How to release fears from Sub-conscious mind

 How to release fears from sub-conscious mind?

[ for more information read the articles "Functions of Brain as spiritual system" ] ✪

 Releasing fears happens in three possible ways:

1.         by bringing the fears to the conscious mind, view them, understand where and when they come from. That alone can be a difficult task, because many fears are complex, so they come from very deep hidden layers.

2.         Through sleep, dreams and astral travel. The more you dream, the more you release fears from the sub-conscious mind. As dreams are fast movement of energy in the Astral level, which moves the layers of the sub-conscious mind, and cleanses energy within your brain. (note: some Hinduism sects say that dreams are negative appearance and related to primitive ego, which is not true obviously).

3.          Through meditation and energy work; There can be regression, meditations on past lives, yoga or chi gong- they are all related to moving of Chi in body. Physical body is energy, so all the complex systems within it consist of energy. Any movement cleanses the body (not only the physical shape), as it releases the stagnant energy. That’s why there are breathing exercises are so helpful, they move the breath “prana” up the down the spinal column and so create medical cleansing of the blood cells. The more you breath, the better will be your cells and functions of all organs.

That’s why meditation and sleep are the key components to bring cleanse your subconscious mind and calm your mind.

Mind is exactly like the physical space or room – the less clutter and objects you have, the more space for breathing and movement, sun and air you will have. The mind (brain) conscious and sub-conscious part also need cleansing, de clutter and organisation.

     As the brain works as complex electric central with impulses (electric neuro waves with different spectrum) they create images; these images” are thoughts; they can be transmitted to the outer world and people. That transmission happens in reality, but as we are “blind” in spiritual reality, we cant de code these images, or even sense them. For more sensitive people that’s easier, as their brain has such length waves, able to catch neuro-impulses from others.

That’s how telepathy works. Many ancient people and civilisations had the ability to connect telepathically, but now their knowledge is lost. (Lemuria, Atlantis, Pleadians). Most advanced alien civilisations already communicate only in this way.

Many things that we still think as “fantasy” are in fact very real. The brain of sensitive people can be easily disturbed by impulses from outside reality, and that can be harmful. As many of the electric impulses are still in lower frequency, they can be dark and quite negative. For example sensing and “feeling” the thoughts and feelings of others, if they are evil, destructive or offensive, or if they are energy vampires. Such experiences can drain your energy if you have psychic gift. That’s why we need protection of these electro-magnetic impulses, and protection specially in the Crown chakra, and around all aura.

The brain and mind is also affected from any electro magnetic frequencies in the space – like mobile phones, internet, tv, devices, electronic devices, micro waves. when used overly these impulses are very harmful to the brain.

That’s why its preferable to remove such devices specially in the time after darkness.

Angels advice is to not watch or read anything in device after 7 pm. When the brain needs to rest and reset.

Listening to music is preferable, or reading a book.

As the brain (Pituitary gland) is connected with Throat and Heart chakra through glands, all harmful chemicals that you use and affect your Thyroid (Throat), will be also harmful for the brain. That is related to all unnatural cosmetic products, medicines, cleanse products, lotions, creams, shampoos, hair colours.

 In order the brain to be healthy and all your glands too, you need to establish good and well organised life style with fixed times for wake up and sleep, for eating times, for sport, yoga, meditation and different activities. The only think you can leave open is when you travel and go out in nature, or meet other people.

Psychic Senses & Brain as Spiritual system V

       Clear seeing – clairvoyance and Third eye }

    Clear seeing is the first sphere closer to the Third eye, so it`s famous that when we open our Six chakra (Ajna) we can “see” things. However this seeing is in fact very different from seeing with physical eyes. Clairvoyance is sometimes very intermingled with clear knowing (claircognisance), so many people can confuse them. In my spiritual practices both psychic senses are intertwined, so it`s hard to say when I see” something in spiritual and when I know it”. Even so I have ability to “see and feel” colours and vibrations of peoples aura, and that happens just super fast, without to put thought. The way you see sun rays. The angel related to this psychic sense of clear seeing is Jeremiel (sometimes Raziel), and the chakra is Third eye that we use. Colours and design of this special chakra are very unique and individual in each person. It may vary with dark indigo blue light, to blue-purple, violet, and violet-golden sparkle light. It can be seeing also in different geometric shapes and forms, but mostly on basis of light sphere.

There are many ways to open your third eye, all of them include meditation, focus and energy practices.

    Another strong psychic sense – Clear hearing –relates to sense of hearing sounds (called clairaudience). We may think we listen voices” with our physical ears, but in fact this is process of vibrations transmission and picking up sounds in higher levels. To most people these sounds won`t appear, but just person with developed clear hearing will be able to pick them up. There are many examples for spiritual teachers, healers or normal people who suddenly listen sound of "voice” in their head. Usually this message is very swift –like the wind, very strong and determined and you can not confuse it with your own mind. As the mind of person has the basic quality to “wander around”, but not to be clear and straight most of the time. You will recognise these messages from above or from angels, with their sharpness or clear stance and determination. There is no doubt about it. Usually you may listen such message to prevent you from accident. That happened to me. When you hear such message, slow down and stop, then breath deeply and listen what he is trying to tell you?? It`s big mistake to ignore such messages as this can be fatal.

     The angels responsible for clear hearing is Gabriel (and Haniel), for clear taste, smell, and touch the angel is Haniel. Both of them are related to Throat chakra and Haniel to the gland inside brain called Pituitary gland, related to production of many hormones. The light of these senses is white with sparkles and light blue.

