How to practice Self-love? -I


I ll discuss now quite important topic in spiritual realm, with help of arch. Zadkiel. Its about Self-Love and self-forgiveness.

       What is self-love? 2. How do we practice Self-love?

     As we look around many and all spiritual teachers and life coaches speak intensely about practicing self-love. What we don’t know is what do they mean by self-love? And what is self-love? When, in which life time do we achieve self-love? 

     Here I`ll point out, that self-love can be reached after certain level of awareness of Self, and the value you have on all levels (energetic, physical, spiritual).
   This self-awareness is related closely to Spiritual mindfulness, and understanding how your Self is constructed (what is the true essence of Self). The self-love can be also just Feeling, but not full awareness, if you don’t have knowledge. Self-awareness come with fully realizing that: 1. You are not equal to your physical body 2. You are not equal to your emotional body alone; 3. You are not equal to your Spiritual body alone 4. You are not equal to your mistakes, failures and Karma, or negative traits; 5. You are not equal to you’re your positive traits and emotions alone; 6. That you are complex Higher being, that is constructed from all these levels and energy bodies in one 7. That you are always connected to the Higher self and Source energy and you are in state of Oneness with all that is.
    These are points about self-awareness from Angelic perspective. Self-awareness is directly linked with self-love and with Love in general. Because you cant be self-aware and not already practicing self-love. As well as you cant have self-love and not be self-aware. That’s a higher knowledge, so the souls in lower levels in fact didn’t reach to the point of Self-love. Or to understanding of it.
  How do we practice self-love?

  Self-love is related to the following soul aspects:
     Realizing the value, and cherishing your body in all aspects (physical, emotional, spiritual);
     Acceptance and knowledge of who your really are. (includes what is your spiritual mission? Who you are?)
     Practicing self-forgiveness and releasing of karma (detachment, letting go). As you need to forgive for all things that You think are set backs for your journey.
       Practicing non judgement to Self and to other beings.

      All these aspects are important on your journey. The first one is actually to feel how precious and valuable your are. Do you like your physical body? If yes, that’s wonderful, if not – ask yourself what you DO to show love and appreciation to your body? The 1. Point is related to having a good and healthy nutritional diet. 2. Playing sport, regular exercises or yoga 3. Taking care of your hygiene, and indulging in bath, sea salt, body care, any kind of self care activities. All these points are related to the physical body.

-      What about your emotions and feelings? Do you cherish and value your emotions? Are you able to accept and validate and listen to your emotions? Are you escaping from them? Are you hiding? The answers to these questions will reveal more about your second level of self-love.
          Emotions are language that we need to understand in ourselves. That requires inner work. And some devotion. It needs to practice to talk to self. How do I feel now? What are my feelings today? Why do this person makes me feel good/ bad? What do I feel in this situation? Why do I fear from this? That will open the door to a higher knowledge about Self. Recognize your emotions, accept them and ask where do they come from? If they are negative emotions acknowledge them. See the root of them.

       Spiritual body is related to all kind of spiritual practices. They have amazing effect on you and  help you to uplift your vibrations, and cleanse your aura field. How many meditations do you make? Do you practice form of energy healing? Do you speak to your spirit guides, angels? Do you spend time to connect with nature and animal world? Do you have moments of creative energy (art, writing, music…) do you listen to Pure vibrational music, or Tibetan bowls? Do you make visualizations? Do you use elements (minerals, stones, plants, flowers, oil essences) in your practice? How do you connect with them? All these answers will reveal the picture about your Spiritual self. As YOU are integration (oneness) of all these bodies in complete harmony.
If you care only about your Spiritual body (which is unlikely to happen), you wont achieve good results, if you are unaware of your other physical and emotional body needs. And if you care only of your physical body or outlook, or indulge in self care only, then you also don’t have any level of higher awareness. You also don’t practice self-Love.
