye or divine connections) to be felt and interact with such lower energies.

That’s why the higher angelic spheres lives the soul after its transition, the more subtle, fine and light, with less density, will be the soul-energy body.

     * Here arises one question from me to my angels. Do souls in angelic realm have light-bodies? The answer I know now: yes, they have not exactly what we used to call “body”, but in a similar shape to the body in more light and aura color. The light-body is designed to not be so far away from the earthly body in shape, because the experiences and lessons in the angelic spheres are related to the earth plane. What we learn there is needed to be put in practice on the “ground”. That`s why we need this light body, but it is just energy. We have aura colors, basic features of face, eyes and all other outer body look, but we don’t have anything else –like inner organs or anything which is related to physical body and which can cause illness. The body is like a perfect shape and light, but it doesn’t have any needs to satisfy. In this angelic world is opposite – not the body contains “soul” like a box, but soul has a body shape. The higher spheres souls are able to fly and have energy wings. In the lowest levels souls don’t attain wings, in most middle levels souls are not able to “fly”, but they can float above the ground, and levitate. The abilities of this energy –bodies are different.

Soul in the Afterlife - (part II)

       * If you are aware or not, you have guardian angels, they watch over you, observe your actions, thoughts and all your records in your energy field. In this way they know you much better than you know yourself. That’s why connecting your angels will be extremely beneficial for you. Imagine that they are with you more than your closest person.

The first thing you ll see after you enter the magnificent space of afterlife, are your angels. You` ll see them “in real” in front of you, with the angel of your mission, and angel of transition (depending on your life path and development – Azrael, Samael, Seraphiel, Cassiel.)

After the purification room (with arch. Sariel) you will receive a scroll of your records on life-mission. If your mission or missions were accomplished you ll receive a flower and reward from Sariel. Then your soul will be invited to the teaching room, where other angels will give you to write short answers of questions on earth life. They will reveal to you some hidden events, something you didn’t know, or present you amazing information on your choices in life and what you lost and gain by your choices. All that will seem to your soul as fast, as the divine time is not category of our “time”. It is eternity. Then you ll be presented to your level “sphere”, where you ll go and take rest. Once your guardian angels lead you there, they wont stay with you. Now you are in completely new world, amazing and wonderful, that you see only in dreams. This new world looks a bit like a fantasy land, but its real.

  ** What kind of sphere you enter?

    The sphere has special light and color, so you will recognize your sphere by the light radiating from the objects and from your own astral body of light. Generally as I mentioned in *”Stages of soul transition” there are 3 levels with many under-levels and spheres inside. The lowest has darkness and no light, or different kind of shades and gray. Biggest number of souls contains the middle level, which has all shades of red, orange, green light, and yellow in higher middle.

      In which level you will go? This is a secret that you`ll reveal just by entering in angelic realm. Your level is appointed and depends on: your spiritual development, colors of your aura field and aura records (subtle emotional body), your karmic lessons on earth (how much did you learn), developing personal qualities (letting go, compassion, forgiveness, love), physical activities (how much did you help people in need or others, take care of yourself, others…), accomplishing your life and spiritual missions. Making a nice complicated account from all that criteria angels prepare for you special place in sphere. Spiritual development matters too much. That’s very simple, as the more developed people have worked more on their personal traits, achieve inner peace and serenity in some point of their lives and become more compassionate, forgiving and spread love. This will be taken in account. 

     The highest levels have gentle, radiant, shining light-colors. Much like the higher chakras in human body, these levels have one of these shining light: light green, blue-green, soft pink, light-blue, silver-blue, tanzanite dark blue, violet, lavender, white, golden light. The meaning of light is that you ll perceive the most objects – animals, plants, flowers, crystals and souls, surrounded by these color light, the same as now we see all in different colors but without its aura. You` ll be able to clearly see aura of all things, and all feelings will be just floating on the surface, no one and nothing would hide or even has the intention to hide feelings or thoughts.

You ll enter in the world of complete purity.

     Here is the place to say – do not have illusion that you`ll be “reunited” with anyone from the earth plane. This is not happening in this place. You cant be reunited simply because you don’t have the same karmic experience, development and achievements as to all your family, friends, husband and children. Every soul is unique and you need to know that. You can be in one sphere with someone close to you if you have all the same –karmic lessons, missions, development, but this is really almost never happens. In the first stages of your transition in your new home, you ll still have memories (but in very clear way out of emotions or attachments). Then its possible to ask for a private meeting with someone, who is also transcended; the person will be informed (if he still have the memory) and by permission of angels you`ll be able to meet in a separate place (neutral area out of spheres), where you can meet and talk, if the person also agrees on that.

Soul in the Afterlife - (part I)

   * I want to write more on the subject of what we call “afterlife” or where the soul abide after her physical existence on earth. This article brings more details to something I already wrote about [ “Stages of soul transition” I ]

    The earth plane is well known as one of the heaviest in density, commitment and structure of the matter. That`s why it brings highest bonuses if we achieve better results in this plane. The heavier the matter of existence is, the higher is our soul ascension after spiritual development. The purpose of “why we are here” is the spiritual expansion, learning lessons and developing. We are in the repeated cycle of life- death-afterlife –rebirth, for so long time, not because our spirit guides want us to suffer. Opposite, everything we experience here is for our highest good, but we cant perceive it directly from the position we are.

       After the common experience of “death”, actual soul transition – the body remains for the earth ashes, when the Soul, connecting to our astral body moves trough the Spiral of divine transition. This transition is obligatory for all human beings. No matter of their life and how long they spend on earth. Another immanent thing is the presence of angels and spirit guides with everyone. Our spirit guides are angels, and for the animals and elements kingdom they are usually elementals, guided by higher rank angels. (* Elementals are living to balance earth elements, they are nymphs (water), fairies, elves (air, earth), gnomes (earth), salamanders (fire) and others less known)

       ** Be aware that angels are with us since our birth, but they are not entirely with us. That means we cant be able to connect them or feel their presence, until we commit ourselves to spiritual work, and until we believe we can and ask them for help. Anyone who is just “ not aware” of the angelic presence (like the primitive prehistoric people), or someone who is not interested at all about topic of angels, sadly he cant get this help. Why it is so? Angels are very gentle celestial beings, highest energy form, they are not allowed to intrude, in some cases cant help too, without special permission, invocation and invitation from humans to come in their life. But once you have connection with them, it will stay forever until the end of the physical path. Angels know everything concerning you, but they are not allowed to reveal all to you. Some things should be hidden behind the veil, until the suitable moment.

* How many guardian angels do we have?

   Different people have different numbers of guardian angels. That’s very natural to be so, as some people are not expected to “connect” their angels, being in their first levels of life-cycles. (* first levels are usually until 15 life times, which makes 3 levels). In these first levels people usually have just one guardian angel, who is not supposed to be revealed, but he has just work of observation, record, and of course physical protection. In the first soul levels people are not spiritually developed or even not interested in the topic of spirit and soul, or afterlife. That has nothing to do with “being religious” person. Many religious people are actually not spiritually advanced. To be spiritually “advanced” means to have good and permanent connection to your Higher self. Humans after the 15 life time have usually 2 guardian angels working in couple. Depending on the personality, karma, challenges, spiritual achievements and others, some people can have 3, 4 angels after soul level 5 (25 life times), but this is also rare. Most common cases people have 3 angels after level 10 level (50 life times). That`s not so important, but the reason why they have different number of angels is that each of them have special function of teaching. Usually they will be presented to the humans as teachers in a concrete subject (for ex. Energy work, or health and diet problems, or elements working). That’s why people in the higher levels have more angels. Most important they can have more, if they are aware of angelic presence and communicate with them with ease.

      Moreover the guardian angels themselves can change during one life time, depending on the needs and soul personal development. The point they change is usually a crucial point in humans life –after a traumatic experience or after a very significant event, that changes the perception of the person.

Every child has guardian angel with special protection qualities, until he reaches 9 months. Then the angel changes with another permanent angel for the child. (depending again on his soul development and level). Sometimes twins have just one angel until they become 9 month, who is like their spiritual mother. This angel is also well connected to the mother and sending her subconscious instructions about her children, increasing her intuition.

Astral Body - I

In the first part I`ll answer the question ~ What is Astral body? ~

   In this short series I`ll reveal the secrets of Astral body, explaining shortly the questions about it. What we call Astral body? Is it real? How we can connect with our Astral body? Can we heal the physical body through Astral body?

