What is meaning of Life? -III

   ... third part of my article about meaning ...

    The second component of the infinity is Ascension of Soul. The human soul is only eternal –like that of angels. No animals, no insects, no ocean and sea creatures have “eternal soul”. This is obviously a great honor for the humans. But if they understand its meaning and act in accordance. Ascension of soul is a complicated and long process. It starts with developing of human soul (ascension of heart and inner feelings in the Light). This happens through many life times (creating karma, past life records) and paying the debts in the current life. That’s not just “karma” but it’s the low of the Universe. All what you send, give, you will receive back. This is simple way and totally truth. Ascension of soul (heart) happens trough achieving Purity (inside and outside), unconditional Love and forgiveness. That are the main aspects. In them all lies the Root of the Life flower.

    We have to remember, as all things on earth are interconnected, the life of each individual is related, interconnected with lives of all other individuals. That means –life of all humans on the planet is connected strongly with energy cords. If one individual is feeling happy, joyful and successful in life, he cant be so for long. His life is immanently linked on energy level to life of all humans. That’s how all the wars, attacks, killings and fights in any corner of the planet affects on energy levels of all humans and all earth. In this way if many children are killed in war for example, if there is strong suffer, famine and pain in one part of the world – these aspects will reflect everyone else. That means – we cant possibly achieve “happiness” on the inside level, until the dirtiness of the wars has been cleaned from earth. What we will achieve is a “fake happiness” on the outside, which wont last for long. Our planet is one big homogeneous creature. That’s how we are not separated. But we need to act for our development separately until we reach the perfect state of Light.

Don’t forget, we are being of divine Light, and we have in our DNA the structure of divine creator. We can develop, expand in the way of Light, just if we understand and realize the importance of that process.

What is ugliness? III

- Please, read parts I and II ...

   * Spiritual level (mind, understanding, seeing behind).

Here i`ll say few words about how we observe and perceive the world through our mind. The mind is given to us, to use it properly – that everyone knows. But we don’t actually know that mind is the activator of all what we call “reality” –outside and inside –and its connected with complex net of images, neurons, energy links to all other systems –physical and emotional. Losing the mind as a main part of engine” means to lose everything. Mind is connected with heart and emotions in strong node; we often feel they work separately, but this is not truth. We have such illusion only because we don’t know how to use them in proper way. The more we go inside the science of Spirit, spiritual development, soul connections and energy work, the more we`ll discover amazing properties of these ties and links. We have mind, which can be expanded so much to encompass all universe inside and all galaxies and stars.

    The way our mind is directed and developed means everything and creates everything in our life. We can have hard emotions, sadness, be hurt and broken in heart, but the mind is the conductor who help us to be aligned again and in harmony with our inner self.

If the soul- emotions and heart are linked to effects, feelings and attachments we have to others and their relation to us, the spirit and mind are related to observance, high level feelings and understanding we have to ourselves. That’s the main point of any development. We should know first who we are –understand yourself, feel yourself, study yourself in all moments of life – then you`ll be much stronger and the visible reality and relations with others wont delude your mind, wont be able to hurt you. That’s why the mind connected with the developed spirit will create “expansion”. To be expanded in mind, means to be flowing like water, to go through all obstacles, to see all from above, to feel all with eyes of your mind. Here concentrated the sense of third eye and Crown chakra. We should know we are always connected to the main source of energy as we are part of the universal plan, part of divine plan, part of universal expansion. That’s why we need to have knowledge, to fall and rise, to sleep and wake up, and then we experience what we call wisdom.

      In respect to concept of ugliness (and beauty) I can only say- we need to strive to see them through our minds eyes, and with our heart. This is where the truth lies. We don’t need illusion created separately by what we think is “our heart”; love is created illusion as we create it with universal mirrors, for which I talked before …(*…).

But real preserving of what is ugly and what is beautiful has direct link to what is Light and what is dark –what is bad and what is good, and take care –it is not “subjective”. The universe has own laws which are valid for all life. we cant call a star a “planet”, or the sun “moon”, or human “animal”; so there are objective realities, that we can only feel, perceive in subjective way. That’s how just emotional –psychology level is subjective, as its linked with our senses, and still physically “present”. Indeed what we create in our mind –the energy of spirit us purely physical –just still not well known or observed from the science.

When our spirit is awaken, when we feel need to strive to the divine light, to the divine and white energy within us, then we can see all things have beauty. There is always a dark side next to the light –yin and yang principle is roaming in atmosphere. But there is always strive for light; that’s why with our mind we observe ugliness as part of the whole divine plan, or part of the beauty. If there is no “ugliness” beauty will be very fuzzy concept, not stable and finally just fall apart. In world of angels there is no beauty, as all they live inside is Light.

We have to go above all concepts, above all understanding, above all personal experiences, hurt, painful events …and see all the beauty around. Then we`ll surely understand why “ugliness” exist here, and why we see it and experience it. It takes time and takes expansion.

Guide to basic aroma oils and chakra balancing

    Essential oils are the basic alphabet of spiritual awakening and motivation for energy work. They are so important in our life, as they not only work on a higher level, uplifting and cleansing the aura, balancing chakras, but help also to boost immune system and fight many illnesses on a physical level. They are gift from nature and god to enhance, recover and heal, so they are pure natural medicine. Essential oils are wide spread and used in different ways – for massage on the body, in aroma lamp for meditation, in bath and water for relaxing, for making aroma spray. Take time and use them every 2 days for achieving best result.

Aromatherapy is used to cleanse our body from toxins, clear the blockages from our energy, so we can feel more alive and happy. All kind of oils we can use also for cleansing the energy of home, with aroma-lamp and spray. We need to have basic knowledge about what essential oils to use for chakra opening and balancing. Here I suggest list with most common scents for each energy wheel; I`ll add also information what other actions you can make in order to assure balance in your chakra. If you use the powerful natural gift regularly you wont need any other additional medicine and you`ll enjoy strong health and joyful mind.

I. How to use essential oils?

Most people are aware now of the ways aromatherapy works, but I would like to add this for some, who are just in the beginning of their interest with oils. There are some easy common ways. Have in mind that essential oils are highly concentrated and you have to put just one to few drops.

a)     relaxing and cleansing ~ take a bath, putting inside your favorite aroma oils mixing 3-5 drops from each (better use not more than 3 different oils) Add also little sea salt and enjoy the full relax.

b)     Meditation & room cleansing ~ put 2 drops of oil in aroma lamp and close your eyes and enjoy beautiful meditation, while focusing on the chakras related with this aroma. This works perfect for cleansing the space energy.

c)      Detoxifying, recovering from illness ~ put 2 drops of oil in a boiling water with little sea salt. Take a towel and cover your head so that to be above the steam, and to be fully covered; leave distance between the steam and your face and breath for 5-10 min the steam. This is used for softening the face-skin, for problematic skin or acne (with tea-tree oil) for cough and common cold –with chamomile and peppermint oil.

d)     Detoxifying body in the end of the day ~ in a plastic basin with warm water drop 3 drops of essential oil of any kind. You can add also sea salt and enjoy absolute relax and detoxification of you body. You`ll feel the energy flowing from down to up.

e)     Aroma spray ~ use a glass bottle and mix distilled water and 5 drops of one oil (25 ml) for stronger effect you can use three different oils, mix each of them with 5-6 drops and shake the bottle before use. Leave it for at least 5 hours so it become good composition. Then use for room spray, or on yourself (make sure to not spray on sensitive places –face or eyes). You can use this on arms, underarms, neck.

* Here I present my list with basic essential oils for chakra opening and chakra meditations. In many aromatherapy sites they differ, also they are mixed and combined in different ways. That is because each person have personal preferences and favorite aroma, but there are some constant oils effective specially for determined chakra. (note: one star indicates the strongest oil for the chakra, two stars - other less strong additional oils)  

I. Root chakra (Muladhara) ~ * Sandalwood, cedar wood, myrrh, ginger (strongest) ** pomegranate, wild cherry, angelica root, vetiver, oak moss, spikenard, cocoa; shea butter; 

II. Sacral chakra (Svadhishtana) ~ * Orange, ylang yilang, patchouli, neroli; ** bergamot, vanilla, melon, pink rose, honeysuckle, cardamom, papaya, pear, tangerine; 

III. Solar Plexus (Manipura)  * Lemon, ginger, bergamot, clove, juniper, cinnamon; ** Coriander, Geranium, grapefruit; banana; mandarin, petigrain, lemongrass;

IV. Heart (Anahata)  * eucalypt, pine tree, aloe, tea tree, pink rose; Melissa;

** Bergamot, neroli, tangerine, musk, bamboo, lilac, hyacinth, rosemary, apple, sakura (cherry blossom), strawberry;

V. Throat chakra (Vishudha) *  Peppermint, chamomile, honey; ** geranium blue, green tea, cypress, grapefruit; basil, juniper;

VI. Third eye (Ajna) * Lavender, violets, blueberry, frankincense, myrrh;  ** Clary sage, juniper, helichrysum, elemi, marjoram; lilac, sakura

VII. Crown chakra (Sahasrara) * Lavender, coconut, white rose, Jasmine, salvia, frankincense; ** elemi, rosewood, gurjum, galbanum; Spikenard, Sandalwood, salvia. lotus.

Some essential oils are effective as we can see for all chakras, they are favorite of many people, have properties of soothing the nerve system, clearing the mind and awakening sense of joy. These are: rose, rosemary, lavender, neroli, ylang ylang, frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver, salvia, coconut, strawberry, vanilla.

X Obligations : IX. Spirit

9. Obligation to your Spirit. (spirit and soul are different!) 

The difference between them – spirit is connected with your higher level charkas and your aura means Third eye and Sahasrara (Crown chakra situated on the top of your head) They are like doors to the higher levels of Consciousness,Mindfulness, visions, knowing and intuition. 

Soul is connected with Anahata and astral body. So they are not equal. Your spirit is also sacred, but if Soul is only for yourself and creating pleasure, spirit has other ways, and awaken by different elements. (but also as all things in our body they are totally connected and flowing to each other) That means you cant have emotional problem (of Soul) which to not to affect on your Spirit, and opposite –you cant have spiritual problem, not to affect on your emotions and heart. 

Spirit is the questions: what is meaning of life? why am I here? And why am I now? What is the universe and how the life exists? What is God and where is he? How to connect with God and how with angels? Do I believe in something? / God? What is ultimate reason for existence of universe? What is my mission here? (just when u start to ask these question –not answer –u`ll be much closer and on your spiritual path. Some people do not start asking, but they also have little sparkles of wondering.) By asking these questions you start wondering and researching all that topics, so the ultimate goal of you and all universe should be “ to expand". That means to achieve higher and higher and higher (without end) levels of personal development. This is what we seek. 

Now – what is Spirit and what is Personal growth ? And how can we achieve it? Spirit is the fine substance covering our body in aural field. Spirit is connected with all aural body elements, specially with a soul. The word root comes from Latin “Spiritus” means “breath”. So it refers to the elements of high consciousness, and high awareness of Personality. (while the root of soul is “anima” (meaning “to breath”, “air”, “life”) Because both are integrally connected there are many confusions between then in historical terms. There are many things to be discussed here, but on the whole, spirit is a fine matter, which exists, develops and grows parallel of the existence of Body. Spirit exists like “sparkle” and fire in all living things, as well as all Elements (I ll discuss that in separate writing) That exactly Spirit is the fine ethereal connection between the visible and invisible matter, and the sparkle to God, it opens the gates of Higher Awareness and understanding the deep underlying meaning of universe. Spirit gives you knowledge of another kind, and higher vibration in the field. It has colors –Indigo-Violet- Crystal white. (while soul – as connected with Astral body is more connected with body with fine treat of light, its like your astral twin. 

