    Energy of this full moon is quite special, strong and interesting. It enhances our emotions, self-care, self love, sensitivity to spiritual world, angel connection and psychic awareness. The full moon opens portal on 27 [9] that is the Tiger portal. This is strong animal in many cultures, brings focus, determination, courage. Also it will ask you to step forward and take action about things that you were delaying. Let go of any fears, focus on the target and shoot your arrow.

What happens when we are grounded?

 

     When we are grounded, we have strong and radiant Root chakra, our Earth star chakra is balanced too, we have sense of safety and security and we feel energized, uplifted and inspired.

     That’s because our energy is connected to the whole magnetic field and energy spectrum of the Earth. In the same way our field, all chakra system are related to the core of earth. As humans, we have this strong connection to earth, so in this time we are protected by the field of the Earth and nature around us. That sense of protection, which is real in energy levels, is grounding.

When we are ungrounded we are like unstable, vulnerable, and feel often fatigue from all activities. Also we cant easily focus on one purpose. Grounding practices bring you back to your Inner core, to who you are on the planet, so that you can use your inner guidance, intuition and all abilities.

    Shamans in many ancient tribes were using the nature and earth energy to become grounded, which is also the essence of Healing.

Without roots the plant cant grow up higher. That’s the same for human – we cant feel safe and protected without our earth connection.

We have energy roots, that are extentions of energy (like tentacles) from our Earth star chakra down to the ground.

The Earth star chakra is essential, even we dont honour it as much as other chakras, or completely ignore it. This chakra is situated about 3 inches below your feet, and it resonated the vibration of the Earth core.

    This chakra has usually black or golden colour, or combination between two. So in meditation I often see it in dark golden light.

When this chakra is healthy, your earth connection is stable, nice and flowing. You have inner knowing which foods are good for you, what is your time pattern, what is your best time to sleep, how much water you need in the day. Mostly you have purpose, focus and determination in life.

That’s why when you are ungrounded you can feel the opposite effect – you may be sleepy, exhausted, without purpose, anxious, your mind will easily dwell in past/ future.

 

Spiritual tools for grounding ❧

    Despite all these grounding practices, you can make meditation for grounding in the morning. Concentrate on your breath and imagine deep roots in red colour going from your feet (or your root chakra) into the ground, much like the roots of a strong tree). This is perfect mindful exercise. You can use also colour red, black or deep orange and brown in your clothes, accessories or crystals.

One of the perfect grounding stones are: Red jasper, and black Obsidian, black tourmaline, zebra jasper, Kambamba jasper.

Use red candles light in the evening or morning.

Use mantras for grounding or sing mantras.

Eat more red apples, peach, onion, carrots.

Taking care of home plants is amazing for grounding, so feel free to create your beautiful garden. One of the plants I recommend is geranium.

Use essential oils for grounding like tea tree, cedarwood, rosewood.

note – if you like oil painting or pottery they have immensely grounding and calming effect.

What is Grounding and why it is important? -I

 

     In this article I`ll share about what is “grounding” as practice, what are the symptoms that we are ungrounded ; why is it so important now (specially in times of ascension).

    In the turbulent times like the ones we are facing in 2020 (and many years after as it has resonance ahead in the future) we can feel often exhausted, out of energy, sad, depressed, and without focus in life.

    These are times of major transformation on earth plane, which involves each single soul as well as the collective soul of humanity. We can call these times in different way: spiritual wakening, ascension, soul purging. What we need to understand is: 1.these times are crucial for our development as humans and for our planetary energy. 2. These times are not happening “just by chance”, but they have deep pattern and meaning.

   In times of ascension and transformation, we often can feel unstable, insecure, easily grasped by negative emotions, anxiety, fear, depression or regret for something past.

What we need mostly is in fact very simple and its grounding.

Grounding is process (the same as awakening) of connecting with your Inner core, becoming stable and safe, becoming rooted to the Core of the planet earth.

What does it mean to connect with your inner Core?

The most important thing that grounding brings is living in the present moment – now. (most people often let their mind drift to the past or future, but then they cant feel the present moment)

2. feeling gratitude and love for your own body;

3. feeling gratitude for what you have now; for what you are and what you achieved. (that includes not just your material possessions, but mostly your own personal qualities and achievements).

4. feeling oneness with all the planet, all human beings, plants and animals.

That’s quite important step, and it`s not so easy to achieve as it seems. Because each soul has unique path, and it has unique stamps of Spirit, soul, body and Ego mind. That’s why many people have hard times to feel connected with all. But regular and daily practices of Grounding (& gratitude) will make you feel connected with all life on the planet, you will start realizing that on very subtle level when you are in nature.

There are many ways to feel “grounded” and live with purpose.

Some of them are:

-        being in nature, touching the nature, feeling the smell of flowers, trees, fresh air, water, or taking care of plants and trees.

-        Sunrays can bring you much grounding energy, if you are sitting on the ground outside, or just walking in garden, forest, beach;

-        Exercises, yoga, Tai chi and pranayama make you grounded;

-        Working on your Root chakra and Earth star chakra is quite important for grounding.

