How to cleanse your Aura -III

     } Creating mantras, drawing, painting mandala, flowers, landscapes will totally connect with the Source energy and help you to cleanse your aura. That is the positive art focus, which is in sync with your inner needs. Have in mind – not all kind of art are positive, but they are here also to help you work with your dark side” and release old patterns. Painting mantras in bright pure colours can work like colour therapy and will influence your chakra expansion.

     

     ~ Drinking herbal water, green, white, black tea, herbs. Drinking warm water with lemon and herbs will help you detox most of the dark clutters and layers within your ethereal body. Any kind of herbs and green tea are great for aura cleansing and removing blocks from the energy. Specially lavender, chamomile, Thyme, rosehip, St. Johns Wort (yellow herb), Melissa, hibiscus... Be sure to let the energy of herb stay for a while to absorb water, before your drink it.

         ~ Last that I`ll mention here is candles and smudging – burning the smoke of Paulo Santo wood will flush away any dark energies at your home and around you; In similar way you can use frankincense, or white candles and make a circle with a light of the candle around your body – in clockwise direction. In the same way you can cleanse your home energy.

 ~  Meditation, yoga, reiki and spiritual exercises. All of them when they are regular will help to improve the energy flow (Yin-Yang flow) of your body and cleanse and restore your aura. Remember the principle of regularity, in order to feel the results fast. Just once in a while cleansing is not enough.

I.             Obscure feelings that can shrink your aura

You should take care to stay away from some obscure feelings that can deprive your aura from radiance and strength. Feelings like: anger, resentment, depression, fear, envy, anxiety, hatred, helplessness, feeling stuck, feeing unworthy, stress, fatigue – which are very common in modern society, will make your aura dull and shrink. In order to avoid them, you need to invite and connect strongly with the opposite feelings of light. Here I`ll give you simple example, on how the inviting of opposite feelings can help you to eliminate the obscure one.

Look at this list below and see the couples of opposite feelings:

Anger – inner peace,balance of emotions

Resentment – letting go, joy

Depression – self-love, joy

Fear – security, Inner trust

Hatred – Love, acceptance, forgiveness

Helplessness – confidence, abundance

Stress – safety, inner peace, self-love

Feeling unworthy – powerful, confidence

Fatigue – sleep, relax, retreat

As you can see in this list, the key is simple – the opposite feelings are the answer how to overcome all negative ones. By cultivating more and more inner peace – you ll be free from anger. (on a daily basis) By letting go of the old things that you no longer need, and feeling joy you will overcome easily resentment. (Joy can be felt in so many ways, you choose what makes you feel happy! – music, dancing, walking, yoga, connecting with others, love…) By relaxing (bath), retreat, going away, traveling and sleep you will overcome fatigue; By cultivating self-love and inner peace practices you`ll cast away the Stress. On a daily basis. It doesn’t work if you do it just once, effect will soon fade away.

Now the second exercise is: concentrate only on the positive feelings -read them, repeat them in your head or aloud. They can naturally help you to have the intention to feel them, and by that you naturally cleanse and expand your aura.

So all the feelings of Joy, Love, Sleep, relax, inner peace, abundance, acceptance, self love, gratitude, letting go, being powerful, confident, secure, having trust when they have enough focused energy will expand your aura.

Feel Joy with intention and you wont feel resentment, depression or anxiety. Feel Love with intention, and you will not have the space for fear or hatred. That’s how the spiritual world works – you substitute one energy and vibration with another. You feel the space.

Rituals of Ascension VII-b (Violet flame and arch. Zadkiel)

...continues from part I.

Now say the mantra (3) times:

“ Dear Zadkiel, surround me with your beautiful energy and Light wings,  let the Violet flame infuse my physical, mental and energy body and cleanse me from inside. Let all the dark energies be washed away, dispersed and transformed into light. Thank you and so it is”.

Breath deeply and visualize the Violet light all around you and in your aura. Now say again: “Dear master Buddha, master St. Germain, please come now and help me to cleanse my physical, mental and energy body. Infuse all my being with divine Pink Light, make all my aura and chakras purified and shining. Thank you and so it is.”

I.                   Calling of the Crystal amethyst Spirit ~

Return to the altar and wash your eyes with the infused water.

