Here I`ll discuss what are the reasons meditation is one of the basic tools for personal growth, health and ascension + 7 different kind of meditations you can incorporate in your life.  

Meditation is practice that is the basis of your spiritual development. Moreover –practicing meditation can give you multiple benefits in your everyday life such as perfect health and connection with your Body-Mind-Soul.

What is meditation?

There can be many definitions on that, but I will say – meditation is a spiritual tool to create Time-space reality where you bring peace, love, serenity and focus to your Mind. Meditation also makes the ultimate ALIGNMENT between your Heart (Soul), Mind (Psychic), and Body (Karmic avatar). That’s why for anyone who wants to go forward on his spiritual development or just bring calmness to his mind, this is a crucial practice.

What is the purpose of Meditation? 

One of the most important purpose of meditation is to create empty space within your MIND and cleanse the conscious/ sub-conscious mind from clutter and negativity. Only when you reach the state of EMPTINESS, you will be able to receive more healing energy, joy and love in your life. As Mind-Body and Heart (Soul) are always in flow and connection, meditation will make them synchronise together with the Higher Self.

The laws that are valid for the outside world, are valid for the inside too.

⭐ Without making free space, declutter your room, you cannot bring positive and healing energy. Equally, without freeing space in your mind you can`t feel happy and fulfilled.

We need to be aware: without to make empty space in our lives we will feel easily exhausted, out of balance, and vulnerable to the outside negative influences.

6. With meditation you can connect to Higher spiritual realms, your Higher Self, your guardian Angels, Archangels, elementals, crystal spirits and other Cosmic light beings.
7. Meditation also can release and remove all dark entities, cords, blocks and Fears from your body/ energy, washing away your body with angelic Light. 🧘‍♀️

Magic square, energy and Spiritual tools for February 2021

 

February is amazing month, and special in spiritual perspective, as it represents energy of movement, transition and quality of divine willpower. Now you should be aligned with your inner power and deep knowledge of your purpose on earth. If that still didn’t happen in your life, be prepared for big shift, going through challenges and change in many aspects: your thinking and believes, your environment, your friends. All things are in constant change this month.

 In the centre of the magic square we have the number of February, from the number of year 2021 [5] + number of the month [2], which makes [7]. This number brings activation, power, assertiveness, fire and light. If the previous month we had angels of guidance Chamuel and Universal love and harmony, this month angel to connect is Uriel, coming in waves of sparkling yellow and golden and white light. This is the energy activating divine abundance and motivation to create, realizing power of knowledge, education.

You will have to achieve and acquire qualities of self-believe, willpower, confidence and develop healthy boundaries with others.

Full Moon in Leo -Portal of Raven -Spiritual tools, Tarot & Kabbalah (28)

 

 This beautiful Full on Portal opens on 28. of January, this is the first Full moon of the year, creating magical energy of devotion to your path, assertiveness, determination and passion.

To activate this energy in zodiac sign of Leo, you need to integrate the divine qualities of Leo, to be passionate, resilient, and ignite your inner fire.

     As with all fire signs, transformation and movement is required. Even so with Leo energy you need to be also aligned with the subtle power of the nature and people around you.

    Be aware of your strength and use it in perfect way and time. Be aware of the people`s strength and weaknesses, and that all can be achieved when you have this inner fire.

Energy, Magic Square & Spiritual tools for January 2021

 

    This year starts with wonderful new opportunities and Gateways in January. I feel the energy of soft green, radiant rose pink in the astral plane for January. This is air of higher vibrations and the key words for this month, give to me by angels are: health balance, tranquillity, communication.

      Some people still need to overcome challenges that are sent by the higher forces of karma and their Karma angels. Its important in this time to stay focused in what you want to achieve. Don’t be overwhelmed by many thoughts, desires and aims at once. We are going higher gradually, and last year the elevator of Ascension and Soul cleanse arrived finally. Until the energy of Full moon in 28.1. you will feel relieved and more balanced.

    [6 ] in the middle of the Square indicates the number of the month; 6 holds the keys to Universal love and Harmony, and the guiding angel is Chamuel with group of Pink light angels. You need to activate and work on your sacred Heart centre, and to awaken your qualities of self-love, compassion, empathy and forgiveness. Now is the time for cleansing and rejuvenating the heart chakra, so make any chakra meditation suitable for you.

Meditation:

Visualize brilliant pink lotus flower slowly opening in your heart centre. It spins in clockwise direction, and spreads pink light in all your body, blood, cells, molecules, recharges your DNA. Imagine how the pink light flows like stream of liquid water within all your body. Say inside yourself or out loud the following: “I`m Divine light, I live in love, harmony and bliss. My heart is rejuvenated with pink angelic light. I`m thankful for all what I have, for my body and health, for my past and present, I`m thankful for all people around me and for my spirit guides. And so it is.”

Do this meditation daily, or at any portal day: New moon, Full moon, or 11 January.

     The First month of 2021 gives the main vibration of the whole year 2021, which is Universal love. Work with your guides and angels to give you further assistance on your life mission or spiritual practices.

Spiritual tools:

      I suggest that you have rose quartz, or pink opal on your bed stand, or around you in the room. They can connect with your heart energy in the state of deep sleep, and help you in the process of heart healing and releasing pain. Also you can light up pink and green candles to activate energy of self-love. The essential oils you can use: rose, rosemary, geranium.
