Process of Spiritual Transmutation (Part II, feelings + practical steps)

 Transmutation of feelings and emotions  II



If we want to expand our energy bodies and go to higher levels of consciousness, first we need to look into our EMOTIONS. There are 2 more things in the process before transmutation can happen. The one is ACCEPTANCE and two is Self-awareness. Before we transmute any element (feeling) we need to accept it as present, existing and valid. Accepting it means, we do not reject or deny the existence of this feeling. (That may sound logical on the outside). The second thing is to be AWARE of how this feeling is expressed within us – how, when and where we have this feeling. This means, we are self-aware and study, contemplate and journal about this inner feeling. Such feelings can be for example shame, guilt, fear of abandonment. They are all related to the energy of the second chakra (Sacral) in the lower abdomen. We need to know when the root of feeling of shame (or guilt) happens and to track it back to our childhood. Then we start to decode this feeling – why did it happen in the past? When do we feel shame now? What are the expressions of shame in our lives? Where we feel it is in our physical body (which organ). And all of that. As you can see, only to understand this emotion is the first part of the process, before we even begin transmutation”.  

After we have investigated the feeling of shame in our past and present we must prepare for transmutation process. That means, the goal is to dissolve completely the crystalline (molecule) structure of shame and to transmute it into the energy (crystalline) element of the opposite feeling – being proud of yourself.

This happens through focused intention. Some of the practices that can help in transmutation of feelings are related affirmations using water element. This can happen in many ways, but here I will give some examples.  

Affirmations are a fast way for manifesting something, and they are great for transmutation. When we feel low self-esteem or disempowered, we can say affirmations of personal power. Every feeling (thought, quality) has different frequency, color and even shape). You can start by focusing on releasing shame from your field and second chakra. 1. Repeat the affirmation 11 times, while you listen to music

"I release and let go of all shame and guilt in my past-present and future, in all levels, life times and dimensions”.

With the help of my higher self (or guardian angels...or masters). After you repeat this 11 times, your body is aware that you are releasing this exact feeling from your energy.  

Next, you can do it with a little bit of a time gap –for example releasing affirmation in the morning, and positive affirmation in the evening. You can sit quietly, close your eyes and imagine a snowflake (this represents your shame) seeing it in its color, which most probably will be dull or dark color. Then see the snowflakes becoming different color – which is individual for each person. It can be light blue, deep blue, green or silver. Whatever you see you can trust your inner guidance. While you are seeing the new snowflake you can say: “I transmute my feeling of shame into feeling of being proud of myself. / I`m proud of myself and all my achievements in this life.” Say this affirmation 11 times for 11 days in a row. Then the process is complete. But remember that if you are not aware of your feelings after that, the new feeling of SHAME will occur again, and you need to do the same.  

If you prefer, you can do the same process without visualizing snowflakes. Take clean water in a glass bowl or cup and place it in front of you. You can hold the water cup in your hands, then say slowly the same affirmation “I release all shame from my energy field. I'm proud of myself and all my achievements. I'm perfect as I am.” say that whispering and pause after each sentence. Then drink the water slowly. The process of transmutation has started in you.  

In this way you can transmute all negative emotions: fear, shame, envy, jealousy, disempowerment, disconnection, being lost, also all negative thoughts can be released and transmuted into positive emotions and thoughts. For example, these are some oppositions you can use: 

Fear – love and empowerment  

Jealousy – trust, believe  

Envy – self-love, gratitude  

Shame – being proud, self-love  

Guilt - being proud, self-forgiveness

Anxiety - inner peace, tranquility, assurance

Fear of abandonment – self-power, confidence  

Anger - compassion, understanding  

Anger – love, patience, compassion  

Feeling betrayed – love, forgiveness  

feeling disempowered (bullying, abuse, childhood trauma) - self-love, self-confidence, personal power

 

Any feeling of fear, worry, anxiety and depression can be transmuted into love, empowerment, self-esteem, creative ecstasy. Some of the highest vibrational feelings are self-love and gratitude and joy, which you can gift to yourself daily.