Take one crystal (the best for this meditations is amethyst, you can use also chariot, lepidolite, purple fluorite) hold it in your left hand, feel its high vibration and energy flow. Breath. Set your intention and say:

“I call upon the Amethyst violet flame crystal Spirit to assist me in this cleansing work. Dear crystal Spirit, please come and cleanse, restore, rejuvenate all my physical, mental and ethereal body, raise my vibrations so that I`m a channel of divine Violet light. Infuse my body, mind and aura with violet flames of transmuting power, forgiveness, letting go of all that causes me pain, empathy, wisdom, love, acceptance. Give me the inner strength and ability to love and accept myself. Infuse me with inner strength and discipline to make my soul ascension, to feel the divine light within my body (physical, ethereal, mental); Make me to achieve the highest vibration on earth, so that I m adept and teacher of divine Light, make me to fulfill my spiritual mission, to see and feel my spiritual path, to be on the right way of Light; to be example of good Light worker for others. Dear crystal Spirit, help me to follow my own unique path, instead to be influenced from the way of others. Let me see the light in all existing things, let me experience oneness – of all living souls here. Let me feel infused with amazing divine inspiration, bliss and light. Let me create, connect with my inner God/Goddess and expand my spirit here and now. Thank you, Amethyst spirit, and so it is!”

Now hold the amethyst and make a circle like a halo several times around you head with right hand. (make 5 -9 circles). Make this circle movement above each chakra from up to down, slowly. Breath deeply and feel how the crystal cleanses your chakras and energy. In this way crystal spirit is sending you pure light and cleanses all your body.

II.                 Fairies connection

Visualize yourself surrounded by violet flame fairies, who are joyful and smiling. They make circle around you. Say:

“I call upon the fairies of violet rose, iris flower, and lavender, please be with me, help me to cleanse my space, to purify my heart and emotional body and get rid from all negative feelings inside my heart and mind. Let me feel your gentle presence. Thank you and so it is!” 

Fairies of violet flowers send loving energy from their hands to your heart center. See them in circle around you and feel their rejuvenating power. They are connected with the ground, so this ritual and prayer have also deep grounding effect.

* Wash your eyes again with the infused water and drink it slowly. Now take the white circle of paper and write your magical signature in the middle.

This is important part of the ritual to receive what you desire. You write down your special wish – remember clearly and shortly. Before you have the right to ask, you need to show you are adept of Violet flame, so make this ritual at least 3 times (before starring to wish something!)

III.              Mantra writing and repeating 3 times:

Then write in the right direction from outer to inner edge, from left to right the mantra of Violet flame:

“ I am a being of Violet light (flame), I am light worker on Earth, With help of arch. Zadkiel, I transmute all energies in Violet flame; I m a being of violet Fire, I m the purity God desires.”

You can repeat the whole mantra or just the last 2 verses several times by your wish (from 3 -6, 9, 12, 22)

Write down and say aloud this mantra 3 times. Then put the paper in special place on the altar or under one of the candles.

IV.              Meditation with Violet flame and arch. Zadkiel ~

Sit down in your quite place, breath deeply, let all your thoughts and worries drift away like clouds. Visualize the energy and calming wings in shimmering violet lavender colors, of arch. Zadkiel. She embraces you now, feel safe, calm, peaceful in that energy of Love. She stands near you, assures you that you are in exact place and time where you need to be. Breath deeply. Feel happiness, joy, be present here and now.

See the infusing powerful violet Light descending from space down to your Crown chakra, moving down through all your cool chakras, until it reaches your Heart. Expand your heart now, feel tingles and sensation of peace and serenity. Nothing can touch you here in that special sacred chamber of love. See the violet and white light shining and expanding in your Heart. Send this light with love and intention down to cleanse and rejuvenate all warm chakras down, up to the Root. See all of your chakras cleansed and shining with amethyst violet light. Send this ray of divine light down to the ground, down to the core of mother Gaia. Feel and see her crystalline core, with its warming energy. Breath. Take little from the core` s light and bring it back through all earth layers, back to your body and Heart center. See your heart expanding, filled with gratitude, power of wisdom, forgiveness. Say to your heart: I love you. You are unique, amazing and magnificent. You fill me with beautiful divine Light. Say to yourself – I m happy in this present moment, I love and accept myself completely, I forgive my past mistakes. I am being of Light and bliss. I` m unique.

Any process of love starts with Self-love and self-forgiveness. These are the first steps to unconditional love for all that is.

Ascension flames and mantras -I (Blue and Yellow)

    In this article I` ll present what are ascension flames and how many are they? How to activate certain flame using your astral body and chakra cleansing. How to say activation formulas for the flame and invoke the angels and elementals of the flame. I hope you enjoy this spiritual journey.

  Ascension Flames are dedicated to all angels and archangels in certain hierarchies and groups. They are also linked with the ascended Masters, that are keepers of the Rays and flames. Each ray has specific function, ways to tune in and special group of angels to come and help you. To activate the flames you need to achieve level of initiation, which will add to your spiritual experience and help you to expand your energy in the best possible way.

There are seven Sacred rays (acc. To Elisabeth Clair Prophet, founder of Lighthouse and New age movement). The rays are actually much more, but for this current level of ascension of humanity, only seven rays can be fully activated. These rays carry special messages to all humans and give special initiations to each individual, who can work with them. The rays are related to cleansing and transformation power of Flames – so every adept, who is already familiar with the rays and angelic presence, can work for expanding his spiritual experience with the seventh Flames and seven Masters of the flames. Each flame vibrates with different color and frequency, and is dedicated to different ascended master and angelic group. Each flame also gives unique experiences and develops certain qualities in the adept. To enjoy the full spectrum of flame energies, we need to be strongly devoted and to take the spiritual challenge as a mission. Not everyone could achieve that high, but some people could just touch the surface of that spiritual initiation. Also certain qualities needs to be developed before others, that’s why the initiations and flames have order to be learned. You cant start learning from the highest to lowest. These are the seven sacred Flames and their masters ~

(* have in mind that all activation mantras given should be repeated several times – 3, 9, 12 or 22 times by your choice. The more you repeat the mantra, the more effective it will be for you. The minimum is repeating three times.)

I.                   Sacred Blue flame and master El Morya

(ethereal retreat – mount Darjeling, India)

The first ray works with the divine group and under guardianship of Archangel Michael and Blue flame angels. It`s dedicated to create the qualities – discipline, strength, courage, speaking truth, devotion, surrender to divine Will. It holds the keys of self-reliance, acceptance, faith and initiative power. This flame has masculine energy and has the power to make persons aura protected, safe and strong with beautiful Blue flame. Meditation can be made with stones: azurite, Lapis Lazuli, Tanzanite, Kyanite, blue quartz. The energy is intensive and energizing, sending power. It can open all ethereal body, some connect its energy with Throat chakra or Third eye –but in all presentations I think the flames open all chakras and unblock all hidden dark energies from the etheric body. This flame works also with Blue devas – Ishtar/ Inanna, Isis, Persephone – The sacred signs of the Blue flame is Blue pentagram and five petals Blue lotus flower. The elements associated with it is water and air. (Many world teachers wrote their doctrines in guidance of Blue flame and El Morya –like the spiritual teacher Benisa Duno in Bulgaria).

You can make frequently cleansing prayer to master El Morya: “Beloved master El Morya, with the guidance and power of arch. Michael and Blue flame angels, release and unblock all low energies from my body, make my body strong, full of passion, protected and safe. Fill me with the intense energy of the cosmic Blue flame, let it cleanse deeply all my body, mind and heart, purify and expand all my chakras, cleanse all my aura, so that I`m loving adept of Blue flame. Thank you and so it is.”

Mantra for Blue flame (3 times) ~

I am a being of Blue light

I surrender to Gods will

I am a being of Blue flame

All darkness is dispersed

II.                 Sacred Yellow flame and master Lord Lanto ~

This flame is connected with illumination and wisdom. Retreat –Royal Teton, the Great Wall of China, Lanchow. This ray is supported by the amazing energy of archangel Jophiel and Amber Flame angels. They bring love, beauty, wisdom, intuition, clarity, new ways of learning and teaching, love of spiritual knowledge. Amber yellow flame is quite important for humanity and it opens the mind and heart in the same astral level. To master this flame you need to have artistic gift – from music, art, literature, poetry, speaking, teaching and to spread your light to the world. That’s the aim of the second ray – teaching and learning initiations. Social involvement, not isolated research. Be part of the world, spread your knowledge, show your inner Self, understand, compare, expand. Amber flame will bring you beautiful energy of self-esteem, power of knowledge and education in succession. Other amazing masters of this ray are Confucius and Lao Tzu. The devas –goddesses of amber golden flame are –Amaterasu, Lakshmi, Sophia. They spread the divine wisdom, and blessings of prosperity and fortune.

The sacred signs are: amber golden 8 petals lotus or eight pointed star in a golden circle. (star of occult knowledge).

Mantra of the Yellow flame (3 times)~

I am a being of Yellow light

I am open to wisdom and art

I am a being of Yellow flame

Guided by archangel Jophiel

I am open to beauty of world,

Golden lotus of wisdom opens

New Moon ritual ~

New moon – new preparation for ascension, higher energies; Its equivalent is the white reflecting mirror; You should think, imagine, feel, visualize in higher realms. This is the time to set your intentions; What you can do?

1) make list with your priorities for the months – concerning your inner feelings and thoughts. What do you want from yourself?

2)  Make list with your priorities about actions and setting things to move. Now is the time to change the energy of what you don’t like, what is not in the similar vibration with you. Are you happy in the current situation? (in your relationship? In your work? With your family? With your social life? with your children?) ask questions, write the answers with open heart.

 3) Make a cleansing ritual for opening heart and mind (white and silver candle, moonstone, white opal, selenite, clear quartz.

 4)  Take ritual shower, pouring water with sea salt to cleanse your aura from the sticky energies. Make meditation in one room with lavender oil.

5)   Make the main ritual of the New moon, reading allowed the new wishes and intentions for the period.

I give you here suggestion for a simple moon ritual with archangels Gabriel and Muriel:

Clean your home with water and sea crystal salt to wipe away the negative energies in form of blocked emotions and thoughts. Light up silver or white candle with silver ribbon around; make aroma in the space with essential oil –Jasmine, Melissa, myrrh, verbena. Make short meditation before the ritual as much as you feel comfortable to make your mind free. Concentrate on the ritual, breath deeply. Put the ritual clothes (or a white scarf) on your shoulders.

Then make the following circle “magic stamp of divine force”. Cut a piece of silver or white paper in a form of circle. Draw one little circle in the middle of it, and write your magic name inside (initials), if you don’t have such name just write the letters of your first and last name. Make inside the circle the moon crescent –on the left side (as the moon`s energy is increasing after New moon!). Then write the following in the circle:

In the first outer circle write the words, following left to right – “ I invoke the power of this New moon, the power of arch. Gabriel, the power of arch. Muriel; the water energy of all sources –rivers, lakes, sea, ocean, spring, waterfall, rain, dew –to open my connection with my inner self, clean all my energy and make me free of burden. Make my astral and ethereal body purified a. ready for the positive change. Make my will strong, my views powerful, make all fear and doubt dissolve in the new power. Make my new moon start with renewed energy, inspiration, creativity, study, writing, share, work, intuition, and understanding of hidden forces of the universe. Make my aura field clear, flowing and strong, and my spiritual connection in higher level.

The second part – write in the second middle circle the following: “New moon – date …2016 – with arch. Gabriel, Muriel - ..your name (nour) or spiritual sign.

This is the usual “template” of all angel “stamps of power”, and you can follow it, of course the words and angels will be different, as well as the geometry sign inside circle.

Then you can put the circle (after folding it 2 times) in little envelope, and drop little wax from the candle as a stamp on it; then place it under the burning candle. So it will stay for next one day (around 20 hours).

On the next day take it out and put in a special place known just from you. This is a sacred ritual and no one else should be involved.

Writing the new moon intention on a sacred angel stamp is the first step to do. The second is to read allowed your words, and send thanks. And the third is a meditation.

On the divine altar at home you can place too: a clear crystal angel, or any kind of the crystals: quartz, selenite, white, blue moonstone, white opal, opalite, white agate, white jade; White flowers if you have at home, scent of jasmine. Then stay in the middle of the room and dividing your words from the “angel stamp of new moon” repeat it out loud, while turning to all directions, starting from West, clockwise (west – north – east – south). When you finish spring little water with sea salt inside in the corners of the room (this is general cleaning of space), or optionally you can smuggle with herbs or frankincense in the room.

In the end say “let it be” “ thank you, dear arch. Gabriel and Muriel”.  

Next step you can make a short meditation, while saying these words, and adding a soft music in the atmosphere:

-   I ask for the healing I need, and offer the healing to others in my life.

-   I hear the inner voice of my soul and honor its need for expression

-    I honor the divine nature of my own being, and nourish it daily with good thoughts and deeds.

-     I understand the need for solitude, rest, tranquility and self-care in keeping my spirit healthy

-   I give the gift of open heart, honesty, love and truthfulness to other people around; I ask for the same gifts for myself.

-   I m understanding, gentle, caring, tolerant with others and ask the same to myself.

-  Let the magical light of this new moon (in astro Sign e. Scorpio) cleanse, energize and purify all my energy, aura and my home space –and make circles of crystal white light around me. Let my all being feel rejuvenated, save, pure. Amen.

(* have in mind that this is example of full ritual, which can have many variations, as well as be shorter or longer, depending on the personal taste of everyone. So don’t take it “ready”, you can always change by adding or removing things. The most important is the intention, and the ritual will need some of time dedicated.