      Personal experience  ✪

        In my life that happened and I cant forget this moment. It was in 2017 and I was cleaning the balcony. Month was June and weather was very warm and nice. I was feeling tension and nervousness while cleaning, and talking something to myself. Then suddenly while I was down to the ground and cleaning floor, one voice inside me said clearly “push away the window”. That voice was so strong, and clear like a command. I listen to it well, but as I was quite nervous I didn’t pay attention to what he told me. That was almost fatal for me, when I suddenly went up I crushed my head strongly in the iron heavy frame of the window from down. I felt strong pain and shock and immediately I felt dizzy. Then I was sad and said Sorry angels I didn’t listen to you! I regretted very much, but it was late, I had strong comozio which affected my head and 3 nights afterwards I was in much pain and woke up from dizziness. That resulted in endless process of pains, doctors, medicines and brain scan for me and that was the most horrible experience in my life. If I had listened to this angelic voice, I would have avoided all that!

(Since this time I always slow down, and never clean or do something physical when i`m nervous).

Pay attention to all signs, to all messages.

     Having clear smelling and taste is common, but people neglect it and abandon this ability. As they have prejudice, their brain is programmed in different way, so they cant trust. Many times when you sense” bad energy or entity, or a place that is negative, you may feel weird bad smells, or unusual smells. With me that happens very fast and swift and even sometimes I wonder did I really felt that smell? With taste also you can have such experience which are drifting like a passing clouds. Such senses stay very short time (usually) because they are not developed in us, so we cant “tame them or control them.

Psychic senses: What are they? ✪

After observing the most important sections and glands in the Brain as spiritual system, and some levels of the Subconscious mind, I focus on what we call psychic senses.

        Another very important section in ethereal (high dimensional) plane inside the brain is the one of Psychic senses. It is situated as concentric spheres around the Pineal gland. With some people these spheres are well developed and each one has different size, colour and proportion. 

   Psychic senses are available to all individuals, the same as the physical senses. They are high vibration expressions of our senses (sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch-sensitivity). In this sense they are birthright for every human. However, since the spiritual evolution went down (after the era of industrialisation and split of ego mind from the Soul), people lost the KEY to their psychic senses. That’s why no matter if they have the zone within their brain, they cant access it. Partly that happens because this psychic area is high vibration and cant be accessed if your mind is blocked with unclear thinking, fears and wrong ideas about self and universe. So there are still few people who can have more clear access (keys) to their psychic zone, and we call them “sensitive” or psychic. To be psychic is not a phenomenon, but quite a normal state of clear mind. The more your aura and physical senses are clear, the more your psychic senses can be opened. Be aware first of your usual senses and what are your feelings.

      Most psychic people have already very well developed senses of seeing, listening, smell, taste. That’s because they are too sensitive to vibrations created from the outer environment. The more sensitive you are, the better your senses and from them –the psychic power- can be expressed and developed.

     Another thing is –depending on persons life experience, personality, traits, and past lives, everyone develope one or two psychic abilities more than another. It`s very rarely to find person who has all psychic abilities in perfect proportion. If you want to know what is your strong senses, note what senses you like using more or which senses are specially “sensitive to vibration from outside world. Are you sensitive to colours and light, images, or to strong noises? Or do you feel strong smells? Can you distinguish clearly different smells and perfumes. Are you disturbed by strong smells from environment or chemicals? All these are factors affecting your psychic abilities.

    Also if you have any addictions like cigarettes, alcohol, excessive eating of meat, sweets or sexual appetite, this will affect your senses and psychic abilities inevitably.

    That’s why the first thing to do if you want to be psychic or develop your spiritual powers is to have healthy life-style; or what we call “holistic life”. Take care of your sleep-awake cycles, routine, healthy food, water intake, exercises and nature connection. These are the basic things that will uplift any human in direction of positive spiritual energy.

It`s obvious that the more time you dedicate for practicing these senses – in meditation or sleep, or other intuitive fortune-practises , the better you will become. Regular practices are the key here. These physical senses are connected with the psychic abilities within your brain (Pineal gland).

   Sun in Taurus awakens our desire to be connected with the Earth, to feel more stable, secure, to make certain changes and cleaning of home; to pay attention to your body, healthy diet and exercises in open air. Special attention in this energy is food and diet. Earth element tends to have some heaviness and culinary skills; they like to eat delicious foods, sometimes tend to forget fruits in their daily diet. New moon in Aries -Ritual for Activation (5 steps)

 

To activate the fire energy in this New moon make a this ritual, (some steps you can change or make by your own feeling and choice)  ✪

Step 1 :  cleansing 

Cleanse your aura and room with crystal, salty water or incense before the ritual. Sprinkle some spring or salt water in the corners of the room or space. 

Step 2 : candles

    Light up six red candles in the South direction of your home. You can call on archangel Michael and angels of strength; 

Step 3: circle stamp, six pointed star

Additional tools: make crystal grid with red jasper stones and lapis lazuli; You can use also orange stones like fire opal, carnelian, garnet or amber. Make a spiritual stamp on circle of paper with 6 pointed star within. Write down your devotional name in the middle of the star, then on each ray write one quality you want to activate for yourself.

(Remember –quality, not object of desire).

Step 4: invocation 

Then say “I call upon arch. Michael and blue flame angels to surround me with protective shield of light.
