Tarot Lessons -I - Easy steps for beginners

In this section I present how to learn tarot in easy steps. Of course I would like to determine, that Tarot, as anything else you study, requires devotion, determination and time. Be patient and take this steps.

2. I never believed in the principle of “fast study” or learn Tarot in 1 day, 10 hours or something like that.

Tarot requires patience, practice, imagination and journaling skills.

Here I present my personal system for Tarot study, that you can follow, or you can make changes so match your personal taste.

I.                   Tarot for Absolute Beginners

The first thing you need to do is following: 1. To choose the Tarot deck that you like mostly 2. To be acquainted with the Major Arcana cards (22) 3. To become familiar with the Minor Arcana cards (suits from 1-10). 4. To be acquainted with the Court cards (King, Queen, Page, Knight) in each suit. 

The beginning in this method is based on emotional memory, which is important to be incorporated in your practice.

Rule: Don’t be overwhelmed to read extended meanings of all the cards at once! Don’t start by reading books. That will take a lot of time, and you may be quite confused from all the different interpretations.

Lesson I. Exercise on Major Arcana (awakening your imagination and creating emotional connection to the deck.)

Step 1: Observation

       Start by simple observation of the cards, step by step from the deck. Let your imagination fly and feel the cards only by looking to the images of each card. If you like you can go through the whole deck, just observing the images, in order to be familiar with them. That exercise makes your subtle mind influenced by the images on the cards, and let your Subconscious memory connect with them. (for this exercise I recommend using a simple deck as the Universal Rider Waite deck, as it has very clear colours and symbols). 

Step 2. Choosing cards

      Take all the Major Arcana cards. Go through them one by one, feel each card. What it speaks to you? Now take out all the cards, that you really feel attracted to. Just by the images, you will feel something is pulling you to these cards, as if you see yourself in them. Or as if they have message to tell you.

 * For me my special cards, which are most important for me in Major Arcana are: 0. The Fool; II. The High Priestess; III. The Empress; IX. The Hermit; XI. Justice; XIV. The Temperance; XVII. The Star; XVIII. The Moon;  XX. Judgement 

These are totally 10 cards I draw from my personal choice. Some of them are reflection of me, and how I feel about myself (The Fool, The High Priestess, The Hermit). You will notice the same about your cards.

Step 3. Journaling

Now take the time to observe the cards and write down in your journal what you feel about each card. What emotions arise when you look to the image? What are the minor details in the card you notice?

What are important and major symbols of the card? Note: this step should be done only without reading any card meanings. That’s why it`s preferable to choose a deck that does not have meanings on cards. This is your personal connection with cards, on a very deep, emotional and sub-conscious level. Do that only for the cards you feel attracted from the 22 Major Arcana. They can be 3, 4 or more.

Step 4. Meditation on cards

      From all the cards you selected now, and which you described in your journal, shuffle them and choose one card. Now look to it and feel what kind of message does this card bring to you? What do you see? What is the first impression you have about this card? Do you have a key word or feeling about this card? If you want take time to see all the elements on the image, close your eyes, imagine yourself step inside the scene of the card. What is the message you receive? This is important exercise to awaken your imagination and to be familiar with the energies of this particular deck.

In this way you` ll have strong bond with the deck in the future readings. I suggest that even for people, who are advanced in Tarot, when they have a new deck, and after cleansing it.

When you receive the message from the card, you may write it down in a journal.

With that step the first lesson is finished. You now have the inner feeling and subtle connection. Don’t hurry to know more, or to know all the meanings at once.

I made this mistake, and I discovered the meanings don’t work for me in this way. First you need to have the deeper, connection of your Subconscious mind.

Other significant cards of gaining life lessons:

        7 of Cups: in position to make choices, but be aware your energy is scattered and your emotions are deceitful. You may not see well the opportunities from the clouds of your fantasies or desires. Look for divine sings, numbers and special dreams as angelic guidance. Try to not rush in conclusions, observe carefully.

       7 of Wands: You need to defend your ideas, values and believes. Regardless of what others think, don’t fear of judgement and stand your ground. You are in winning position so no one can harm your power.

      From Astrology perspective the Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon on 5 July), brings double influx of energy into the planet. We have the following configuration:

Moon in Capricorn/ High Priestess visiting the Devil (revelation: Aligning your inner wisdom and clairvoyance with the dark shadow sides in world and in you. Need of cleansing and healing negative traits of aggression, wounded relationship, being aware of addictions to food, people or things. Sexuality.)

