Yang energy flow ~
From
point of Earth star, the energy goes up to the right side – right foot, toes,
right leg, right kidney, all organs of right side, (liver), colon, and so until
reaching the Thyroid. Then the flow changes to the left and encompasses all
left side of the head – down chin, lower teeth, left nostril, left cheek, left
eye, left ear, left part of the brain…and goes again up to the Celestial light.
This is how the complete Reiki circle of energy looks like – similar to form of
extended 8. Yang energy has color light orange (or red) and it`s moving up. In
such way the Yin (feminine) flow looks like water and has the function of
cleansing, nourishing, detoxifying, while Yang (masculine) flow has function of
rejuvenating, awakening, boosting.
The
two energy flows need to be in complete balance, so that we have healthy body.
Any obstacle or clogging of one flow can lead to related illnesses and
imbalances of inner organs of this flow and general health problems.
Healthy food and Yin-Yang energy flow ~
There
are many problems related to health imbalances due to poor diet, and not
sufficient nutrition. Each of the Yin-Yang flows in body needs to be nourished
and kept in good condition with specific foods and diet.
I`ll
give list with these foods related to each of the two flows – feminine and
masculine.
Yin
foods: these are foods that maintain the health of the feminine side and Yin
energy flow. They are: water, liquids, herbal tea, vegetable juices and
smoothies, milk, shakes, yogurt, cheese, cheese products, vegetables, green
vegetables, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, rice, all lentils (lens,
green peas, cheek peas) beans/ legumes. All these products are important for
all left side organs and Yin flow. Yin flow has lower speed too and has calming
energy effect.
Yang
foods: these are all foods that keep the Yang flow (right side) healthy and
give you also good energy boost: all kind of fruits, fruit juices, cereals,
grains, nuts, wheat, meat, fish, coconut, sweets, pizza, pasta, noodles. Most
carbohydrates are related to Yang energy –as they have high amount of energy
for short time. Of course the best for health are natural carbohydrates and
minerals provided by fruits. Each of the Yang flow foods provides essential
energy to the body and make “rise” up of the energy flow. Each of the Yang
foods should be eaten separately and not mixed with others. That means eat just
fruits (even just one kind of fruit at a time), or just grains, or just bread,
or just pizza, pasta…Mixing any of the Yang foods together will lead to high
energy imbalance and problems for colon and liver health (which are from the
right side).
Excessive
use of meat or pasta and bread would make problem for overall health and reflect in imbalance of Yang energy making it too slow moving, and suffering
from obesity as a rule. It will bring also problems to the left brain –
and left eye (logical thinking, making decisions and assumptions), which will
lead to clumsiness, being moody and not motivated to move. High amounts of meat
in diet may have also the opposite effect – reflecting in higher speed of the
Yang flow – and making energy overly “excited”, which will lead to aggressive
behavior, impatience, instability, being overly reactive, not feeling
compassion, dullness and insufficient memory. Eating too much sweets,
carbohydrates also will make problem for the left brain, being unable to
remember information or lack of self-reliance and indecisiveness. All kind of
too fat foods (fried meat or fish) would bring great imbalance for the liver
and colon. So the Yang energy flow is best to be balanced by fruits and careful
amounts of other products.
The
Yin energy foods are quite important for whole body health, they can be mixed
together (except milk and yogurt, cheese in higher amounts). Yin foods are also
not well corresponding to the Yang fruits (that means they shouldn’t be mixed
together: ex. Potatoes and meat, rice-fish, fruits-vegetables, milk-meat,
cheese-meat, bread-beans, cereal-vegetables, lentils-meat). But generally all Yin foods can be mixed (except
milk, yogurt) –all kind of vegetables, lentils, beans, potatoes, tomatoes…
Yin
foods provide big relief and cleansing for the body and heart, that’s why they
are related to important nutrients for any diet plan.
Eggs
contain high amount of healthy proteins, and also brings effect of balance of
Yin-Yang flow, as it is related to both. The white egg is related to Yin
energy, and yolk brings balance to Yang flow.
All
the root vegetables (that are growing under ground – potatoes, radishes, root
crops and roots are nourishing both yin and yang energy or the celestial flow.
That means they are extremely important for health).
