Energy foods - II

      (...continues from part I )
      What all of that foods can cause in future to consumers are different kind of allergies, body toxins around inner organs (cause for extreme cases and cancer), addictions, stress, fatigue, sleep disorder, eating disorder, creates mind patterns of negativity. All of that of course is just part from the whole chain of causes and effects. Not by chance some foods (flour and sugar) are claimed as “white death”. Being addicted and consuming these foods – breads, sweets, chocolates, sugar products – in big enough quantities, will surely cause you an addiction. From there to illness developing is a short way. That’s why we need to become highly conscious about what we eat, and how. Many people reading this would say – oh, impossible so many products and things to be stopped. What I say and call on here is not to completely stop all foods. That sounds nearly impossible, as everything is going with slow temps with mindfulness of humans. What I think can be achieved is limiting the consumption of all foods, and making priority of domestic food preparation, rather than food in restaurant. Be more careful also about the quantity, as well as the quality. When it comes to energetic imprinted foods quantity matters.
Finally I want to add, all of the above listed foods create addiction, toxins and are good environment for the micro-organism and viruses inside gut specially; they are main source of calories and create a fake feeling of saturation and satisfaction, also main feeling of cravings. (for example sugar). 

IV. I reached to the last point of my observation, energetically recharged foods. These are all foods and supplements, of natural origin, growing in a natural areas with sufficient sun light. The sun light is the actual source of energy that charges these foods and make them grow, transform to become giving and donors of energy to the cells. These foods are:
~ all fruits, vegetables, herbs, plants (green leaves), roots, oats, wheat, and sprouted grains and nuts. All of them and the oils produced from them are real energy sources.
All of them have positive effect on the human body, brain, gut and muscles, they add valuable nutrients, elements, vitamins, they don’t create addictions or cravings and they cant be energetically imprinted. That means – all of these natural foods cant absorb and contain “programs” of feelings, intentions, and energies of people in contact with them. These are foods of the free souls and free choice, and foods of higher consciousness. They will help in rejuvenating and nourishing the cells, backbones and brain.

     ** These natural foods are actually elements, given to humans to be a medicine and source of healing the physical body. They are lighter, contain less calories and should be eaten regularly, in short intervals. They can cure diseases and become part of any mindful healthy life style. These foods are actually the core of mindfulness. The first thing that changes in human consciousness, before any further spiritual change, is the change in eating habits and choice of foods.

      Fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts, herbs are purest energy wheels, that can be activated to help the human for his highest good and health. They can be magically charged with intentions for health and with divine Light, but only from one human to himself. No one can be forced to consume or be affected in any way by these natural elements. That means if you by yourself choose to increase your vibrations and feel expanded, to open your mind, you should start not with anything else, but foods. Start by making special daily regime, that will surely cost you strong will and intention, but result will be amazing for you. No spiritual development is really possible without realizing the value of nutrition and healthy food.


I have to add too, that most vegetables and fruits are fully recharged in a row condition. That’s so without a doubt. Any process of cooking, boiling, stewing the food will diminish their elements and vitamins. After that process the foods loose around 2/3 from their beneficial qualities, specially bad is process of frying food, when products (f.e. potatoes lose 85- 89% of the nutrients) and become totally different products”.