Sun in Cancer / The Sun (Illumination in Chariot: revealing and throwing light on your goal, and where do you want to go; Energy boost of qualities discipline, willpower, travel to another destination. Inspiration, to go forward). That’s the Chariot power.

Mercury in Cancer/ Magician (Shaman) in Chariot. That’s really amazing alignment with the universe, as Magician is your universal powers, the way you use elements and unity of all. Now shaman is using the universal power with willpower and confidence with element of Water. He is going on a spiritual journey, where he can transform his home. Clearly ascension.

Venus in Gemini/ Empress visiting Lovers (revelation: Empress is the Planet earth and nature, which is going through different stages. Possible to be in front of choices of love and inner values. Which person you will choose for your future partner? Means alignment of emotions, clear feeling, feminine energy and sexuality with the best possible choice of partner.)

Mars in Aries/ Tower in Emperor. Representing the castle or the old system is crumbling and we can see cracks in any kind of power, specially of state, country, authority, government, justice. Now all false things with damaged foundations will come to an end.

Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto in Capricorn/ Amazing alignment in card of Planetary shadow work (Devil, XV.) – Please observe: Jupiter (Wheel of Fortune, the Karma wheel, what goes around comes around, choices, luck), Saturn (the World, wholeness, end of something, gaining fruits of past, collecting reward, Higher perspective, Flying above), Pluto (XX. Judgement, awakening, Karmic cleansing, rejuvenation, healing, inner transformation, releasing old self, releasing past trauma) all in the sphere of "Devil "(Capricorn) – Aligning, awakening through shadow self, cleansing of blockages, negative qualities, addiction and realising your personal power. That every choice has consequences. We know what is holding us back, just observe and take care of your inner world. 

Uranus in Taurus: the Fool (Dreamer) visiting the V. Hierophant (spiritual teacher). The clue is we have the inner freedom to broke our chains of mind restrictions, false social norms and morality, and to gain wisdom on the way from a higher teacher that we choose to follow. Opposition of values, and ideas, and following your heart.

Fool means Freedom of way and choices and Hierophant (following rules, being strict, learning lessons, but also restriction of power). That clearly shows a hidden conflict of 2 sides.

In Major plane possible political or social conflicts, rebellions and uprising. People and injustice.

Moon in Capricorn reveals High Priestess holding keys to wisdom, of Mystery, dreams, secrets, hidden desire, sensitivity to invisible world visiting Shadow of Underworld. With your sensitivity, lucid dreams and open Third eye, you can connect with the dark side of the Underworld (earth plane, Capricorn), and to tune in the waves of collective unconscious. Be ware that process may leave you exhausted, out of energy or in situation of extremes. Fighting your own demons, addictions or fears. Still in need of release something that “controls” you.

The colour of July with Metatron is yellow-orange, pointing to solar Plexus chakra, personal values, ambitions, connection with our children, or self-reflection.

Ascension Energy of July 2020 (I part) (Tarot symbols)

At the moment we are moving in the Year of ascension 2020, all souls now are in process of cleansing, releasing emotional burden or healing.

     Ascension represents the aim of Self reflection (mirror image), or Who we really are and what is the purpose of our Earth life.

That reflection is well made through mirror of our relationships – love, friends and family ties. Consider quite time to think about what your relationships give you and what do you give to others?

Are you in need of forgiveness and releasing someone?

Are you in need of cleansing bad habits in relationship?

Do you have enough space for self? (boundaries)

Ascension Energy of July 

        July is month guided by Archangel Metatron : 7. Numerology of 7 means Transformation, going forward, achievement, change, sudden appearance, revelation, sign.

7 also holds the Fire energy, that means July is related to Water element (Cups) and to Fire element (wands in Tarot), which create strong Yin-Yang. They are not opposing though, but supplementing.

Lets have closer look to Tarot and astrological scope of July 2020.

     July is represented by Water element or Cups in Tarot. (The same is valid for June and August). That put focus on relationships, feelings, higher sensitivity, need for rest, dreams, creative imagination, surprising love, focus inward. This is the time to think well about your love life and relationships with partner, children or parents. What they give you? What are you able to give them? If something is missing what it is and how you want to obtain it? Consider observing only your traits and feelings, not that of others. Then you may find good answers.

July also provoke us to use intuition, inner feeling and creative imagination in dealing with things. Find time for personal space, time out and alone. Cleansing and de-clutter of home energy is important. (After all it`s the month of Cancer zodiac sign). 

