Truth 5 *
Another truth is to understand step 2 of our spiritual development and expansion: Accept and love this (physical) reality as it is, without judgement, and accept and love yourself (in your physical shell) as part of it.
Acceptance and love meaning to infuse this reality and yourself with Divine (unconditional) love, compassion and forgiveness; and being grateful for all the benefits, positive aspects and lessons it brings you.
Truth 6 *
That is why the only way to "master” your reality is through your spiritual Self, or objective perspective.
But first you need to see and feel this spiritual / objective perspective in yourself and in your surroundings, in order to incorporate it in the physical plane. “As above, so below” is the low of manifestation into lower reality.
First is creation of energy (ball) which can be thought, idea, feeling, intention. This energy starts to exist and extends its perimeter from above (higher plane) to below –lower reality, by creating action (or voicing it). For example, you have creative ideas, inspiration, channeled message from spirit, then you sit and write it down on paper” and then you publish it in a book and spread it this message. This is manifestation of idea.
It always works by attracting things from above (energy levels) to below (physical reality). Representation of this process is given in Tarot card 1. The Magician.

When it comes to perceiving and understanding the lower density (physical) reality, we have 2 categories. One is external and another is internal. Usually (not always) your external reality consists of things you cannot control, and usually in your internal reality (inner self) you have things that you are in control.
The external reality” includes other people, places, situations. The internal reality is connected with your physical body and all your energy system: emotional, mental, spiritual, astral.
An important truth to know is, you are always in control of your internal reality.
And this is one of the most important aspects to understand when you want to master your reality. You cannot master something in the external reality, and you can't manifest something without first mastering your “internal reality”.
That means, we need to acknowledge in our daily life, that we are not in control, and neither are we responsible for) other people`s behavior, people`s actions, people's emotions, thoughts, intentions, illnesses. Each person is in control / and responsible for/ his OWN level of energy and his own physical body (existence in 3 D). Each soul is alone master” (or in control of) his own health, food consumptions, addictions, lifestyle, values, beliefs, connection with others, behavior, fears. You can only strive to help others to achieve a higher level of awareness. But you can't act instead of them, nor can you be punished “on behalf” of them. (There are some interesting exceptions, related to ancestral karma).
Also, another point is that we can't control or expect any exact circumstances (cause and effect), which includes energy of other people in any way. What we can control are the things we need to actively work on and expand and bring to higher awareness. These are our internal reality: the physical body, and the way it functions. (Without our appearance which is given a priori). We can control the choices that we make related to daily regime, food, diet, lifestyle, exercise, and more.
To enhance your connection to your physical body, you need to bring awareness to it every day. Be aware of your weak and strong points, be aware that you have limits within this lower reality. For example, if you are 50 kg woman no one can expect you to lift a truck of 1000 kg...(which symbolically in our society they expect from women).
Be aware of your limits. In your physical, but also in your emotional and mental reality. Exactly the same is valid for your energy (spiritual) body. You can't know it until you start to be aware of it. You need to become fully aware of your weak and strong points and your boundaries in all aspects – emotional, mental, spiritual, astral.
But they are all interconnected, so whatever affects your spiritual body (energy) will also affect your emotions, mental, etheric and physical body.
Whatever affects your physical body will have a direct impact on your energy system – emotional, mental, astral, spiritual bodies. Whatever affects your emotions (thoughts) will also affect your other energy system – and physical vessel. And so on...
Remember, everything in the universe is connected. This is one of the Universal laws – of interconnection. And your body is the microcosm, so all energy systems in it are interconnected. From here we start to understand how things in the universe work.
Your environment (or home) is connected and affects all things around you: people, places, and your own body. This is well observed in the science of Feng shui. Your home space is connected and reflects your energy body – emotions, mind, spirit, physical avatar.
All aspects of your reality are manifested from your INTERNAL self-reality. But the external reality is not manifestation by itself/. Why? It is very simple: because the external reality as the planet, society, countries, are manifestations of the collective energy and planetary body. All the collective energy is the sum of the Higher consciousness Selves and Monads of all incarnated souls. The planet feels” the expression of the global (collective) emotional, mental, spiritual and physical bodies of all souls.
From here, you can see what your collective and planetary level is – by the things in your environment, home, surrounding, and planetary peace.
Truth 7 *
Collective level of consciousness is not equal to the sum of the individual spiritual levels!
As there is a huge difference in the spiritual levels between incarnated souls, and there is a huge gap in the soul's karma, past lives, spiritual achievements, and experience from other planets and dimensions. Many souls come from very advanced spiritual planets (Starseeds) and many souls are unfamiliar with the energy climate on this planet.
We need to understand that we are connected and affected by) the global energy change and shift, but we are not “equal” to this energy. Because every soul comes here to experience “aloneness” or individual Self – no matter that we had connection.
That is so, as the Source want you to take responsibility only for your own development, for your own purity, health, and energy flow in all levels of your multi-dimensional body.