Another important difference – while the Soul is Individual and has features of you (as your Astral twin), the Spirit is out of Ego and transcendental for everyone, its like high vibration energy and wind for the universe, and its force of moving. (if soul is a lake, spirit is like river, or waves; if the soul is air, Spirit is the wind – the force that is moving). Spirit is out of Ego, and not in “feeling” but in “seeing” and understanding God. It`s like northern lights, and has reflection of your soul (Astral body).

If soul is subjected to time, and rebirth, it is eternal. The Spirit is like shining of energy fields which is presented with Personal Growth. Its eternal ,but not individual (even it has imprint of your soul). Now further relations to understand better the difference between the two – Soul is static and unchanging (means the experiences and surroundings change for it); Spirit is also eternal, but it is always in motion, dynamic, swirling and moving in direction of Expansion. Soul has silver connection with the material body more, Spirit is opened and connected to the eternal source of energy : God. Every human and living creature possess soul, which reflects individual characteristics of the human. Spirit is like a very pure flame of violet and crystal light, and it`s developed more in old souls (means in people who had many past lives behind). Soul is connected with the matter, even its very fine and invisible for eyes, spirit is connected with the universe, its energy dwells in high levels, and metaphysical substances. All spirits are connected as a net to the Source of energy. (which wont discuss now). 

The most important to remember is – Spirit is a Higher Consciousness, knowing and seeing, and feeling on this level. It`s connected both – with the soul (astral body) and with the Divine source of universe. It has stages of growing and development (but cant have transgression), as its not familiar to it. When you once know the power of Spirit and its flame, you are always connected with it. On higher stage and with practice, you ll be able to: listen to angels and fine energy creatures. Communicate with them, see them and feel them. Listen to others people thoughts, feel them and see their “aura”, and their astral bodies. Here the telepathy is developed well. With that abilities you`ll be able to understand many things about the truth in universe, to answer questions and feel the reality from another side. So what is obligation when u reach to this level? 

1. All above obligations should be reached and present in human life, in order to reach to Spiritual growth. 2. The drive for achieving should exist – means desire and passion to grow in spirit. 3. He should have daily practices in meditation and prayers. (normally for such people not less than 2 hours). 

4. He should listen and communicate to his angels guardians or “teachers” or if he cant he could write a diary of his thoughts, his dreams, and write on topic of spirit generally.

5. he should without a doubt avoid connecting with very lower levels of souls, and keep expanding his knowledge by knowing more people who can be Teachers of students for him. The process of study and spiritual growth is endless. Even so some creatures escape and broke the physical cycle of rebirth –death- rebirth, they will continue to develop in higher levels with help of other creatures and angels.

Most important is to know, that everyone who you meet in your life path, can be your teacher of student (no matter in good or in bad way). The high spirit cant be received by just viewing and stagnancy, but only with daring and will to move ahead and motion from inside –to outside. This action is not more than all what we mention above.

X Obligations : III. Brothers & Sisters in Spirit

3. Obligation to your Brothers and Sisters in Spirit. In other words –your friends. The basic obligations you have are: 

1. speak the truth by any kind of communication (take note that here comes : do not put mask on your face in front of them, be yourself, and show your real feelings, do not hide the truth for yourself, feelings, actions and others) 

2. Be helpful and compassionate : That means realize what your friends suffer and try to help them in any way. Advise, action, love, care. Be ready to help first and not to criticize first! 

3. Share: sharing means much, as if you have friends and sisters in Spirit, that means by itself that they are “chosen” and not by chance with you! Spend time with them. That is not equal to calling them on the phone or online chatting, or sending message. Signs of real and life communication are appreciated when this is possible of course. If not dont lose the person, who is valuable to you. 

You are together by purpose to help and study together and achieve higher levels of Consciousness and awareness. They need you, as you need them, and its interactions between equals. Not to mention, you cant be a sister and bother in Spirit with someone on a different level (on a different wave), as that’s impossible for the vibration match. That’s all in all what you should do. Do not hide from them, but opposite – reveal the truth self to them and your knowledge, so they will do the same!