       July main card revealing the month energy is VII. Chariot (victory, determination, ambition, going forward, travel, moving to another place). 

Take the chance of Solstice energy of ascension to design your plans, make your strategy, where do you want to go? Do you feel you need more discipline, willpower and confidence to achieve your dreams? It can point to actual travel to the nearby place, or country in the same continent. It can represent focus on your creative ambitions and abilities. Chariot is divinely guidance that you are about to overcome obstacles and fearlessly more ahead with your plans. Regardless of where you are now. Also it gives you chance to take control over some issues in your personal life. The main qualities of Chariot (don’t forget he is a warrior personality) are: determination, decisiveness, control of emotions, being fearless, focus, willpower. There is no way back with this card, you need to be sure where do you want to be.

     Supporting warrior cards are the Court: Knight of Wands and Kninght of Cups. They hold keys that things in this month need to happen swiftly, without delay or hesitation and with strong focus on the result. Knight of Wands can be sign of impatience, and doing thing in the burst of emotions or anger. He can be resentful or offensive in some cases. Knight of Cups shows side of the not so trustworthy gentleman or a new lover crossing your way. Consider his charm, but think about what is his truth nature, if he can be real or if he is too emotional, sensitive and dreamful. So it` can be time of romance for some.

      Another Major Tarot reflecting the energy of July is XVI. The Tower. Now this is the card less favourite by anyone familiar with tarot. It represents the burning castle, or something is crumbling. But I think the main elements we can focus are the thunderbolt, sudden revelation, realisation and awakening. When the old castle falls apart, new one can be build. You can see that you are already not your older Self. Strong release of pain and hurt from the past. It means losing something, but gaining Karmic lesson and wisdom. Mostly this can relate to love relationship, marriage or a business that is going to an end.

With this card you need to remember nothing in the universe is constant stable and solid all the time. Things change naturally and we need to not resist this transformation.

Knight of Wands also brings transformed energy and changes in relationship, new relationship or an affair.

What is Ascension? -II

      Ascension -Part II ...

       Personal ascension energy can be activated also from the Full moons. In that we need to Focus with intention on receiving the benefits from the full moon energy. That happened millions times in shamanic work in all continents through humans history. Just make a moon meditation, or connect with your ancestors in the Solstice interval (21-30 June). Make wish on what you wish to achieve and what qualities you need to release that are not beneficial to you.

      Ascension is all about inner work, cleansing and healing negative patterns of the past. That` s why meditation and healthy practices are very recommended.

    Ascension of Summer solstice is related to Water element, and means going within, cleansing, releasing. Time to release ties with people who are nor serving your higher Self. Time to declutter your home and cleanse your energy. Time for connection with water sources in nature, river, lakes, waterfalls, sea. All of that will help with your ascension.

In this time your Ethereal light (Heart centre) receives streams of higher vibrations, which you can unfold as a white lotus flower. Don’t hurry as this requires time and devotion.

    Another Immense energy Portal of Ascension is in the Liminal space of Winter Solstice – 21. December -30 Dec. In this time the core of Earth receives activation waves, which are spread to all human Third eye centre (Or Astral-mental light). From that it spreads to all body and it has ability to change the pattern of the human DNA. Astral-mental light starts to be cleansed, rejuvenated and boosted with new creative energy and divine waves. Ascension of Third eye happens together with awakening, realising your personal power, understanding your Mission on earth plane, releasing fear and all negative feelings that are like small spider webs inside your brain. (Or consciousness).

This process of elevation of vibrations to Higher frequency is to help all souls with their earth mission and acceptance of Self.

Process of Ascension will require time alone and being in the nature, connecting with any element that feels close to you.

And remember, no process of personal Ascension can be successful without intention, dedication and daily spiritual practices.

What is Ascension? (I Part)

In this article I` ll specially try to explain and clarify the wide spread concept of ascension. What it is and how we can go through it in best possible way.

         Ascension is a term that was used in multiple spiritual practices and circles, related to spiritual awakening and energy healing. Now I want to determine, the concept of Ascension in spiritual sense seems quite blur and not one-sided. There are also multiple understanding to it, as it could be multi-layered term.

      What I can definitely say about Ascension is a process of elevating, lifting up the energetic vibration to a higher level. That includes mainly the human beings as energy beings, as well as the whole planet, all living things on it (Nature, animals, forests, stones). That means when we say we are ascending it is related to the whole planet in general.

