   The next very important thing to reveal  speaking about power of Vishudha, is that such “creation of darkness” in art and literature is also harmful for the Throat chakra. It will lead to more darkness, as they attach each other, and will lead to something far away from our real “life mission”.

    Have in mind that some music Idols, or people who create art of “total darkness” (I wont mention them here), may be so famous in society, but they didn’t accomplish their angelic “contract” of soul. That means they created art in the way they chose, but without any connection with their Higher self. So what happens is their Vishudha becomes imbalanced or even closed, instead of open.

   This is so because Vishudha is the chakra of Purity. This is our relation to purity, or how pure we can be in this life. It connects with our personal (physical cleanness), but the chakra of physical cleanness is Sacral. That’s how Throat and sacral are also related. Vishudha relates to purity in the emotional and ethereal level. If your inner child is pure, if you are able to express and create? If you feel you follow your life path in pure relationships with others, if you keep always your ethics and personal values – these all is in Vishudha.

In this way it appears that people who have only creation of “total darkness” (as in all books there are always messages about darkness, but not DEVOTED to darkness and loving darkness, I think difference is quite obvious) – so people who have such approach, they gain totally nothing, as if they didn’t use at all their creative power. It will be given to them again in next incarnations. 

The basic aspects of Vishudha:

Quality: speaking the Truth

Feeling: honesty, openness, appreciation

Desire: sharing ideas, expressing your creative Self with love;

Relationship: sending knowledge to others, receiving knowledge – Teacher-student; integration in the group of like-minded people

Elements – blue crystals –clear quartz, aquamarine, aqua aura; turquoise; essential oils – herbal – geranium, chamomile; sea salt;

Animal totem: hummingbird

In order to have open and clean Vishudha you can do mostly the following:

-         always be open, honest and say the truth

-         seek to know the truth about others

-         be open to share with others, specially friends

-         be open to share your creative ideas and Self with others

-         do not hide your creative power “under pillow” (for yourself)

-         maintain always purity in your relationships with others

-         be open, pure and honest with your intimate partner, never lie

-         be strong in your values, ethics and principles (in relation to others)

-      always find time to nurture your creative power by doing what you are called for;

-        put trust in others, but don’t let someone opinion or idea manipulate your creative power;

-         speak with love and kindness to others (no matter of their way)

-         if you like study new languages –this is perfect way 

-         practice writing diary, take photos of beautiful things in your day,

-         read books that are uplifting and changing for you

-         write poems or essays;

-         listen to classical music, go to concert, opera, ballet, movie;

The cleanness in Vishudha is related to astral body, and to all your aura. One great method to cleanse all your aura and chakras is by taking sea salt bath, or pouring above you sea salt water. This will affect also Vishudha and all your energy.

The place of Throat chakra at your home (information from my angels) or angelic “Feng Shui” is in places of 1. your bathroom and shower; your toilet; 2. all places of water sink; 3. the left corner of each room on the opposite wall of the one with the door. (the right corner is Manipura).

These places relate to cleanness and productivity and may block your creative energy if they are not maintained well or unclean. That’s why take care of your bath and toilet specially.

  People from different countries also have as majority relation to concrete chakra –this is according to their need to grow or express. My country (Bulgaria) belongs to Vishudha group – people who have suppressed creative energy or didn’t express their talents in past lives, are given chance here. Many people are great writers, poets, teachers, artists…and succeed in their mission; but still many struggle with not finding their true Self and mission. This message is for them – I hope you can read this, please give your creative energy chance and follow your heart! Have courage, don’t delay your task. You have here just one unique life in THIS body, next wont be the same. Take chance now and act! Leave all things behind that don’t make you happy; repair your home energy.

Physical illnesses connected with Vishudha are:

-         problems with the throat and Thyroid, hormonal problems

-         problems and illness of ears, nose, and mouth

-         problems with the gums (and teeth, connected with Root chakra)

Have in mind that different issues not always relate to Vishudha directly, as you may think. For example people who “tell lie” wont have obligatory problems with Thyroid or throat. Because “hiding the truth” or telling lie, is a single act, that can be repeated. We need to understand the hidden reasons behind that, or to ask the question “why?”. What makes this individual to say lie? This question is useful and important to ask in all cases of negative imprint or behavior; Specially about lies, I want to clarify, most of them are connected with feeling of “fear”; when people are afraid of something in the future, or afraid to “lose” something (like love of someone), they are prone to say lies, which will affect mostly their Root chakra – because the root problem is fear, not a negative intention.

If you say lie, or hide the truth, not out of fear, but because of pure negative intention, or if you want to harm another by that, then this will affect directly the Throat chakra, and can have bad consequences for you in hormones and thyroid. Many are the reasons for such problems! Some people may say: but I have problems with hormones, without to say any lie. This is just an example. The reasons are many and complicated. You may be involved in a situation with lies, that you don’t want to recognize, you may have more problems from the list above – with expressing your true creative self, you may suppress your creative energy, as you don’t have “enough time”…You may suppress and don’t speak what you feel and what you think to others for different reasons. Vishudha is very vulnerable place and problem will appear quickly, no matter when you ll discover it.

So to conclude about Vishudha main aspects you can find in: speaking  the truth, being honest, purity, purity in relationships, sharing with others, being open, speaking with love, being kind, not using offensive language, expressing gratitude, saying what you desire, expressing your creative self, sharing your ideas without fear; listening to uplifting music, creating art (mandalas, flowers, colors); using Tibetan bowls in meditation; using essential oils, and light blue crystals in meditation; writing, reading books; speaking with children; teaching children, reading books to children; being part of religious group you feel close to you; reading children`s books;

The last line is specially connected with Heart and Throat chakra and can have amazing effect. Try to read now “Winnie the Pooh” and think well, see what you feel?

   Throat chakra -relationships, illnesses -I

    I have to say, that sadly too many people on earth don’t have the courage to follow their creative desire of Self; in such way they don’t perform their “creative stamp” or make it out of the center of their life. In such way they hurt their expressive chakra –Vishudha, and in addition they don’t accomplish the angelic “contract” of the soul mission. They should be incarnated again, and be given similar contract with the same “talents” so they find a door” to unlock this energy.

Many people also still don’t realize or didn’t find successfully their creative Self, so they will be given another chance of course with different circumstances.

     The best performance of creative Self, is when you respond freely to your heart desire and go on the way YOU want. That wont be the way of logic, of institutions, of money and prosperity, of your parents advice and so on. This will be your OWN unique way, that you will step on and continue.

It takes courage and I`m happy as many humans succeed in this mission – that’s how we have so amazing writers, artists, people of art, composers, musicians, singers; so many people who are religious leaders and spiritual teachers, actors and directors...They had not easy life, but they achieved the best by letting their power to unfold in creative self.

     People who work only for “material means and benefits” without to feel pleasure of life, and without their creative self to be revealed really bring sadness to all humans and mostly to themselves. In this way they will need special advice or special transformation in life circumstances – by connecting with their angels.

One of the best advices of many spiritual teachers and masters, and of all angels is: follow your Heart. This is not related to “physical impulses” nor unstable emotions that flow day to day. This relates to the deepest call of your Soul imprint, call of your inner desire to CREATE, to express your higher Self and leave a stamp of earth. Follow your heart, means follow your desire to create – in this way you unlock the first gift of Divine energy in Self.

Not by chance Throat is the first of higher chakras – or cool- it connects with the Higher self, with earth mission, our creative stamp, and allow us to be creators –like God. This is the first divine sparkle within human.

In this way – create and do what you are called to be on earth. If you feel attached to be writer, don’t be a lawyer, or something else. this is your soul imprint. Vishudha has very special energy of relation between: teacher and Student;

The first symbol of Vishudha is Music – this is the metaphor of pure music, tones of your creation and creative power can be listened by the Universe. And then from all humans. Creative self is without Mask, it reveals the truth about who YOU are.

    The second symbol of Vishudha is revealed in relation of Teacher and student. Everyone of us is one or another or both in this life. Since you are born you are always in position of student, and that wont change until your last years here. Some special people are of course appointed for “teachers” and they also should remain such. Have in mind that teacher is in reality “much advanced student”. So he has both roles.

Vishudha is the chakra of teachers of all kinds:

-         teachers in the school in all subjects

-         teachers and professors at universities

-         spiritual teachers of all times in history

-         religious teachers and leaders

-         teachers as Writers for humanity

-         teachers as movie play writers, and directors

    To be clear –all kind of published books – no matter of their genre, biography or fiction, are connected with energy of Teaching or “potential” teaching of something, that the reader needs to understand. All real writers need to put some special stamps – like questions and answers, or only questions and riddles, inside their books, so we can recognize and understand the message. This is the deep meaning of books. Not just “joy of reading” but codes and decoding the message. Books that don’t have any message are like empty shells without anything, except décor. In another hand – books that have “dark or negative” message are like shells full of mud, spiders and dust. We don’t need to look inside.

    The same is valid for all kind of creative expression. No matter of the talent, if the person implies message of darkness, instead of Light, it`s the same feeling like he throws mud to the people who view his art. (And some people really enjoy mud, dirtiness or dust). That`s how we can understand – angels always help and support us with our talents, but they wont stop you to imply your negative message within your works. Sometimes this can be useful, as you discover for yourself the darkness. That means you can make the difference with the light, later in your life. Messages of darkness in the art and performances are many and multiple. This is normal as darkness is also part of our earth plane and we experience it. It can be object of attraction in the art or music.

      Example of dark message music are many bands of so called “hard rock and heavy metal”, many rap bands too, who use not only very negative vibrating sounds and volume, but also aggressive language. Example of the same darkness are some writers (of course I wont mention them by name here, everyone can guess), who use inside all book nothing else than abusive, bad language and messages of dirtiness; The only “aim” such creative” ideas have in world is to show that such things “exist” – and nothing more! Many example in theatre and fine arts show just the negative side – like paintings with blood, made in abusive or expressive way. Yes, the person has talent” or he can paint. But his spiritual performance in this case is quite low, as he didn’t feel enlightened, but “impressed” from darkness. Such negative ideas and approach to show “reality” to others, is the same like, One person to rape a girl” with the only reason to show her that “such people exist” and the darkness exist.

You think by yourself if this is the way.

So we can call such creative ideas “darkness creation” and not relate it with our life mission or path – they are really plenty of them.

Vishudha –Throat

    Main aspects and relationships of Vishudha are: speaking the truth; honesty, being open, sharing, sharing ideas, revealing aspects of your Higher self – why you are here what is your mission of life? Teacher –student; spreading knowledge, specially in art, theatre, music, cinema, art, culture. Talents; sharing ideas to group of people –related to study and art (languages, singers, artists).

    Vishudha can be seen as a symbol of Music, the one that we make for the world – and the one that we listen. Part of the listening music is Heart chakra – we can listen and accept from Heart. But Vishudha needs to be active in communication – not just to compose music, not just to sing, not just to make art, not just to write poem, book…but to share all that with the world! Not every one will like it or appreciate it, but we have here a special group of people. This is the aim of Vishudha, spread to others like us in the same group. In such criteria of equal ideas, talents and attractions people are divided in groups in the Angelic realm.  

The world of Throat chakra is so immense that we cant encompass all parts of it. Just as example for which areas encompass Vishudha relations are:

-     all artists, painters, people who work with history and theory of fine arts, applied arts; fashion designers; anthropology of national costume and folklore;

-       interior designers, some architects of houses;

-     actors and directors, play writers, and all stuff who works in creating theatres and cinema;

-       composers and musicians of in all classical instruments; music conductors;

-         all teachers in the schools and universities in all subjects;

-      writers, poet, publishers, people who work with literature, library study, archives, theory of literature;

-       people who are part from any religious group or doctrine, like priests, father of church, imam, or any other person who is working within religion as institution;

-      People in the church chorus, people who play in classical orchestra, people who play piano, violin, flute, any classical instrument;

-     People who make music performances, in opera, operetta and ballet (the dances usually are connected with Second chakra, but that is more with Ancient or eastern dances).

-       Translators and people who learn or teach a new language

The long list encompasses all areas and all of them can be attached with the tag “special talents”. So we can understand that Vishudha – the light blue sphere, is related to all talents of self-expression.

    Every human, no matter if he realize it or not, came to existence with one or more of these talents or unique expressions of Self. This unique expression is like a personal stamp, something that individual will discover, feel attached, and it will become his life (earth) mission. Exactly that energy of earth mission applies to some aspect of Throat chakra. It is quite important energy for our existence, and for accomplishing what is in our angelic “contract of souls”; one of the basic purposes for our existence and how we spread our creative energy in this world.

Everyone has one or more of these creative stamps or energy, that needs to be seen, recognized and accomplished. That means simply, if you didn’t find your creative stamp (any talent, or something you are good at), you will feel like something very precious is missing in your life, and your Vishudha will suffer. Also if you have found your talent, but your profession is not related to it, or you don’t have ay time to devote to your creative self, then also you will have imbalance in Vishudha.

In this way, Throat center is related to our creative expression in the world, and will be imbalanced in cases:

-       if you suppress or don’t allow your creative self to be expressed. (if you have talent and “desire” for playing piano, but some authority or circumstances don’t let you to do that, instead you become a lawyer).

