                  Greetings children of the New earth! ★

   Now we are in January 2026 – month with a very different vibration from the last year. We are in the year of a new cycle when new light codes will be showering the planet. Last year was meant for many souls to grow and overcome obstacles, it was year of karmic lessons and closures, of deep realization about your path, your relationships, your own skills and what you are capable of. 

Whatever you achieved in the year 2025 will be added to your spiritual toolbox -as it was important time for growth. This was also year of the Serpent – mastery , realization of your reality, your path and what you no longer need in your life; Many of you were shedding layers of fears, trauma from past, karmic relationships, some souls felt loss of dear one, went through break up or break through moments.

This year you will continue to go higher on the spiral of Ascension and awakening to the new reality. But it will not be an easy time for humanity, as the process of destruction and simultaneous transmutation has started. Be aware that on earth there are many other beings you can`t see -many beings of the darkness, who cooperate for agenda of imprisonment, power over people and full control on the planet. Many people behind dark curtains are trying still hard to pull the strings of others and pretend that people are puppets from the show they create. But this year the whole stage will start to break down and reveal the truth. Many faces will be seen as they are without mask. Many dark truths will be revealed, starting from January.

In the first month you can feel the energy of your own inner core starting to grow (Solar Plexus chakra). You can work on your fire and air element in the body (Throat chakra), as this will be important through the whole year.

In January is not the time to start something new, but rather to take clear decision, to make your plan and strategy, to know your priorities (at least 3) for the month and follow them. It is time to be more present, grounded and connect with your emotions. This is month for emotional balance, connecting with your inner child, rest, recuperation, planning ahead, journaling. In February you will have time to be more active and start doing things in your way.

You will be guided on the way, let go of all fears, doubts if something is right or wrong. Trust your inner knowing as you awaken your intuition in the powerful portals of the Full moon -on 3 January and the new moon in Capricorn (on 18 Jan).

You are about to become stronger and more powerful. Just keep your eyes on the goal and keep your head high. Don`t let anyone to take your power or make you slave of their own game.

January energy -Angels, Portals, Crystals (Clarity & Alchemy)

 

   We are welcomed into the brilliant alchemical energies of January -this moth from the start of 2026 feels very different on energy level. We are going upward on the spiral of ascension and this will become obvious in January. This is month marked by the cleansing white flame of AA Gabriel and the transmuting power of the violet flame of AA Zadkiel. Great combination of both create amazing start of the year with new hopes, rebirth, desire and passion for fresh start.

I see this month as beautiful white snowflake with violet hue and sparkles.

Here are some important themes for January!

      ★ Gaining clarity about your life

It`s time to be crystal clear on your goals, make vision and write in your journal what are the main goals and priorities this year. Then write just one main goal for January. Keep this journal as you go though the month and achieve things only one step at a time. Remember that you set this goal, but also you need to set important time for self-care and recuperation. Make list with things that you want to release from the energy of 2025. Set clear boundaries – who are the people that made you feel depleted (places or events). Make clear decision to avoid them, as you focus on your main goals. Write list with what you are grateful for and what were the spiritual lessons from 2025. This is important step into the new energy.

           ★ Self-care and emotional balance

Strong priority this first month is being very intentional about your self-care routine and establish daily practices which will bring you more self-love, calmness and relief. As this year will be the rising of the Phoenix – don’t expect it to be “easy or slow. But you need to create time to slow down and quiet your mind. Practice meditations, walk in nature, plant care and plant medicine and anything that works for you for emotional balance. Do not ignore or suppress your emotions. Give way to tears and laugh at this time, and feel free to let go negative feelings in the past.

               ★ Self-reflection and journaling

This is perfect time for journaling, writing your questions to yourself, making list with priorities for the month (and 6 months ahead). Don`t forget that you need to break your tasks in small fragments as its much easier to take smaller steps. In this way you will not be overwhelmed or out of focus. Reflect on the past year – what would you do differently if you went back in time? What you would add to the year?