      From another side, we have also “Personal ascension” which means elevating your own levels of vibrations to higher one. In this time on our earth level, many Souls are ascending, and that process is speed up after 2018-2019. Now we have a Huge planetary Ascension, as the number of people who are spiritually elevating grows to almost 10-12 percent. But as people are totally different, they have very specific and individual ways for the process of ascension.

Just remember – it`s a process, which is not a straight line, but rather goes through multiple other experiences and turns in spiritual body.

Ascension is particularly related to: personal purification, inner cleansing, healing, releasing emotional trauma, cutting away negative ties, meditation, Self acceptance.

It`s interesting to know, the Planetary ascension happens in some specific dates. They can be repeated regularly through the Yearly cycles, or they can be very special for the year or period.

       Ascending, or lifting up to higher vibration levels is often linked with going through painful experiences. On collective or personal level. Just before ascension often there would appear triggering events, dark feelings, fear, confusing emotions, hurts, and uneasiness of heart. Also we could experience physical symptoms like dizziness, feeling of nausea, exhaustion, feeling out of energy, stomach ache, higher or lower appetite, headaches. That’s something most people would experience in their Ascension.

      The periods of Planetary ascension happen in the Solstice energy. Then huge Vertical  Spiral portals of Angelic light are sent to the Earth`s core. That are times of deep transformation on the inner levels, related to all humans. These Ascension gateways are opening for around 10 days after the Summer and Winter solstices – from 21. June to 30 June, and from 21. December to 31. December. These are important energy Portals, when our Earth receives cosmic waves to it`s core. (I have explained that in another article in more details).

         In that Planetary ascension is happening, regardless of your personal intentions – or if you are aware of it or not. If you are a light worker, or person devoted to any kind of spiritual practice, it`s likely that you will be able to use and ride this waves of ascneison and take it as your advantage for developing your spiritual Light. In Summer solstice the energy can become highly elevated, (now we are moving between 4^th and 5^th energy frequency). That means we receive Cosmic angelic field of protection and waves of energy directly from our Heart chakra (or Ethereal Light centre in it). That means we are given the tools for Heart ascension, cleansing, healing and purification of our feelings, acquiring positive qualities of Heart, like forgiveness, compassion, empathy, acceptance. So this is time for Opening and cleansing the Heart centre and practicing Self love. Don’t try to understand logically all your feelings. What you need to do is accept them as they are real and they are who you Are.

What is Liminal Space - (II Part)

      Liminal space - part II ...

       Be aware that in the time of such liminal spaces you need to focus more on your Self-care and connect with your physical, emotional body in any possible way. Eating mindfully, cleansing your body by water and fasting, making exercises, cleansing your emotions through meditations, observing and writing down your emotions in a journal are some of the good ways for self-care.

       Another Liminal space (when we talk about space, always include time), is the deep sleep, Dreams and dreaming. The night is a liminal space, and what we do is to sleep and to go beyond the physical reality. This world exists, but in another layers of dimension. This world is also the space in our sub-conscious mind, that we travel and return. We can meet there with our Higher self and unlock hidden emotions and release fears in dream state. We can connect with past or future Lives, to see deceased people or to receive messages. That’s the perfect liminal space for our angels to connect us, and they do so in need. Liminal space we can create through meditation easily, as we go within and beyond here and now. In this state we transcend time. We can achieve it also when we create art or write or read book, which is also kind of liminal space, but different. All elements will help us to build and maintain the liminal space – crystals, candles, minerals, water, plants.

Because they are also coming from the higher levels, and are projecting themselves in the physical form.

I.                   Can we feel trapped in the liminal space?

        We cant be trapped or remain in liminal space, as this is transition zone. So it`s meant for the purpose to come in and out of it. It` is not place to stay. But also some souls can feel trapped in such space by their own fears and illusions. That’s how they don’t allow the transition to happen. When you travel already you should go to another side (or planes above ethereal). When you sleep, you should wake up. It’s a state of transition. Logically too, when you die you should go to another side, or what we call “afterlife”, and go through the liminal space of the mind-soul spinning tunnel (which is high vibration Soul spiral). So we cant feel trapped in that space. We are free to move always and to change. That’s because one of the main purpose of human life/ existence is Expansion. In any way and form.

