I wrote many articles on the topic about chakras observing them in details in all aspects. I want to make here separate analysis on each chakra “weak points” in correspondence to relationships.
What are chakras?
Chakras
are energy wheels that are so important for our physical life existence, that
the sooner we realize it, the better our life will become. Each chakra has
special vibration (frequency), special tune (note), moreover each chakra has
specific color and patterns (interlace geometric shapes and figures) with each
different individual. Chakras system correspond to special part of humans body
and to special gland (for example thyroid). The correct understanding of chakras and
how they work, how they are internally connected with each other and with each
physical organ, will help us immensely for healing and discovering
illnesses. Here I`ll make short observation on each chakra, and what kind of
illnesses may occur if it appears imbalanced or dull”.
As
I stated in other articles, all the down chakras (below the Heart center) are
related to human power of receiving. They imply the mastering of Receiving or
how individuals can receive mindfully. That means not to take more than anyone needs in each sphere of life. These are so called “warm” chakras, because they
are turning spheres of warm colors light – Ruby red (Root chakra), vivid orange
(Sacral), Sparkling yellow (Solar Plexus). All these chakras are related to left
hand (receiving), and to the ability of grounding, connecting our “roots” to
the core of the Earth. Connection with the earth as the source of human biology
and beginning of all life, is quite important and amazing. It shows also that
in order to be in good physical (mental, emotional) health, we need to take of
the earth and all its rich resources, nature, animals, and use them wisely.
The mindful use of environment can be achieved only if we are awaken and aware in
our spiritual path. And not before that. I can say that even humanity have
made great steps of improvement, still the percentage of people on earth, who
really act upon saving environment is quite little. Part of the awakening
process is hidden in our relations with nature, animals, and other
human beings. Each chakra shows special aspect of that relation, and its good to be aware.
The
Root chakra:
Situated
in the base of the spine (tale bone), Root is one of the most important chakra
in the body, responsible for grounding (connection to core of Earth, or natural
magnetism) and our feeling of safety, stability. You can see this information
in almost all spiritual sites and books on chakras. What is very special about
this chakra is much more. Root sphere is related to:
-
our Karmic relationships (with all partners from previous life
times)
-
relationship to the family group that we belong (Family tree)
- relationship with the father, grandfather (of father), brothers,
cousins (specially on site of your father)
- relationship with most male family members
Muladhara
is ruby red and that symbolizes the “blood” color, or the blood line that
we have on this planet. It symbolizes most of our Karmic experiences with other
people. Actually most of the humans on earth have problems or imbalances in the
Root chakra. This is totally normal and obvious, having in mind its power on
“past life” lessons, family blood line, father relationship, and our past
generations. Who could have control on this events? We cant change the history
and the past. But what we can do is act to erase some of the Karma we made, or
act to totally remove the karmic imprints, which can happen only in the high
spiritual way. Sings of imbalances, or ill Root chakra (you can watch for them
if you have one or more of these signs!):
-
bad or harmful (ill) relationship with your father
-
aggressive behavior or physical abuse from/ to your father
-
bad or harmful (ill) relationship with your brothers or cousins
-
aggressive behavior from your brothers, cousins
- cold and relation without “care” or without warm connection
between you and your father (cousins, brothers)
- cold, indifferent and relation without interest, or with feeling
of discomfort and inability to show love and affection with your father
(grandfather, cousins, brothers)
The
relationship of Muladhara is even deeper than we can imagine. It is related to
care for home, house and space where you live. But also can be related to house
that you your parents had before (specially if this house was build by them),
which is left then without care. Then imbalances in Muladhara will appear in
the following cases:
-
if you don’t have home, or your home space is not enough for
your family (that surely is related to Karmic lessons)
-
if you don’t take care of your fathers home (house) in village
-
if you don’t take care or don’t maintain your own home space
(for example things that need to be change are unchanged for years)
- if you don’t take care of your father (or his father), in time
when he needs your help or in older age
- if you have bad feelings (or disgust) from your father
(grandfather, cousins) when they are in old age or ill.
So
the home area in Muladhara is connected strongly with your feeling of safety
and stability. That comes from home, the place you live, the place that is like
“safe” harbor from outside energies. Many people think that Muladhara is
related to money and abundance. That can be partly true, because we cant
maintain good home, without finances. In the same time the source of money is
not related to Muladhara, but to Solar Plexus chakra (that will be observed
later). Other aspects important for balanced Muladhara are relation and care
for animals; This first red chakra is strongly tied not just to family and home
ground, but to all animals on the planet. Our relationship and feeling to them,
shows much about our state of Root chakra. To have balanced relation with the
animals we need to:
- participate or care for animal rights causes; homeless or abused
domestic animals;
- to show care and respect for all animals on earth, including
wild ones (causes for animal protection in special areas)
- to be not afraid and spend money on animal welfare, to spread
idea of animal help (specially in city areas, that depend on humans – like dogs
and cats)
- to have no fear from animals in the street and supposed to panic
attacks from dogs for example;
- to be ready for vegetarian or vegan diet in order to reduce
animal meat exploitation on earth and animal abuse (or at least take care where
the meat is brought from, which place and how)
These
are some of the basic aspects of Muladhara areas, that are quite important for
the planet. Other easy ways to see if you have imbalanced Root are physical
illnesses; if you see the following problems that are repeating in different
periods of your life, that is sure sign of Root imbalance:
-
back pain, bones and tendons pain or illnesses;
-
teeth illnesses, often damage of teeth, cavities, problems
- nails illnesses and often damage of nails – easy to broken or
prone to bacteria
-
dull or damaged hair illness, weak hair easy to fall; problems
with hair loss, baldness
- problems with red blood cells and blood pressure – very high or
very low;
- problems with specially low blood pressure and cold feet;
- problems and illnesses of legs, knees, ankles and tendons (easy
to broken or any illness connected with legs and feet)
- problems with heart diseases – and arrhythmia heart attack;
(these diseases are related to closed Root chakra and imbalanced Heart chakra)
Qualities
that you need to master, in order to bring health and balance to your Muladhara
are: feeling of safety, removing fear around situations or people; having
courage and motivation; act upon your ideas and principles; eliminating
prejudice and intolerance; eliminating harmful and aggressive thoughts; raising
your self-respect; raising your human value; feeling comfortable and loving
your home; raising the love to your family and father; being generous with
others, overcoming egoism.
From
that is obvious, everyone who has problems with these qualities or is in the
opposite side – has imbalances in the Root chakra. Have in mind that many more
illnesses are related with Muladhara, that could not be realized as such. For
example severe headache and migraine (which real cause was not found until now)
is related to Root center; (also varicose veins, problems with digestion and
large intestine)
From
that you can conclude that most physical illnesses are result of bad relations,
Karmic lessons and ungrounded. Such people will need specially things like
nature walk, spend longer time in nature or village, take care of animals, or
have home pet; stop harmful eating habits or attachments, increase their
physical activities –sport, exercises.
This
chakra represents mindful receiving of love, joy, care and support from your
family and specially your father. Also represents mindful receiving of material
goods – home property, money (as inheritance), money from parents and family,
objects or property that is inherited, ancestral memory and honor.
That’s
how so many people suffer from Muldhara illnesses due to family conflicts and
misunderstanding about property division or inherited money, gold, jewelry. The
animal totems of Root are Tiger and lion, elephant. Domestic animal that
symbolizes it is dog.