                              Energy & Angels

The vibration of January is 2 -1 which is month of element Water – representing in general qualities of divine feminine and being in the flow, letting go of the past, receptivity, increased intuition, dreams, reflection, listening to your inner guidance, emotional detox. I see this water as white snowflake which is the frozen state of water. You can make this symbol work for you to cleanse your aura and space – create energetic big snowflake above your head in your Sou Star chakra – see it being activated with white and violet light and turning. This snowflake will cleanse your aura field and remove all negative vibrations from around you and from your upper chakras.

The Angels who you can all upon are AA Gabriel – the messenger and AA Zadkiel – angel of the violet flame and alchemy. Make time to meditate with these two powerful angels. We work in January with the purifying white light and also the Violet flame which will remove all negative low vibrations from your aura and environment and create shield around you. I also feel strongly the energy of Goddess Kuan Yin and Kali in this time. (You can connect with any goddess you favour).

                  Planets of Power & Portals

The planets that will influence you more at this time are the Moon, the Sun and Saturn.

The Moon (planet of arch. Gabriel, feminine energy, psychic wisdom, dreams, visions) is powerful at this time. We have the Full moon in Cancer portal opening on 3 Jan. -with shining blue-silver light. This moon is perfect for setting intentions, releasing and cleansing of your aura and space. Very good for emotional balance, emotional detachment from negative people, for envisioning your new environment or home, for connecting with your inner child or child, for healing mother wound. Make time to meditate on this portal.

On 2 Jan. Chiron (wounded healer) goes direct in sign of Aries – giving you much needed push forward, determination and creative passion. Need for healing and expansion will be felt by many.

On 18 Jan. there is the portal of New moon in Capricorn – which will bring more grounding, need to slow down, to feel and understand your goals, make simple changes about your daily routine, let go of detrimental habits, think about your health and nature connection. How can you bring more simplicity to your life now? Removing clitter from home and your mind will be essential.

On 6 Jan. Sun conjunct Venus in Capricorn – portal shedding light on your values, believes, boundaries and who you want to trust in your life. This is illumination of your sacred feminine and how you take care of yourself, how you feel about your home and relationships.

On 9 Jan. Sun conjunct Mars -this is portal that may bring conflicts (inner or outer), and ignite also your warrior energy to fight whatever feels not right or unjust for you. This can set stage for world events related to leadership and power.

On 20 Jan. Sun enters the sign of Aquarius – air – which is portal opening your energy to individuality, being in your power, standing up for justice and what you believe in, being open minded and flexible, understanding the details in the present picture, being mindful about your decisions. This is time to speak your truth, to create and connect with other like minded people. (especially if you are air sign -Libra, Gemini, Aquarius).

On 23 Jan. Sun conjunct Pluto in Aquarius – which creates ripple effect of revelations and truths on the world stage. Something hidden is about to come to light. This is also portal that amplifies your dreams, intuition, premonition, psychic senses and astral body. Its time for deep dive, as the veil between physical -astral world is thinner.

On 26 Jan. Neptune enters Aries – this is one of the strongest portals of year 2026 as it starts the fire journey of planet of dreams and creativity. Neptune will stay here for the next … years which is opening to another spiritual levels for the humanity. You may feel much more empowered and active as light worker, healer or person dedicated to your personal growth. In the next month this shift will be felt strongly.

November Energy - Angels, Portals, Crystals (2-11 -Divine connection)

 

November is month of amplified energy I see it as vortex of light and darkness which is cleansing and purging. There is mixture of white, silver and indigo blue light in higher levels on the planet.

This is special time of the year when we are invited to go inward, slow down and reflect on our past and present.

In this month we are releasing and dissolving negative patterns in our emotional body, some past trauma can re-surface to be healed.

Anything that happens this month is not a coincidence – moreover can have a huge impact on your future and choices.

That`s why angels are asking you to be very mindful where do you put your energy in, with who you are choosing to spend time with, words that you use...Because this month has a very big ripple effect into your past -future timelines.

                 Themes for November ★

Being in alignment with your Truth and inner wisdom

In November you will see more clearly than ever the truth of what do you want for yourself and where do you want to be. You can experience some revelations about past -also past lives and understand the truth of why things are happening, or what is out of alignment for you.

