 How to release fears from sub-conscious mind?

 Releasing fears happens in three possible ways:

1.         by bringing the fears to the conscious mind, view them, understand where and when they come from. That alone can be a difficult task, because many fears are complex, so they come from very deep hidden layers.

2.         Through sleep, dreams and astral travel. The more you dream, the more you release fears from the sub-conscious mind. As dreams are fast movement of energy in the Astral level, which moves the layers of the sub-conscious mind, and cleanses energy within your brain. (note: some Hinduism sects say that dreams are negative appearance and related to primitive ego, which is not true obviously).

3.          Through meditation and energy work; There can be regression, meditations on past lives, yoga or chi gong- they are all related to moving of Chi in body. Physical body is energy, so all the complex systems within it consist of energy. Any movement cleanses the body (not only the physical shape), as it releases the stagnant energy. That’s why there are breathing exercises are so helpful, they move the breath “prana” up the down the spinal column and so create medical cleansing of the blood cells. The more you breath, the better will be your cells and functions of all organs.

 

The best meditations for releasing fears are:

The more grounded and stable you are, the more grateful and joyful you are, the higher your frequency will be. That will result in decreasing fears, stress, anxiety or depression and brings much more happy and joyful attitude to life.

That’s why meditation and sleep are the key components to bring cleanse your subconscious mind and calm your mind.

Mind is exactly like the physical space or room – the less clutter and objects you have, the more space for breathing and movement, sun and air you will have. The mind (brain) conscious and sub-conscious part also need cleansing, de clutter and organisation.

     As the brain works as complex electric central with impulses (electric neuro waves with different spectrum) they create images; these images” are thoughts; they can be transmitted to the outer world and people. That transmission happens in reality, but as we are “blind” in spiritual reality, we cant de code these images, or even sense them. For more sensitive people that’s easier, as their brain has such length waves, able to catch neuro-impulses from others.

That’s how telepathy works. Many ancient people and civilisations had the ability to connect telepathically, but now their knowledge is lost. (Lemuria, Atlantis, Pleadians). Most advanced alien civilisations already communicate only in this way.

Many things that we still think as “fantasy” are in fact very real. The brain of sensitive people can be easily disturbed by impulses from outside reality, and that can be harmful. As many of the electric impulses are still in lower frequency, they can be dark and quite negative. For example sensing and “feeling” the thoughts and feelings of others, if they are evil, destructive or offensive, or if they are energy vampires. Such experiences can drain your energy if you have psychic gift. That’s why we need protection of these electro-magnetic impulses, and protection specially in the Crown chakra, and around all aura.

The brain and mind is also affected from any electro magnetic frequencies in the space – like mobile phones, internet, tv, devices, electronic devices, micro waves. when used overly these impulses are very harmful to the brain.

That’s why its preferable to remove such devices specially in the time after darkness.

Angels advice is to not watch or read anything in device after 7 pm. When the brain needs to rest and reset.

Listening to music is preferable, or reading a book.

As the brain (Pituitary gland) is connected with Throat and Heart chakra through glands, all harmful chemicals that you use and affect your Thyroid (Throat), will be also harmful for the brain. That is related to all unnatural cosmetic products, medicines, cleanse products, lotions, creams, shampoos, hair colours.

 In order the brain to be healthy and all your glands too, you need to establish good and well organised life style with fixed times for wake up and sleep, for eating times, for sport, yoga, meditation and different activities. The only think you can leave open is when you travel and go out in nature, or meet other people.