        People who are mediums or psychics or use forms of divination daily, they are multiple times in the liminal space. They take information from it and work with source from their angels, spirit guides or other spirits from ethereal world. But that is quite risky, as not all souls have the high frequency and ability to be very protected in the space beyond. That’s why we have to be aware when we talk to other “spirits”, that we don’t know. Or when we talk to people, who can predict something for the future for us. Be mindful and don’t be fool.

Good example for going to a liminal space is “lucid dreaming”, flying dreams, which are really special soul travels. I will observe them separately.

What is a Liminal Space - (I part)

In this article I`ll write and clarify the concept of the “liminal space” and what we need to know about it. Why liminal space becomes more and more important for the ascension of Earth? What are different types of liminal spaces? How we can create and why a liminal spaces? What kind of energies it generates?
 

I.                   What is liminal space?

             Liminal is a space in the special in-between zone, or transitional zone between two spaces. It comes from the Latin word “limen” meaning threshold. I ll observe now in more details what is liminal and why it is important in the “spiritual worlds”. Other concepts to add for understanding a liminal space” are doorway, dawn, beginning, opening, gate. Now you could imagine it?

Liminal are the spaces that holds the key to unlocking energy of change, movement and transition. This change is usually related to process of soul ascension and spiritual world. As we know there are many layers of existence, of spiritual levels and we are also made of multiple types of bodies: physical, emotional, mental, astral, causal. The liminal we call the sphere of level that stands between 2 other levels. Also liminal is the zone between conscious and sub-conscious mind, between emotional and mental body, between physical and ethereal layer.

      Examples of liminal spaces are graveyards. They hold strong energy of the soul wandering, emotional traps and source of multiple entities (or energy creatures of formations that reside beyond this level). Another example of liminal is the space-time of travel with airplane, fast train, or a rocket. The faster is the speed, the more you are actually in “out of time” or transitional space. Which means you are between past and future space. But also not in present.

     That’s why all travellers in a plane are in a liminal space, as they expect to be in another space (future), but they come from the past. Now they are in nowhere zone between. That doesn’t mean the concept of “now” doesn’t exist in case of travelling, as we walk and travel every day. But here I speak about distances between countries, and also between layers. The concept of time and space are inevitably related to each other. There is no time without “space” –as we know it. In the liminal space the time is dissolved in between zone.

       Now the most important thing to know is that we actually can create liminal spaces in our life; And that exist as a portals, connecting the physical realm with the spiritual (and what we call ethereal realm). Anything that is beyond the "veil” of the reality. Such liminal spaces are very observed and revealed in changes and Cosmic portals between the seasons. The energies of transformation, cleansing, releasing, expansion in time of Winter/ Summer solstice and Spring, Autumn Equinox are exactly that liminal spaces. They energy of change, transformation and growth starts at around 10-th 11 of March and continues 10 days after the Equinox. That means in this period of time we have the energy of “liminality” or the keys to connect with levels of spirits and souls. Usually in these time more sensitive people feel very strong energy vibrations, higher resonance (contrasting, vivid) colours, lucid dreams, clear meditations, psychic connection or link to deceased souls. Another liminal month is September 20-th to 30-th, when we have Autumn equinox Gate. This time/ space helps to expand our sensitivity and achieve clear guidance from our angels and spirit guides. The energies of Winter and Summer solstice bring purification of soul, releasing, cutting cords with “past selves and feeling part of the universal flow. Then the main theme is to “go with the flow”, and to Let go of the old. This is time of strong cleansing, rest and preparation. It`s also a liminal space for the Soul in transition.

       The human soul is “designed” so we need that liminal spaces in order to align with our physical reality and to make alignment in all our subtle energy bodies, surrounding us.

One thing that is quite usual is that your sensitivity and emotions are very highlighted in this time. That’s why you may feel challenged in your physical or emotional body by illness, discomfort, sadness, pressure, anxiety, doubt or fear. That emotions are quite “normal” as they are catalyst for change and for your future transition.

Don`t forget that Pages reflect the different types of the Fool (dreamer) and attitudes of pure optimism, joy, innocence and adventure spirit in motion. 

Swords as suit indicates inner fight, struggle to overcome a situation, restrain, need for releasing, cutting off, letting go of something in life that no longer serves you. In the same way Swords are power of Mind, intellect, spirit, mindfulness and freedom from chains of the Past. Pages may represent all that symbols and qualities, or a person we meet who help us to acquire these qualities. 

It can indicate a new friend or a new group of soul mates; It relates to purpose in life, finding like-minded people, who have the same ideas and values. Page of Swords is Feminine and masculine energy of Swords (Air). Other meanings:
