Simple practices to cleanse your emotional body.
Angels always say that the same way we take care and nurture our physical body, in the same way we need to care, cleanse and nourish all our energy bodies –especially emotional.
Generally, most people still don't have a routine of emotional cleansing as they don't know how to do that. Here are some important steps and exercises to do daily, if you want to cleanse your emotional body.
★Practice meditation and aura cleansing (you need 15-30 min. A day). Meditation is the best tool for calming and creating empty space within you. In this way meditation is a way of cleansing the energy space around you and has similar effects like energy brushing or energy shower. It releases and removes from your field all negative emotions, stuck emotions of others, and energy that is not yours (which happens very often with empaths).
★ Meditation with pink light, pink-golden light or amber light are the best for emotional body cleansing and healing. If you want to just cleanse your energy, visualize waterfall of cleansing pink light flowing from the top of your head (Soul Star chakra) down to your head, and covering all your body, inner organs and chakras. You can connect with the energy of archangel Chamuel (angel of self-love and abundance), or arch. Jophiel for daily cleansing. Ask them to cleanse and clear your emotional body of all negative emotions and fears. With practice you will become better every day, and you can feel, see” your energy body changing and expanding with light.
★ More practical steps for emotional body cleansing are – self-care rituals. Simple brushing of your hair daily is a great way, as in the hair can be stuck” energetically negative emotions. Most people are not aware of that. When you take care of your hair, brush, spray with natural essences or oils, washing, this is a way to cleanse your emotional body and energy. Try brushing your hair downwards from the neck area to the top. This has a great effect on your blood circulation and overall feeling.
★ Making hair spray with sea salt water and rose (lavender) oil. This is a great way to cleanse your aura and emotional body.
★ When you feel any strong negative emotion, fear or frustration, the best thing you can do is stop eating. Some people have automatic reactions, as they immediately need to eat something sweet, chocolate or drink coffee or consume alcohol. This is a reaction of protection as your energy feels out of balance. But the food or unhealthy drinks will make the emotional body even more out of balance. What you need to do is: drink plenty of water with lemon, take a few very deep breaths and imagine breathing through your Sacral chakra (below your belly). This will immediately bring your energy back to a clean state.
★ The difference between cleansing and healing is that healing needs longer time of cleansing with consistency. Healing includes more things like awareness, openness, letting go, rejuvenation and restoration. Being in healing modality, you need to feel free, light and in the flow. You can easily connect with your body and your emotions. You can easily recognize the emotions of others (that are not yours). For healing to happen, it needs longer time of practice, longer meditation (app. 60 minutes) and being focused on the result, trusting that HEALING is possible and is inevitable.

Healing the emotional body needs special awareness. How we achieve that? There are many ways, but one of the best ones is writing and JOURNALING about your emotions. Make space and start writing your emotions and how you feel every day. As this will bring more awareness, to fully accomplish emotional healing, you need to understand why. Ask the question WHY are certain emotions there and what is their role in your life? Why do you feel so? If you are joyful, also ask the question, what makes you feel this way? Try to create as many links as possible to the feeling of Joy, love, or to any negative emotion – like fear, anxiety, depression, sadness. Simply ask why and your emotional body will respond to you. This practice is amazing and is called writing “with the flow of thoughts”. This kind of journaling will bring you closer to channeling information and connecting to your sub-conscious mind. Being aware of your emotions is the first step.
