Importance of the heart
We all know the importance of the heart – as a physical organ and how our heart is connected with the life force energy, with our blood flow and blood cells. The blood flow and the state of your blood is significant for your inner power, strength, resilience and healing abilities.
Blood holds a specific signature, which is unique to you. Even your parents, siblings and ancestors have different blood. In the 3 D reality the blood is connected to your Root chakra and to your Heart, to your ancestors and to life on the planet and your unique purpose.
That's why it is so important to pay attention to your blood flow, heart and blood vessels. They have the ability to flush away toxins and negative cells and to restore back to their original perfect health.
MEDITATION WITH ANGELS

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, in a slightly darkened room. Take a few deep breaths in and out and focus inward, within your heart. Feel the beats of your heart, and send Love to it, as you imagine it surrounded by a sphere of white-golden light. Your heart is like your best friend, it holds part of your soul blueprint, and it connects you with the world of earth, trees, elementals and fairies in higher dimensions. It connects you with all living things on this planet.
See how your aura becomes bigger and bigger with each breath. Now your aura is filling the room and expanding more, until it reaches two times the room perimeter. This meditation is designed to deeply heal and transform your heart, blood and cardio-vascular system, upgrading it with 5 dimensional light codes.
Now call upon the angels:

Now take time to feel or see the presence of the angels around you. They are beautiful and shining, bringing more light and cleansing your aura on all levels. See AA Raphael with his beautiful green wings sending healing rays to your heart, these rays encompass your heart with green-golden light like a cocoon. Then feel how this light starts to flow like a river with your blood, filling all your blood vessels, veins, arteries, and all blood in your body with divine green-golden light.
The Green flame angels spread their hands and send healing rays to your head, eyes, nose, ears and brain. See how the green energy flows into your brain and into all brain cells and neurons, making them shine from within. Archangel Raphael and the angels place green pyramid of light around you. You can see the pyramid starting to shine, as each of the walls is filled with green-golden light, one by one. Then the bottom square of the pyramid that you stand on is covered by green-golden light. See how you sit within the pyramid, and on the base is a drawing of magical six-pointed star (Star of David) within a circle. This is a stamp of high vibrational protection for your body, mind and soul. See how this magical stamp starts to rotate clockwise and shines with more golden light.
Now you feel from the top of the pyramid there is a sphere of green-golden light, rotating gently in the place of your Soul star chakra. See how stream of light descends from this point down to your body and covers your head and all your body with tube of healing light of the angels. Next, we call on crystal spirit of Emerald and green fluorite, the green earth dragon and flower fairies to come to you and surround you with Love.
Feel their presence now. They create a beautiful healing sphere of light around the pyramid that you are in. This sphere connects you to all life on the planet, and makes you strong, resilient and increases your ability to tune into nature. They infuse the sphere with feminine qualities of love, self-love, nurturing, compassion, forgiveness and self-healing. As the heart is related to the state of youth, you can ask to become younger and beautiful and to replenish your skin.

You see in the middle of it a round place with amazing huge Emerald crystal. Come to it and touch it, i has beautiful facets and radiates light everywhere in your heart. This is the gift from Emerald spirit – this little piece of emerald has cosmic consciousness and high healing ability. It offers permanent healing for your heart on an etheric level.
Think about what do you need to let go of in your life? What you need to release that was hard to do? Do you still have painful memories about person you loved? A childhood trauma, or someone you still hold grudges to? Think about all these people and set the intention to release them now. This healing emerald will help you. You are not alone.