-        Eating fruits and vegetables that are Sunlight grown, or grains (!)

New moon ritual, meditation & Alignment with your Higher Self

 

This new moon portal opens on 11 February, which is special date, as 11 is master number – completing a cycle of life, starting new period, rejuvenation and clarity are brought with this number.

As the month energy is in tune with Arch. Uriel and yellow flame angels, it`s nice if your new moon ritual is with their presence and guidance.

Yellow flame angels will assist you with finding your higher purpose, achieving your goals and going forward, continuing with important task that you left behind.

    Important divine qualities of this golden-yellow flame are devotion (to your purpose), passion, integration, persistency, confidence, stepping forward. Now is perfect time to act on what you want, make small steps in the right direction. You are also in the flow of amazing wave of intuition and activation of Solar Plexus chakra.

Ritual  ❥

     In the New moon day sit in quiet space, that is sacred for you. Make your moon altar using the following magic tools: 3 (6 or 9) yellow candles, 3 golden candles, simple crystal grid with citrine, aventurine, fire opal, amber, clear quartz; yellow flowers, bowl of water, magic stamp with Septagram in circle.

(If you don’t have some of this tools, feel free to change and adjust the ritual as per your taste.)

You can play soft music, or Tibetan bowl; Light up the candles and set your intention to connect with the energy of archangel Uriel and yellow flame angels. Make protection sphere of blue light around you, to keep you safe from any dark energy.

      Now say: “ I call upon arch. Uriel and yellow flame angels to surround me with radiant Golden light of love, protection and wisdom.” See yourself in this bubble of yellow light for a few moments. Breath deeply and allow the light to engulf your aura.

     Say in yourself: “I now cleanse and clear all my chakras from any negative energies, entities of believes that I had in the past. I allow the golden light to come in each chakra for cleansing, healing and rejuvenation. I`m filled with self-believe, confidence and passion for all what I do. I` m warrior of Light.”

Now visualize the sphere of golden light descending in your Crown chakra, see it there sparkling and expanding, while turning clockwise. See this sphere of golden light going down to your Third eye; sparkles and expands, then to your Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root chakra. Now see all your body glowing with beautiful golden light of wisdom, cleansing and self-trust.

This light is activation of the Sun magnetic ethereal core inside you. It will rejuvenate, and cleanse all your chakras, and it will connect specially with your Solar Plexus. This is the center of your inner core, divine Child, your connection with friends and children.

The Sun core is very important for your spiritual growth and understanding of self, how you are viewing the world around you.

      See a beautiful golden lotus bud slowly opening and turning in your Solar Plexus within golden light sphere. The bud opens fully and you see the radiant golden lotus flower, it spreads the light throughout your entire body, blood, connects with your Heart, and Crown. Vizualise from this golden lotus flower light cords flowing down, to your legs and feet, activating the light in your feet, moving down to your Earth star chakra (2 inches below you). Your earth star chakra begins to turn, expand and its light becomes brighter. See the golden cords from your Solar plexus entangle around the sphere of Earth star chakra. Breath deeply and stay here for a moment to allow this energy to work fully. Do that for around 5-10 min.

Now you finished the part of your moon meditation.

       Take your Septagram stamp -7 pointed star; (peace of paper that you draw Septagram or Fairy star in a circle), and write in its centre the initials of your name. This should be your spiritual name, not the real one. Write just the first letter, that’s your stamp.

     From the opposite side of the star write: New moon date - .. month, I, (your spiritual name or mission) set the intention of…. With the help of arch. Uriel and my guardian angels, and the moon energy. And so it is.

Write down your intention, as its good to choose not more than 3 things unrelated, or just one for the new moon. Because if you have multiple intentions the energy will be dispersed in many directions and not focused.

Note: in this ritual you can add any other angel, ascended master, fairy or elemental by your wish!

Now place this magic stamp of New moon in a special box, place that its not seen by anyone. The New moon activation needs 30 days to start working, if you have one intention/ desire.

Note 2: be aware that angels don’t grant your wishes for material objects, money and possessions, but they can send you aid of personal qualities, events and synchronicities to achieve them!)

The same as angels don’t drive car instead of you, or don’t do the work instead” of you.

Now you can end your ritual with music, Tibetan bowls, mantra or dance according to your choice.

New moon in Aquarius -Merkaba meditation- visualization

 This meditation is designed to integrate and activate the light of your Merkaba and Higher self  ❧

      Relax now in a comfortable sacred place, in your room or nature. Breath deeply a few times. Imagine your energy expands and it fills with beautiful pure white light. Breath for 5 minutes, let go of any worries and emotions. Focus on your experience. Imagine you are on a high mountain, see the view of the mountain, covered with amazing forests. Trees are green, covered with snow, and sparkling. It`s in the night time, but there is all light as the snow spreads light all around.

See the sky full of bright stars. You recognize now some constellations and stars that you saw since you were little child.