It is perfect time for emotional release, letting go of past -people, relationships, deep healing of your soul and heart. This happens with self-reflection, meditation and energy work. It`s wonderful time to dedicate to reiki and all kind of energy healing practices.

Opening of your Third eye, psychic awareness

In November many souls will have enhanced psychic energy, they can feel deep connection with the astral world(s), receive psychic visions or hear their spirit guides. Be aware of some creatures of darkness who can try to distract you from your spiritual path. Work on your Third eye to expand your psychic gifts, read books or take courses if you feel called to. Releasing emotional burden from the past

   You may realise that you have carried emotional burden which has prevented you from doing what is best for you.   We are working with element Water strongly this month, as it has vibration 2 (11) -which is also energy of balance, duality, harmony of Yin-Yang, unity, coherence, understanding, justice. This is purifying and cleansing energy of water -which will be very powerful amplified by the Scorpio season and many planets, including Mercury -in Scorpio.

Water is related to memory, past and past lives, dreams, Astral world, psychic senses, clairvoyance, releasing and letting go, connection to divine feminine and mother. We are called to not fight back and not resist, but go with the flow and be fluid like water.

In November the planets that will have strong impact on our energy and earth`s grid are: the Moon (2), Pluto, Mercury and Venus. The world is about to see huge changes and transitions to another level, this will happen in higher spheres as well as in the material realm. The darkness will be felt like pulling invisible strings in one direction.

We will experience this month Water grand trine, which is activation of water (reflection, memories, past, emotions, spiritual body). The water trine is a Portal of re alignmnet with aspects of yourself and the whole emotional body of the planet (oceans, rivers, lakes). On 20 November is the new moon in Scorpio ♏ – bringing revelations of hidden truth, realisation, inner transformation and wisdom. All souls with sun in water sign (Scorpio, Cancer, Pisces) will be affected by this moon, and all souls with power planet Pluto, or moon in Scorpio.

On 22. November Mercury (communication, knowledge, business) in Scorpio opens portal of trine with Saturn (retrograde in Pisces) and Jupiter (retrograde in Cancer). This will amplify energy of the past, memories, childhood experiences and traumas, karmic connections with others, appearance of people from the past.

Channeled message from AA Gabriel for the Ascension (November 2025) ⭐

 

               Greetings children of the Light, 

   You are now in powerful times in human history, when you are shedding and removing the old patterns of existence and anchoring the new paradigm. This month is significant for inner healing and transformation. You may not see the results yet on the outside world, but the feeling is more important in this time.

In november you will start to integrate shadow and Light, focusing more on working with your shadow parts of yourself. Your past imprints of karma are slowly dissolving and they will not have affect on many of you, as you have learnt the lessons.

You need to know that the Darkness on the planet now can feel thicker and bigger, and as if you are pulled down. But the Darkness as intentional evil” and the False matrix can attract and produce only darkness. Darkness can only destroy darkness, and elements of itself.

So in one moment in time, the dark power will start to destroy itself and disintegrate. This time is already happening and the breaking down of the darkness marks the “end of one planetary cycle for humanity.

Now also another timeline of Light and ascension will be born. Remember that the Light does not fight anything, it simply has stronger presence, so it is able to ascend above everything. That is how it will have the victory.

The Light as inner soul power is the ultimate Soul truth, revelation, connection of all (oneness) within each individual soul at this time.

Divine light is the highest frequency and the highest spiritual level, and holds in itself awareness, responsibility and ultimate wisdom.

On the opposite side, the darkness is the heaviness of existence, it creates chains and suffering, it is the lack of knowledge and power (disempowerment), it holds low frequency of slavery and degradation.

Darkness is being not connected with your soul, being disconnected from your Heart, as a body; it ripples out and amplifies heavy emotions, heavy energy, repeated patterns and loops, it is the ultimate prison of the soul.

That is why by nature all souls born are striving to Light, which is freedom, power, liberation, wisdom and ascension.

Even so, there are souls now on the planet who are so much connected to the Demonic spheres of darkness, that they are sacrificing themselves for it. They are also willing to sacrifice everyone else who is born in the 3 D world.

