In this article I`ll share about what is “grounding” as practice, what are the symptoms that we are ungrounded ; why is it so important now (specially in times of ascension).
In the turbulent times like the
ones we are facing in 2020 (and many years after as it has resonance ahead in
the future) we can feel often exhausted, out of energy, sad, depressed, and without
focus in life.
These are times of major
transformation on earth plane, which involves each single soul as well as the
collective soul of humanity. We can call these times in different way:
spiritual wakening, ascension, soul purging. What we need to understand is: 1.these
times are crucial for our development as humans and for our planetary energy.
2. These times are not happening “just by chance”, but they have deep pattern
and meaning.
In times of ascension and transformation, we often can feel unstable, insecure, easily
grasped by negative emotions, anxiety, fear, depression or regret for something
past.
What we need mostly is in fact very simple and its grounding.
Grounding is process (the same as awakening) of connecting with your Inner core, becoming stable and safe, becoming rooted to the Core of the planet earth.
What does it mean to connect with your inner Core?
The most important thing that grounding brings is living in the present
moment – now. (most people often let their mind drift to the past or future,
but then they cant feel the present moment)
2. feeling gratitude and love for your own body;
3. feeling gratitude for what you have now; for what you are and what
you achieved. (that includes not just your material possessions, but mostly
your own personal qualities and achievements).
4. feeling oneness with all the planet, all human beings, plants and
animals.
That’s quite important step, and it`s not so easy to achieve as it
seems. Because each soul has unique path, and it has unique stamps of Spirit,
soul, body and Ego mind. That’s why many people have hard times to feel
connected with all. But regular and daily practices of Grounding (&
gratitude) will make you feel connected with all life on the planet, you will
start realizing that on very subtle level when you are in nature.
There are many ways to feel “grounded” and live with purpose.
Some of them are:

being in nature, touching the nature, feeling
the smell of flowers, trees, fresh air, water, or taking care of plants and
trees.

Sunrays can bring you much grounding energy,
if you are sitting on the ground outside, or just walking in garden, forest,
beach;
-
Exercises, yoga, Tai chi and pranayama make
you grounded;
-
Working on your Root chakra and Earth star
chakra is quite important for grounding.

Eating fruits and vegetables that are
Sunlight grown, or grains (!)