You see also shining stars of Aquarius constellation. They have beautiful shine and you feel they are calling you.

See now your guardian angels, archangel Zadkiel are around you, protecting you with shield of violet and white light. You are safe here. A cloud like a soft cotton is moving in the sky and descends slowly in front of you. Angels invite you to climb on this white cloud, where you are flying in the night sky. See the silent view of the earth and mountain below you now from the sky where you are.

You are filled with love, freedom and aw from this wonderful place.

Now see the stars are closer to you, as if you can touch them with your hands.

You see one star that is brighter than all – this star is your Aquarian star. It starts to float closer and closer to you, when finally descends as a spinning sphere of light above your head.

This is the spinning star of your Merkaba; it activates your Merkaba and your soul purpose here. See it as white big orb of light, and inside it there is a violet Merkaba star from violet light.

This is your star that helps you to unlock your full potential, energy, divine purpose and talents that you have here. It also aligns your soul with all your past lives, talents and missions that you had. This violet merkaba starts to move now faster and faster. Then it sends codes of light to your body, healing, cleansing and transmuting anything that is not for your highest good.

This is the merkaba of Truth, wisdom and Purity.

See now how this divine star descends above you, envelopes all your body in white and violet light. Now the Merkaba is wrapped around you, and you are within it. Feel its light and strong energy of love, peace and wisdom. See the star moving slowly in clockwise direction, and your angels are around you to assist in this process of activation.

After some time imagine the white cloud carries you down to the ground; you step again on the mountain, see the trees and pines covered with snow all around. Your Merkaba is now integrated within your body and will start to spread light, to activate and cleanse your tissues, organs and DNA more deeply. You see still the bright white light around you. Your merkaba is now within your Third eye, from where it will spread in your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.

Thank your guardian angels, archangel Zadkiel and master St. Germain for their help in finding and activating your divine Star.

Breath slowly and gently and return to your world in the present moment.

New Moon in Aquarius (Feb. 11)

 

    

 This New moon opens an amazing Portal of rejuvenation, oneness and mindfulness. It`s gateway of alignment with your Soul purpose, high intuition and new beginning. That is signified both by number [1] and zodiac of Aquarius.

Furthermore we have great energy shift with multiple planets gathering in Aquarius – which is known as Aquarius Stellium; The planets are sign of strong energy activation and alignment with universal laws: Moon, Sun, Mercury, Venus, Saturn and Jupiter are in Aquarius.

They will bring strong intuition, emotions and awakening of the spiritual bodies. Also expansion, karmic cleansing, need to connect with others (Mercury) and love-relationships. Now is perfect time to begin any new creative project, work or to cleanse all unclear things in your relationships.

Meditation with Golden light and arch. Uriel (February)

     This meditation is designed for activation and realignment with the energies of February. The colour this month is beautiful purple, yellow and light golden light, and we are guided by archangel Uriel to act upon our desires, to make priorities and be clear on what we want to achieve.

    Advice of arch. Uriel is to focus on one task at time and to not be overwhelmed by many obligations. 2. See the bigger picture, and take responsibility for your life also in every day matters. 3. Take care of your stomach and gut health, as some unhealthy foods can create disorder.

In health aspect [7] –the month number (made from the year 2021 [5] + month [2]) is related to heart as physical organ, blood cells and blood pressure. Pay special attention to your heart. 

Visualize glowing yellow sphere of light in your Crown chakra, above your head. The sphere is spinning, its colour becomes more bright, and you see it tinged with beautiful golden shine. Archangel Uriel is with you now to help you boost your motivation, self-believe and confidence and to cleanse your aura from all negative believes.

See his wings around you in yellow and golden light. The sphere of light in your Crown chakra, now descends to your Heart; see it as a small light sphere, which grows gradually within you, until it reaches the perfect size for you.      Septagram is celestial stamp of protection and shielding in ethereal plane. Then light this candle every day in direction north-east, representing creative inspiration, higher purpose, motivation and power. Light it with a short prayer to arch. Uriel to surround you with cleansing golden light and increase your creative talents and confidence. The Star from Tarot major arcana, which is card of Aquarius and card of spiritual ascension, finding your soul purpose, connection with angels and spirit guides, artistic talents are enhanced.

Magic square, energy and Spiritual tools for February 2021

 

February is amazing month, and special in spiritual perspective, as it represents energy of movement, transition and quality of divine willpower. Now you should be aligned with your inner power and deep knowledge of your purpose on earth. If that still didn’t happen in your life, be prepared for big shift, going through challenges and change in many aspects: your thinking and believes, your environment, your friends. All things are in constant change this month.

This number brings activation, power, assertiveness, fire and light. If the previous month we had angels of guidance Chamuel and Universal love and harmony, this month angel to connect is Uriel, coming in waves of sparkling yellow and golden and white light. This is the energy activating divine abundance and motivation to create, realizing power of knowledge, education.

You will have to achieve and acquire qualities of self-believe, willpower, confidence and develop healthy boundaries with others.