But remember dear children, the Darkness can`t break up the Light, it can only dim it temporarily. Even the opposite is true – darkness can make the light shine stronger and be more powerful. This is the low of this Universe.

You need to realise that you are fighting for your own rising up, awakening, for your freedom, authentic soul and dignity. Because all of them belong to you by birth right. And noone has the right to put chain on your etheric wings. You need to not comply and not accept to be a slave, thats how you awaken to your inner divine power.

Angels are witnessing the planet and the movement of dark matrix in it. They are here to help you in your energy bodies -if you are willing to do your spiritual work too.

Only when you rise above fear, above your past illusions, above your prison cells, you will have your power back and able to open your energetic wings.

The interstellar object 3I Atlas is the marker of the galaxy of your awakening, new Era on earth and shifting into new reality. Even if you can`t see it yet.

Time is speeding up for the earths ascension. This months energy is strongly connected to water element (11-2) and divine feminine. Observe and slow down, be the witness of the events, and try to be more within yourself.

You will receive light codes that will activate your emotional and spiritual bodies in many levels -they are white, golden and indigo blue and you will receive them into your Soul Star chakra and Crown chakra first. They will spread as a DNA light into the core of Gaia which will open like a blooming lotus.

That fluid interconnection is called sometimes “oneness”.

But in the current state of earth`s consciousness you are far from the state of oneness. That means you will continue to be like fractals divided further away from Source and Light. Until you realize that you hold the power and spread your wings.

               Greetings children of the Light! 

We are here to send you light codes of healing, purification and deep transformation! Most souls who are awaken or choose their path in this time will feel the energy shift in February. There are multiple cosmic and energy portals opening in this month – one of them is with the Full moon in Leo (12.February), and the Portal of White light – 222. There is strong opening of your Heart and Higher Heart chakra, Crown and Soul star chakra expansion.

Many souls and light workers will feel the shift. You are receiving energy upgrades for your physical and spiritual bodies, cleansing of your Throat and Thyroid gland. Pay attention to any feeling or sign your body gives you. This is time of deep emotional cleansing, purification, letting go of the old energy, detoxication of your body.

You are on the verge to connect with hidden aspects of yourself. Some souls will go through soul retrieval process, they will travel (in real or in dream state) to many places from past lives on earth, and collect different scattered aspects of their soul. Be aware that this process can take time and it can be subconscious, but you may experience painful memories or past traumas which you wont be fully aware.

Your brain is reprogramming and “de-composing” with higher frequencies, as you are receiving new crystalline codes of Ascension for the new stage of your Planet.

Many things in your external reality can either change and transform, or you will no longer perceive them in the same way. You are different” person and your body was re-structured, so your perception of the world, yourself and people around you will be different.

We advice you to stay grounded in your body and pay attention to your daily food regime and schedule. This month is great for re-calibration of your digestive system and detox of your body-mind.

                Greetings children of the Earth!

We are happy to announce and see you in the new frequency of earth! You have completed multiple cycles of both shedding and re-composing your energy bodies, since years 2017 – 2024. Now for most souls on the way of awakening, the energy bodies have expanded and transformed to match the higher frequencies of the New earth.

During 2024 you have received the keys to energy upgrades and shifts on many levels, which will continue to be integrated in your system during the first half of 2025. But be aware that your journey to higher consciousness has just started.

Before reaching higher dimensions humanity needed to re-structure, decompose, release and remove old energies and structures. You were in process of removing blockages from your body and chakras, and in the last one year you have received huge cleansing, purging and upgrade of your emotional and Astral bodies.

Many of you are already awaken to their new Selves, connected to higher spiritual presence or higher self, which will be more obvious with arising of your personal power, inspiration and motivation in the upcoming year. In 2025 your inner power in glowing golden light will be the driving force that you use to move forward and create the world of your dreams. That happens in stages of preparation and self-reflection time, which is usual for before big transitions.

This month you are invited to work with the diamond white light and white flame angels of purification, to cleanse your Heart and feminine chakras and remove emotional blockages. You will release negative sub-conscious mind programs about being not powerful enough, fears and resistance about change and moving forward, fears of being seen as your true self and expressing your spiritual gifts to others; fears of losing” people that you love, fear of being alone…

One of the most detrimental energy program for your success is comparing yourself with others and their path. Let go of this program and understand that the only being you need to compare is your past Self. See how your life unfolds in the last 12 months like a spiral of petals of lotus flower. Think about what major blocks you have removed, what challenges you have overcome, what lessons you have learnt?

Remember that each challenge or obstacle in life comes with blessing, and keys to solution; the opposite is also valid – each blessing comes with challenge in disguise. Because when you can see one side (of the coin) you can`t see the other at the same time.

Thats why feel and acknowledge the light that you are, the blessings that you have, people who have helped you on the way, and the progress you have made during this year cycle.

December Energy - Angels, Ascension, Portals, Crystals (2)

 

   ★ December 2024, the final month of this year (8) is month of the Silver moon, resonating with cosmic energy of 2 (11) – Divine harmony. We make slow transition as humanity to higher consciousness with waves of sparkling diamond white and silver light. The energy this month looks like sparkling million stars in the vast sky and it is magnificent. In this energy we receive final light codes of purification and releasing the old patterns for the year.

Year 8 – 2024 was year of deep karmic cleansing and purging in many levels, also year of deep understanding, connection to past selves and past lives, removing negative experiences from the past. It wasn`t an easy moving year… What we can expect for 2025 – year 9 in numerology – is very fast movement forward, clarity and preparation for your spiritual mission. (I`ll dedicate another article for this year).

The main themes for December 2024 :

- Making peace with yourself – energy of self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, release of the pain, karmic knots and guilt from the past, or past mistakes.

- Awakening and deeper self-awareness – many souls are awaken to their higher light and more aligned to their mission on earth plane.

- Purification, purging and removing emotional blocks -

Many souls are starting to easily connect with, realize and accept their emotions. Increase in heart opening and heart connection.

- Energetic upgrades and light body activation with higher frequencies. (in month 11 – 2 for all souls that is different process of movement).

In December most of you will feel like being in stillness or cocoon (called point of attraction), and the world around you will seem to spin faster.

You will receive also the angelic gift (through your angels and guides), of spiritual upgrade for all of your chakras and energy bodies. It is important to meditate and connect with your angels, nature elemenals and crystals during this time.

In December we have a big energy shift and moving through many levels and portals of Divine light. The energy is activated and ruled by the planets – the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn. Pay attention to your feelings, physical body healing, dreams and astral travel. Expect to connect with different planes of multi-universe through astral travel at night (or intentional).

  ★ 11-2 is cosmic code of December and it represents the energy of Divine feminine, focus inward, self-reflection, balance of Yin and Yang, integration and harmony. It is also code of connection between two souls, love, or twin flame energy. Some souls will be called to find their twin flame or soul mates. Emotions will be amplified and you need to pay attention what they are trying to tell you.

The chakras to work on will be Third eye and Sacral chakra, which are receiving the codes of divine feminine energy.

Many people at this time can feel moments of increased energy (creative and sexual energy), imagination and new ideas. Take time to open your Third eye with beautiful indigo blue lotus flower of peace.

1) Write down 5 of your feminine qualities and then 5 masculine qualities (regardless of your gender). Observe them and see which of them is more familiar to you, which you express the most? Which qualities do you like?

2) Imagine yourself wrapped in a brilliant white and silver light like a sphere. What do you feel here? Do you see your spiritual /life mission? Now release all your fears and resistance into this light. Keep the silver light as protection around you.

★  On 1 December is the Portal of the New moon in Sagittarius, which brings the fire energy and golden waves of light. You will feel these codes on the Solar Plexus and Heart chakra like golden spirals of light. They are opening your highest potential and activate your personal power, also they have healing abilities.

★ On 12. we have the 12-12 portal – which is huge portal of final activation, expansion of wisdom, update for the energy templates of the body and shift to higher dimensions. This is portal of the central sun and the Moon; We receive golden, white and silver codes, which open our connection to Source, Higher self and angels. At this time also some souls with spiritual missions will have their Gold star chakra (Stellar Gateway) with the symbol of archangel Metatron – the cube of Metatron. This portal opens as a double golden and silver 12-pointed star above your head in higher chakras – Soul Star and Gold star (Stellar gateway). All angels and archangels are surrounding you with light. To integrate the light codes the whole month you are guided by 3 powerful angels: Metatron, Sandalphon and Gabriel.

★  on 21. December is portal of the Winter solstice and Sun moving in sign of Capricorn. In this portal we continue to receive the energy from the 12.12 and there is global energy shift which will be special.

This is cleansing of past karma, cutting cords and ascension for all souls, who are on their spiritual path. This happens every year.

★ on 15 December we have the full moon in Gemini – portal of illumination of wisdom, knowledge and higher mind. How do you want to connect with others and how do you want to express yourself? What ideas need to be shared with others?

★ On 30 December there is second powerful New moon in Capricorn (as moon energy is strong) – we are on verge of new era, new goals and dreams. Chakras as Portals and law of Attraction - Throat chakra -IV

 

Throat chakra is one of the Higher Chakras in human energy system. It has amazing blue colour, and often we can see it as sparkling blue the Throat. This chakra holds the key to our higher dimensional being – the Ethereal Light imprint in the world. That means she navigates how we connected our divine light on earth plane, how we express our inner qualities, abilities and mission in the physical world. This is chakra of connection, Ascension, Love to the world and communication.

With this chakra we attract:  

1. Creative energy, inspiration and bliss  

2. We realize and express our Soul mission  

3. Connect with our Soul family (other Light workers, teachers or students, with whom we exchange energy)  

4. We connect to our higher truth and higher Potential  

5. 
   

The Divine quality of Throat is Purity of Intention, Integrity. This is the chakra that needs to be on constant movement and flow, as any stagnant energy will create problems and blocks in it.  

The Angels working to help balance Throat chakra are Gabriel and Haniel. The cleansing light of this chakra is pear white (Gabriel white fluid light), or light-blue.

The physical organs in the body related to this chakra are: Thyroid gland, nose, sinuses, trachea, ears, tongue, mouth, gums. Throat element is Air, and it is also related to process of breathing, like the Heart chakra.  

The Higher (Psychic) sense that we unlock in the Throat is Clear audience (clear hearing), also clear taste and smell. Often many people who are clairvoyant, have also some other psychic senses. In the Heart the psychic sense is Clairsentience (Clear feeling), in the Throat (clairaudience), in Third eye (Clairvoyance), In the Crown (clear knowing, Claircognisance).  

 

In order to have nice flow of angelic connection and be guided, you need to cleanse and restore your upper chakras. That is a process itself and requires some solitude, dedication and meditation practices. Without them you can`t achieve pure connection from Spiritual realms.  

When this chakra is healthy and balanced you will attract not only happy relationships, soul mates, and creativity, but also you will connect with your Guardian angels, spirit guides, and air elementals (fairies of air).  

 

Thyroid gland is a special organ within your body, it is responsible for balance of hormones and connects directly with emotional and ethereal body. Within the Thyroid gland there is ethereal light in form of circle with light blue pentagram inside. This is on energy level (similar to it, in the Heart centre every human has Ethereal light seed with Hexagram, six-pointed star in it – with properties of cleansing and healing).  

Pentagram in the ethereal light of this chakra means protection and expressing your personal power and abilities.  

In Throat chakra we express our talents from previous lives and from this life, we connect with our soul family, and we feel divinely connected with the Source. Note that this beautiful blue chakra has connection to the Crown (above) and to the Solar Plexus (below), being in the centre of the 8-energy flow (infinity). In this way our inner truth, justice, creativity connects with our Spiritual guidance and angel connection, and oneness of all, and connects also with our Personal power, boundaries and attracting abundance.  

The feelings that can suppress this chakra are multiple, mostly you can have blocks in this chakra if you are not true to your self and your higher mission (if you don’t use your creative talents and what you came here to become), if you suppress your voice, if you don’t speak what you feel and think, if you don’t communicate with others with clarity, honesty, if you tell lies, if you have abusive language and feel nervous easily. These are some of the common cases that can create negative energy within your Vishudha.  

Our Throat chakra is centre in blue light, and it is one of the most vulnerable chakras in the body, very easily can contain dark cords or attachments to different people and places.

This chakra has also one of the most diverse colour shades with everyone. Some people, mostly light workers, or who meditate on their chakras have light-blue, celestial pearl-blue or turquoise colour sphere in Throat. Others may have all different shades of blue – darker, sea blue and lighter.  

This is the chakra of purity, truth and justice which is related to karmic knots with all people around us, with our creative talents.

How you create blockages in this chakra?

You can create blocks or negative cords in the Throat easier than other chakras: as communication is everywhere in many levels in our every day life. Therefore people should be very aware of what they say, how they speak, or what they suppress (or don’t speak) which will have equal effect! If you are person who is easily angry or nervous in your communication, you will have darker shades or blocks around your Throat. If you are person, who wants to express your thoughts and feelings, but you are always silent (suppressing) then you will create this dark clouds in your Throat. From another side, Throat connects also with the words we listen from others, with the way we respond to them, and with what things we usually listen daily.  

That means this chakra can be polluted from listening negative news (as it will create fear on sub-conscious level), from what music you listen, what you watch on your internet or tv. That’s how the threads for Throat chakra are everywhere.  

You need to tap into your clear hearing and guidance and creative energy by attracting more pure intention.  

This chakra is affected by polluted air and water, also by imbalanced food (as it relates with Solar Plexus).  

The Throat is responsible for your connection with your Higher Self, and the way your all energy flows. Because at the Thyroid the Yin and Yang energy make turn to the left and right brain in the Third eye. The Yang energy coming from the right side of your body, slows down in the Thyroid, and moves to the left side of the head (brain); the Yin energy is flowing down from your right brain and moves from Thyroid to your left body.

Some wonderful crystals to open and heal this chakra are: celestite, angelite, white opal, moonstone, clear quartz, blue calcite, aquamarine, kyanite, blue lace agate, larimar, sapphire, and all blue translucent crystals.

For this chakra to be open the best way is singing, chanting and listening to music, playing musical instrument, and Tibetan bowls, the mantra “Haum”. Also: writing, playing games, theatre, poetry writing, sharing, wind chimes, learning languages, teaching, watching blue sky and clouds movement, being in open air, mountain. If you feel drawn to one or more of these activities, you do that to balance your Throat, no matter if you realize it or not.  

 ENERGY WORK

You can make ritual for truth, clarity and attracting inspiration, also attract money and anything that you need, with a short ritual.  

Light up a blue candle (or turquoise) on the south-east of your home.  

You can make crystal grid with blue stones of your choice, or just light the blue candle, for at least 60 min. You can do that ritual on the New moon, or 3 days after it. Then make meditation for cleansing and recharging your Throat chakra. Imagine a beautiful white sphere of sparkling light coming from the space above to you, see this sphere spinning in your Crown chakra, then slowly moving down to your Third eye and resting in your Throat. Feel how this white light cleanses and heals any imbalances in your Throat. Now see glowing blue light with size of walnut in your Throat. See this light slowly expanding more and more, until it becomes like a sphere with size of beach ball, little bigger than your head. Within this spinning blue light you will see now closed blue lotus flowers, which is turning clock wise and gently opening its petals. When the blue lotus is completely opened you will feel release and cleanse of all energy blocks from this chakra. Do that meditation and ritual for about 6- 9 days in a raw, to have an effect. 

If you want to attract more money, you can put a banknote under the blue candle, and write a wish for what purpose you need to have money. Then meditate and imagine this wish coming into reality.  

You can say the following affirmation in your ritual

“I m connected with my Higher Self, I speak my truth, I connect with others with love and kindness. I have pure intentions and pure relationships. I can take the right decisions at any moment, I defend the truth of who I am. I am powerful creator of my life. I work on my spiritual mission.” Or even add more “I can connect with my angels and spirit guides always, I`m aligned with my Soul Star chakra, I`m in perfect balance.”
