* Sacral
chakra – center of your sensual and physical power, creative ideas, joy of
life; identifies with inner organs: womb, ovaries, sexual center, kidneys,
bladder. Very sensitive area, that has many issues with majority of people, due
to uncertain, unclean or abusive relationships, or past traumas. Sacral chakra
pulsates with the beautiful orange light and color; every individual though has
unique shades of orange color. With some people it is strong intense orange,
while others can be visualized with pale orange or mix of yellow-orange. The
most observed illnesses of Sacral chakra come from:

suppressed sexual energy;
~
suppressed positive emotions – joy, happiness, laughter
~
suppressed feeling of guilt (in relationships and with others)
We
can keep clean the Sacral area by many ways, that require dedication and daily
practices including meditation- visualization techniques. Visualization is
quite important and helpful when it comes to unblock and activate a chakra.
Have in mind that “activation” and “healing” the energy center are not one and
the same. Activation means to bring back the energy balance and make your
chakra move in right direction, filling it with positive light. Healing a
chakra – when it was blocked or ill, will take more time and longer practices.
That’s why we need to emphasize the persistency needed for all meditations.
Energy cant be brought back and the area (chakra, organ) to be healed at once
without any energy work. The main techniques for opening the Sacral chakra
include –meditation with sound of Tibetan bowls with tone –note D; listening to
music in specific waves or frequencies, which for Sacral chakra are [ 288 Hz ]
central. Other ways to open important orange light in this area are yoga
exercises (specially poses Pigeon, Garland
All
that things can add to your clearing and opening the Sacral center. I`ll
mention also eating orange colored fruits, vegetables and lentils will be very
beneficial for your chakra.
The
best program for activating and clearing the chakra is with visualization
exercises. Sit in a quite place for a while and breath deeply. For centering
your body and attuning to the energies you need to balance your breath for
about min. Imagine yourself (your astral body) sitting on the beach in front of
a vast ocean. The waves of the ocean are touching your legs, creating calming
sensation. You feel peaceful and full of joy. You feel deeply the nature,
breath the ocean air and indulge. While you sit imagine above your head (on the
place of Soul star chakra – 2 inches above) swirling ball of white and orange
light. See it moving in direction to the right. Slowly inside this ball appears
a beautiful shining merkaba, that is also turning with the ball. If you don’t
know how merkaba looks like, first you can see images of it. This merkaba looks
like a star above you and has the function to protect your energy body. Imagine
it swirling above you slowly and unblocking your whole body, pouring streams of
light down to you. The stream of crystal white light comes to you from your
head and spread to all areas of your body, reaching your hands, fingers, legs
and toes. The crystal light rushes through your back –bone, making it shining,
goes down to your heart. Imagine how your heart chakra becomes full of light
and expanded with orange color. Then the light sets gently in your Sacral
chakra, making it sparkling and turning clock wise. Imagine the chakra as a
sphere of orange light, which is activated by the crystal light above. This
sphere has now intensive orange color, expand it slowly in far perimeter, out
of your body. In your mind expand the outer “rings” or disk of the chakra
reaching out of your body to the end of your aura. Feel the soft, warm and
magnificent energy of love, joy and trust awakening in this center. Feel
happiness and self-trust. Stay with these energies and imagine that orange
sphere turning and expanding for 10-15 min. It will be great to listen to
sounds of the sea waves while you make this cleansing visualization. You can do
it in the morning, when energies are still clean, or in the evening on sunset.
Another
activation technique can be imagining (and creating in mind) an orange lotus
flower above your head. It`s slowly opening and turning to the right. Its
petals look brilliant and give light. The lotus flower is inside a sphere of
light, that penetrates from above to your head and spreads healing energy to
your body and all organs. Then meditation goes in the same way like the first
one with Merkaba – the light settles in your sacral chakra, expanding it and
making it clean with orange light. You can substitute the lotus flower with
orange rose or another flower you like. The most important is to feel how this
intense energy is washing away all your fears about your relationships,
boosting your self-trust and self-love.
The
angels you can call on for help for this chakra are Chamuel and Haniel (planet
Venus) who will help you with all your hard relationships and clear the doubts
for you.
You
can add aromatherapy to your chakra cleanse, oils suitable for Svadhishtana
are: orange, ylang-ylang, neroli, patchouli, rose. Make a relaxing bath with
sea salt and some of these oils for best effect.
Buy
potted plants like marigold, orange orchid, zinnia, calendula. All these are
elements of Divine given to us for healing and help.
Make
a short affirmation and rituals for awakening self-love and creativity. Use
powerful affirmation for Sacral chakra every day, in front of mirror ~ I feel
joyful, happy and present in my life. I love, accept myself, forgive myself,
and nurture my inner child. I`m passionate, loving, and free to receive and
give love. I can easily express my emotions in any situation. I care for my body,
feelings and needs in all times. My life is flowing like water and my energy is
strong as ocean.
