Crystal meditation & Ruby light activation for the Full moon in Aries 🧘

 

This is monthly crystal meditation specially designed to cleanse, clear and align your chakras and the whole energy for the Full moon in Aries cycle. 🌔 

Sit or lie down in a comfortable and relaxed position. Keep your back straight and take 4 long deep breaths in and out. Imagine breathing in beautiful shining white-blue light, and imagine breathing out the garish particles of your negative emotions, fears, anxiety, tensions and depression. 

This is beautiful Ruby full moon in Aries - perfect time to set your goals, to head straight away in the needed direction, to focus and remain optimistic regardless what is around.

Aries always continues on his way, his energy is so lively and strong and filled with fire, that is hard to be stopped.

This crystal meditation will bring you in state of peace, self-love and alignment with your Higher purpose, so that you are prepared for all changes ahead.

We are working with the properties of the beautiful ruby light which is one of the highly energizing and protecting divine lights.

Imagine the ruby glowing sphere of light above your head. It spins and brings serenity and love in your being.

    For the meditation you will need one, 3 or 7 pieces of the follwing crystals: red jasper, strawberry quartz, ruby, red tourmaline, kambaba jasper, red aventurine.

If you don’t have any of them, simple visualization will work just great.

Lie down and place the 7 crystals by your choice on each chakra, starting from the Crown down to Heart, down to the Root chakra at the base.

    ★note: if you have only one crystal you can hold it in your left hand or receptive hand; or you can place it on your Solar Plexus chakra –above the navel. If you have 3 crystals you can combine them and place them as follows: one on your Third eye (forehead), one on your heart chakra, one on your Solar Plexus.

The angels we work for this full moon cleansing are Nathaniel and Michael, angels of protection, strength and divine purpose.

If you like you can add red candles to your meditation space.

In this meditation also we call on our guardian angels and the crystal spirit of the stones we have chosen.

Now if you chose to work with 7 crystals, feel how all of them are connected as one energy pillar of light within you. Feel and see the luminous ruby red light as a pillar flowing through your whole body, from your feet and entering into the ground and Earth star chakra (12 cm below).

Ruby light connects all the lower chakras and makes you grounded into the core of Gaia. It gives you protection, safety and alignment of Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus chakra with the Earth star chakra.

This is light holding keys to fire energy, ancestral healing and childhood trauma healing. That’s why this light will help you to boost your strength, energy, vitality, enthusiasm and health on physical and emotional level.

    The ruby light strengthens your tissues, backbone, skeletal system, bones, tendons, muscles and can relief pain in all body. It helps also with cleansing the blood vessels and the blood cells with pure energy.

Imagine this ruby red tube of light connecting all your chakras with the core of Gaia, and extending up to the Source energy above.

 

Now visualize beautiful sparkling ruby light in form of lotus flower in your Crown chakra. Say to yourself silently or out loud:

“I call upon arch. Michael, arch. Nathaniel and crystal spirit of … the chosen crystal …to be with me now and surround me with divine protection and Love.”

   I open, cleanse and rejuvenate my Crown chakra with angelic ruby light. I cleanse and remove from it any negative cords, hooks, emotions, thoughts, energy drains, entities, fears and Karma in all dimensions of time-space.” See and feel how all the negative energy is released like a dark smoke away from your chakra.

I now receive the energy of ruby light of safety, protection and divine purpose into my chakra.

See now how your Crown is filled with ruby light, spinning and expanding slowly to the best size for your spiritual evolution.

You need to repeat this exercise for each chakra in your body – Ajna (Third eye), Vishudha (throat), Anahata (Heart), Manipura (Solar Plexus), Svadishtana (Sacral), Muladhara (Root chakra).

Going to each of your chakras imagine it spinning and expanding in ruby red light like a sphere, or like a lotus flower. Feel its energy and the connection of the crystals. Don’t forget to thank the angels, crystal spirit and your guardian angels for their assistance.

Leave the crystals on your chakras for 30 min for best result. Then open your eyes slowly and return to your world.

Note: it`s recommended to drink plenty of water with lemon or green tea after completing this meditation.

Note 2: all red crystals love to be recharged in the sunlight, or to be buried in the ground – choose your way to cleanse them after the meditation.

Full moon in Aries - High Dimensional Shift

The Full moon in Aries Portal opens on 20-21 October. It brings higher vibrations and energy of element Fire, and the chance for deeper change, transformation, breakthrough the patterns of life. The old stagnant energy is no more with us here. We are no longer in the reality of the 3D and 3 D conflicts of mind and society. We are now free from anything that was holding us back. Some people may feel it as a painful resistance, or there could be pains in different parts of the body, headaches, dizziness, pain in eyes and nervous system and need for longer resting time. That is quite normal before energy of the old to be released from your energy.

The healing and releasing codes of Golden light we receive in this full moon are amazing and we need to accept them fully in all levels.

The season of balance, harmony and flow in all relationships – Libra season after the equinox, will align us with our inner selves and our values. Together with the energy of Full moon in Aries, it will bring the need for self-love and acceptance before all. It`s the first priority for you to love yourself and take care of your needs before anything else. That is not the form of “ego”, but pure appreciation of your life here and now.

While Libra encourages you to balance your feminine and masculine side, Yin and Yang in your body, Aries Full moon is like fulfilment of your goals and desires with moments of breakthrough.

This Full moon opens to your full potential, what are you ready to give and sacrifice? What are you ready to let go and release? What is your new purpose and direction? What is the field that calls your passion and activates you to be your authentic self? All these questions you need to answer during this time.

Every Full moon we release fears and anxiety from our Sub-conscious mind. In this fiery Full moon we are invited to release fears of:

-        beings alone or out of resources

-        of conflicts and facing others differences

-        fear of showing your authentic self

-        fear of change and deep transformation

-        fear of going out from your comfort zone

    As the moon is in Aries, connect with the Fire energy in your body and divine Masculine. You need to release all fears related to aggression, control and being out of control. In this time your need to awaken the qualities of confidence, inner strength, persistency and courage.

    The Tarot card that represents the energy of Aries and the Full moon is Knight of Wands: moving forward with conviction and manifesting your ideas and plans. This is the most confident Knight of all, he knows what he wants and he knows his purpose. (That energy is quite opposite of the hesitant and gentle Libra).

Crystals to work with or make an altar are: Red Gasper, red garnet, strawberry quartz, coral.

If you want to activate the energy of your strength, courage and persistency, you can light up a red candle and make a crystal grid with red stones (or light 3, 6 – 9 candles) in the South direction, and say short affirmation.

I` m strong, stable and rooted to the ground. I manage everything in my home, I support my family. I have self-discipline and courage to go forward in any quest. I`m filled with courage and personal power.

Also, write down on a paper these Questions to Self:

- What do you need to move and change in your life?

- What are your deep passions and desires?

- What did you procrastinate?

- do you have any stagnant energy or is something blocking your path?

When you write down the questions you can make meditation for 10 minutes or longer and the answers of the questions will pop up in your head.

The Archangels you can work with in this time are: arch. Michael and arch. Gabriel.

The chakra you need to work on is Root (together with Sacral and Solar Plexus), which is at the base of your spine in red colour.

In this time be careful with the blood in your body, blood pressure, veins, arteries and cells. Take care of your diet and restrain from too much Yang foods.

The Full moon portal is suitable for: renovation, changes, new contract, new job, future planning, fire activation, working with Divine masculine.
