About Solar Plexus and many connections of it
Solar Plexus chakra is the energy centre located in the stomach area, just under the ribs, it radiates beautiful yellow light in different shades and saturation according to the spiritual evolution of different souls.
On a physical level this chakra is related to organs of the digestive system, bladder, stomach, intestines and liver, and with the function of the body to detoxify all foods or drinks that contain toxic ingredients to the body.
On energy levels Solar Plexus is related to the mind and mental body, to the way we think, what we believe in, our principles, values, ideas and inspiration to act in the world. This yellow chakra is connection to the Solar energy and it contains the divine masculine flow (with the Throat above and Root chakra below), it is driving our personal power, self confidence, ability to take decisions and actions, to believe in your inner power and to overcome obstacles and fears.
This is the chakra of activation of inner fire, so it has quite important function in the body.
When this chakra is blocked or slow moving, it can affect not only the persons confidence, willpower and self-discipline, but also his ability to think and believe in himself. When there is strong negative energy in Solar Plexus it may lead to anxiety, feeling restless, insomnia, chaotic thoughts, inability to see the clear picture, inability to remember information, being letargic, unmotivated, sluggish or being too active and being unable to rest.
In this era of human evolution almost 70% of humans suffer from any kind of problem in the Solar Plexus chakra. This is due the toxic ingredients in the foods and in the waters, which make this energy centre very vulnerable.
There is imminent connection between your mind and your digestive system, stomach, liver, intestines. So, the foods you eat (or addictions like sugar, alcohol, meat, bread) – affect your mind, the way you think, then affect the way you process information, your memory, on the next level they affect your self-esteem, believes, values, willpower, motivation, stamina, creative inspiration, self-respect and self-discipline. This is the link from physical to spiritual level. The flow in each chakra works in two directions, also from energy to physical level.
That`s why the opposite is valid too: the state of your mind, your willpower, self-respect, self believe, confidence, creative energy...and the thoughts you have every day, will have affect on your dygestive system (stomach, liver, intestine).
Many souls at this time don’t have healthy digestive system due to many factors (external and internal), and their mind is weak, chaotic and conflicting, without peace.
The energy connection don’t stop here of course, as the Solar Plexus is place of your inner child, and has the relationship with your own child, the way you play, the way you talk and treat your child. Because there is a spiritual link between all qualities of the Solar Plexus (willpower, self esteem, self respect) and the what is your relationship with the child (or children).
Moreover, the things become more complex as this yellow chakra is linked with our relationship to the money we make, our work”, or in the higher dimensions -our mission in life. What is your direction in life? Do you feel satisfied from your work, the money and are you happy with the state of your work”. If the answer is fixed “no”, you most probably will have problem with one of these aspects: your mental body, your willpower, your digestive system, your child (inner child).
