Crystal meditation & Ruby light activation for the Full moon in Aries 🧘

 

This is monthly crystal meditation specially designed to cleanse, clear and align your chakras and the whole energy for the Full moon in Aries cycle. 🌔 

Sit or lie down in a comfortable and relaxed position. Keep your back straight and take 4 long deep breaths in and out. Imagine breathing in beautiful shining white-blue light, and imagine breathing out the garish particles of your negative emotions, fears, anxiety, tensions and depression. 

This is beautiful Ruby full moon in Aries - perfect time to set your goals, to head straight away in the needed direction, to focus and remain optimistic regardless what is around.

Aries always continues on his way, his energy is so lively and strong and filled with fire, that is hard to be stopped.

This crystal meditation will bring you in state of peace, self-love and alignment with your Higher purpose, so that you are prepared for all changes ahead.

We are working with the properties of the beautiful ruby light which is one of the highly energizing and protecting divine lights.

Imagine the ruby glowing sphere of light above your head. It spins and brings serenity and love in your being.

    For the meditation you will need one, 3 or 7 pieces of the follwing crystals: red jasper, strawberry quartz, ruby, red tourmaline, kambaba jasper, red aventurine.

If you don’t have any of them, simple visualization will work just great.

Lie down and place the 7 crystals by your choice on each chakra, starting from the Crown down to Heart, down to the Root chakra at the base.

    ★note: if you have only one crystal you can hold it in your left hand or receptive hand; or you can place it on your Solar Plexus chakra –above the navel. If you have 3 crystals you can combine them and place them as follows: one on your Third eye (forehead), one on your heart chakra, one on your Solar Plexus.

The angels we work for this full moon cleansing are Nathaniel and Michael, angels of protection, strength and divine purpose.

If you like you can add red candles to your meditation space.

In this meditation also we call on our guardian angels and the crystal spirit of the stones we have chosen.

Now if you chose to work with 7 crystals, feel how all of them are connected as one energy pillar of light within you. Feel and see the luminous ruby red light as a pillar flowing through your whole body, from your feet and entering into the ground and Earth star chakra (12 cm below).

Ruby light connects all the lower chakras and makes you grounded into the core of Gaia. It gives you protection, safety and alignment of Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus chakra with the Earth star chakra.

This is light holding keys to fire energy, ancestral healing and childhood trauma healing. That’s why this light will help you to boost your strength, energy, vitality, enthusiasm and health on physical and emotional level.

    The ruby light strengthens your tissues, backbone, skeletal system, bones, tendons, muscles and can relief pain in all body. It helps also with cleansing the blood vessels and the blood cells with pure energy.

Imagine this ruby red tube of light connecting all your chakras with the core of Gaia, and extending up to the Source energy above.

 

Now visualize beautiful sparkling ruby light in form of lotus flower in your Crown chakra. Say to yourself silently or out loud:

“I call upon arch. Michael, arch. Nathaniel and crystal spirit of … the chosen crystal …to be with me now and surround me with divine protection and Love.”

   I open, cleanse and rejuvenate my Crown chakra with angelic ruby light. I cleanse and remove from it any negative cords, hooks, emotions, thoughts, energy drains, entities, fears and Karma in all dimensions of time-space.” See and feel how all the negative energy is released like a dark smoke away from your chakra.

I now receive the energy of ruby light of safety, protection and divine purpose into my chakra.

See now how your Crown is filled with ruby light, spinning and expanding slowly to the best size for your spiritual evolution.

You need to repeat this exercise for each chakra in your body – Ajna (Third eye), Vishudha (throat), Anahata (Heart), Manipura (Solar Plexus), Svadishtana (Sacral), Muladhara (Root chakra).

Going to each of your chakras imagine it spinning and expanding in ruby red light like a sphere, or like a lotus flower. Feel its energy and the connection of the crystals. Don’t forget to thank the angels, crystal spirit and your guardian angels for their assistance.

Leave the crystals on your chakras for 30 min for best result. Then open your eyes slowly and return to your world.

Note: it`s recommended to drink plenty of water with lemon or green tea after completing this meditation.

Note 2: all red crystals love to be recharged in the sunlight, or to be buried in the ground – choose your way to cleanse them after the meditation.
