Energy foods - III

V. Special kind of food ~

      There is one special category of food, which is energy recharged (from sun light), but also can have energy imprints. That means they contain special “patterns” of “creating intentions”, positive and negative. They can be used to amplify the energy of the person who deal with them, but that can be made just by special ritual, with intention and mindfully. 

These foods are:  ~honey, beans, rice, grains, lentils. They can be used very well for creating positive ideas, cure of illness and blessings of someone else. They can contain the intention of the person – but they do not contain or imprint the feelings and thoughts of human. 

For ex. Honey can be used for blessing and cure of illness (with good intentions) or for illness (with bad intentions). That`s why you should be careful when someone brings to you foods like cooked beans, lens, rice or honey, as they can be imprinted with his intentions. Unlike the meat and other animal foods, honey and lentils can “save” and transfer only directed clear intentions. That’s why don’t accept them from people you don’t trust or know. Honey, as a very high natural element, reacts similarly as water and crystals. It amplifies the thoughts and intentions, and can both help and cleanse or make destruction. That’s why honey is recommended to be taken carefully, in very little quantity – one little spoon or inside little warm liquid.

       The last point I want to bring attention here is –how we eat our food. As I wrote in other articles, process of eating is almost so important as the process of preparing it. These are my advice to you for home made food:

~ Home made food is by far healthier than any other food from restaurant, as it contains your own energy. That’s how the food will be most tasty to the person who cooked it. Then to the members of his family (specially children always love their moms cooking –with some rare exceptions).  Home made food contains energy of your intention to be healthy and aligned with the higher energies. It contains the intention of purification and nutritional value. (even in subconscious level) then it adds to the people who you share your food with, its like wishing them to be healthy and good. That’s why in a good family all members enjoy the food of the one who cooks, no matter mother or father. The sign that the family is in energy imbalance and the relationships have shades of distrust or other negative feelings, or abuses, or any crack in the relationship, is when one of the pair don’t like the taste of the food his spouse cooks. Other sign of imbalanced relationship is when one of the couple (husband or wife) refuses to eat the food of another, or even if the children refuse to eat. So these is my advice for good home cooking:

~ always cook with your heart and when you don’t feel tired. The mood of your cooking will affect the food too much.
~ when you prepare food, make this like a meditation process, be concentrated, but free your mind from all stress and worries. Just enjoy.
~ be always calm and relaxed when you make food; don’t continue to cook anything if you feel depressed, exhausted, out of balance, or need to sleep. Food will take your energy, so it may give to others the same feeling.
~ cook with music, smile or simply with peace in yourself. Then you`ll have the best results.
