Sit or lie down in a comfortable and quiet space. (It's always better to first cleanse the energy of the room). Light up one red candle dedicated to AA Nathaniel, ruby elemental and your personal health and vitality.
This meditation is designed to bring you deep healing and upgrade of your skeletal system and bones, together with revitalizing and opening your Root chakra with 5 dimensional codes.
Breathe deeply in and out a few times, as you try to hold your breath on the top. Then prepare your energy as you extend your aura in beautiful sphere of shimmering white light. See your aura expanding out more and more, encompassing the place you are in and little more. Feel how your energy is revived slowly. Now say in yourself the invocation:
I call on arch. Nathaniel, my guardian angels, crystal elemental of Ruby and red fire Dragon to be with me and surround me with light of protection and Love.”
Take time to sense the energy of the angels around you. See AA Nathniel placing ruby red sphere around your aura for high dimensional protection. Above it he places another sphere of golden light. Now See how arch. Nathaniel and ruby flame angels are surrounding you, sending streams of powerful ruby light into your Crown chakra first. This sphere starts sending streams of high vibrational ruby light to your body –they are covering your head, and penetrating your brain and skull, and travelling down your face, into your neck and back. This ruby light comes deeply into your bones, shoulders, arms, wrists, fingers and down to your backbone, hips, legs and feet. Feel how the divine ruby ray is cleansing all your body with glowing light. Your skeletal system starts to shine from within like rivers of ruby light.