   Astral body is a very fine, super-natural, energy body, that is connected with a threat to our physical body. It is not our soul, but it holds the soul, when we are in state of sleep. This body consists of very fine matter of energies and patterns, and its very sensitive. We can say that our Astral body is our energy stamp in the space and on earth. Through it we have the identification in the world “beyond” our visible perspective. It contains our past, present and future, as well as all range of our emotions, desires and sensations. The Astral body is like our higher star, connected with us throughout this life. I can point out the following things about it: the energy body is very fine, gossamer and even you may visualize it transparent. It appearance is like bright light and color energies in a human shape, but not so fine an bright as angels energies. It has perfect structure and shape, and it holds our soul in a state of sleep and dreams. When you have visions or dreams at night, your astral body takes your soul on a journey around many places, until you wake up; then the thin but strong threat connecting your astral body takes the soul back in speed of thought. That happens through the Mind, and waken brain. Actually its not truth that astral body has just one threat to our physical body. There are many threats, or cords, that hold it to our world of heavy matter. That’s why its not so easy (its not also impossible) to lose or disconnect with your soul or astral body. When you dream at night you are in very special state that can repeat only in the state of “out of body experiences” or astral travel and in the state of “death” or going to the world beyond. In both cases you need to make a very strong connection with your astral body, in order to feel calmer and more confident in the moment of end of this life. Making a best friend with your astral body will give you many more benefits. It will help your to cleanse open and activate your physical “energy” body – chakras, with connection to your heart and mind; it will help you to cleanse or heal all your inner organs in the physical body.

   Think of your astral body as your perfect twin in higher levels, that is closer to angels and masters, and that easily can travel and communicate with light beings. You do all that energy works and prayers using your astral body – if you realize it or not. Your astral body is part of your Higher self. But its not equal to it; It can do simply all what you dream or cant do in real life, in terms of spiritual matters and energy. Your higher self holds much more complicated schemes and paradigm of your whole being; The astral body is exactly like the real body, but in energetic plane and world beyond. It can fly, travel, swim, make energy work, connect with other beings – in the light realm. It actually receives information and hold memory about it. We can think if our astral body is stamp of our physical body, or it is opposite – our physical body here is stamp of our energy body. As energy comes in this direction –from lighter to heavier, from above to down, from invisible to visible.

    As your best friend your astral body wants you to feel good, happy and healthy in any situation, that your physical body is experiencing.

One of the mission of your astral body is to connect with angles and light beings. Another missions are – to connect with your higher self, to help you overcome the barrier of after life experience, when your body is going through the wall of visible to invisible.

As you can acknowledge, your astral body is extremely important for any human. That we don’t have any trustful knowledge about it since children, is a mistake of social principles.

This body is one of the best way to open your energy centers in your physical body, and it can help you immensely to receive messages from your spirit guides.

X Obligations : VIII. Soul

8. Obligation to your Soul (emotional, astral body –hearth) 

People who don’t feel or without “feelings” ,also don’t have intuition, or imagination. This obligation includes meditation practices for Heart chakra, experience compassion, love, and passion (read Evolving love), experience self-value and confidence, and feel value of all people, even knowing they are not equal. Soul here is the same as Heart. We cant live without heart, and we cant love without heart – followed by : we cant live without love. This is a basis of our life, and its like water for the plants. Love others, feel them and try to be helpful to everyone. That’s part of purposes in the universe. Even its not so easy to love” as it sounds. But love have different levels, and I spoke about that in details in “Evolving love”. The practice which can “awaken” your soul and Heart is soothing and simple:

1. Listening a nice music 2. walk in the nature and observing trees. 3. Planting and taking care of trees and plants (they refer to earth element). 4. Listen to others stories, sorrows and problems, as well as to their success, happiness and joy. (Be happy for happiness of others) which is also very away from today society, even on the contrary, people feel disturbed and envy for others happiness. (but please also have in mind what is here Happiness mean! Its not equal to wealth)
Another step in direction of "purifying soul" is to take time alone. Being alone is needed in order to restore your energy levels. We are always alone when we sleep (inside sleep), this is a process of cleansing energy and restoring the body from inside and all its organs. Being alone should happen also in state of awareness (in meditation and prayer). (Sleeping is not state of awareness, so its not involved in our intentional spiritual development!) That’s why we need particular meditations and chanting. 

The Soul obligation is very connected with emotional obligations and cleansing – shower, massage, walk and music can awaken it. Also we can say the same as for obligations to "Sisters and Brothers in spirit": be truth to yourself, realize and listen to your emotions, do not hide emotions from yourself, learn how to control and overcome “negative” emotions, which will have big advantage for your personal growth. Speak to yourself and write your inner desires. Feel joy of the moment (here and now). Keep archive of good memories in mind (bad are already archived in your energy field.)
I will point out most important advises: Music, nature sounds, Colors and Mandala Therapy, (here also the popular books for coloring for adults can do good work), acting and theater, cinema, watching art and exhibitions, planting trees and looking to plants and flowers (taking photos of them too) – all these are activities to awaken your Soul. Your emotions wont be locked inside and closed in the cave of your heart cover. Make regular trips, or walk in the nature, (lake, sea, forest) this will also awaken your heart chakra –Anahata. If you have any talent in music –use it! Play instrument, sing, chant or just listen!