-      If your profession is not related to your life mission, and in addition it doesn’t give you any pleasure (such cases are millions)

-       If you didn’t find or have hardship to find your true mission or creative self;

-       If you have found your creative self, but you don’t see any chance to make it happen. (for example you love painting or drawing, but your life is hard”, you “don’t have time” to paint or to act on what you desire)

1. Ask for spiritual help for connecting with your Akashic records;

2. Your life will be changed for good, be ready to accept that, it may appear as painful event at first.

3. Spiritual transformation – awakening. You will start to receive messages from your angels.

4. Connect with arch. Metatron and ask him to clarify the situation you are in and remove the doubts.

5. You are on a big crossroad in your life. You need to make choices, ask angels to help you for your highest good.

The last codes are: 03.03 (3.33), and 5.05 (5.55). They can be seen just once in order to be valid, and not repeatedly. 

03.03 (3.33) this is code of arch. Cassiel. It has dark blue-green energy, it means that there is something you should face and cleanse from your Karma. It usually indicates hard period in life, Karmic relationship, period of sadness or depression. It also can mean to be prepared for change in your life, or that you can lose someone (something) you love. This code means generally you have to go through Karma cleansing for your good. Then your life will be free.

5.05 (5.55) code of arch. Azrael –angel of transition of soul.

It means your spiritual life is going to change: 

  1. you can become spiritual teacher; 2. trust in your spiritual gifts, you will develop more; 3. you will connect with someone who is already “passed away” in spiritual world. 4. your family member or friend will go to the spiritual world (usually person who is not “spiritual”). 5. You will have ability to connect with the souls of people who are not in earth plane, or lost souls. 6. you will be involved in strange situation or vision with the world of spirits (souls). Don’t be afraid, you are protected.

 this is code of arch. Gabriel. This code can appear with angelic colors of Gabriel – pale blue, opal white and cooper. Messages of the code are: 

           1. be truth to yourself, reveal the truth about your Self.

       2. New beginning is in front of you, specially in creative sphere (if you are writer, actor, or make any kind of art) or in social sphere)

          3. Take time for purification of your emotional body and thoughts.

          4. Start new project and you will have very good results

        5. Connect with arch. Gabriel in meditation, she is your angel, she will reveal special message for you.

These are the versions for this code 09.09, of course you they don’t come all together, you choose one of them.

10.10 – arch. Michael

This is strong code of arch. Michael, with his energy of ruby red, and royal blue light. Meaning:

1. Be strong and your will overcome the obstacles/ challenges now with support of Michael
2. Take time to remove the energy cords and attachments from your aura, connecting you with negative or imbalanced situations.
3. Take time to let go and cleanse all your fears from past;
4. Take time to be determined about situation in your life and don’t give up your principles for any price
5. You need special shielding and protection during this period.
6. Connect with arch. Michael (or he is your mission angel).
7. Start to act upon your ideas and make it reality (be willing to act)

11.11 – 

Special code that combines energy of arch. Gabriel and your own guardian angels (or arch. Metatron if you are on spiritual path)

This code is really special and very positive, it means:

1. you are in the perfect place and time, and your energy is in perfect flow. Continue on the same spiritual path, you` ll see results.
2. You need to connect with your guardian angels, they will show you the right way to go and the right time.
3. You need to be clear and clean about situation you desire – in your future mission. Do you know what is your mission on earth?
4. Devote more time in spiritual practices, meditations and Reiki energy and you will see amazing results. Be persistent in your way.
5. Don’t have doubt in your spiritual abilities and gifts and go on; You may experience opening of Third eye and become channel of angelic information.
6. Feel and sense the angelic presence around you, and be sure you are safe and protected during your spiritual awakening.

1. You need healing in your emotional or physical body;

2. Take time for Reiki practice and healing –this will help you much to resolve issue;

4. Meditate on your chakras and cleanse your energy. Turn attention to your Heart chakra.

5. Involve in art activities with painting green color.

6. Someone close to you needs your heeling help (with Reiki or any other energy practice).

7. Connect with arch. Raphael and his Emerald groups of angels and ask him to cleanse and heal your body from all toxins.

8. Make intensive fruit diet for short period in order to remove toxins.

13.13 – code of arch. Ariel (in pink and pale green colors) Meaning:

1. Be aware of negative habit that is hindering your health (cigarettes, alcohol and other addictions), do your best to quit.

2. Connect with your animal guide or ask arch. Ariel to help you in that;

3. You will have dream with your animal guide (totem animal)

4. Take time to walk in the nature, garden, forest or mountain, observe the trees and feel their energy.

5. Take time for self-healing with Reiki or any other practice.

6. Turn attention to your home pets; your pets need healing.

9. Make regular sport activity, that will improve your energy.
