Part II:

What things keep our frequency and vibration low in all times?

I ll make list, so you can see how many and multiple reasons can be aggressors on the ascension path:

-      Unhealthy, harsh, polluted environment (that includes also working environment, nature pollution, toxic environment, higher use of chemicals, higher vibration air pollution from Transmuters like cell phone, TV, and other…)

-      Unhealthy, unclean, toxic home space  - that includes all things that you have at home, including messy, not organized staff, using too many chemicals in cleaning, stagnant air, clutter, unclean areas in home or floor, windows, dust, spoiled foods, unorganized objects lying around, many objects under bed....List can be long, broken glass objects or lamps.

-      Being in company of people with lower frequency than yours for too long. That can be hard or abusive relationship, friends, or anyone who radiates to you negative thoughts, high criticism, aggression, anger, lust, manipulation....and so on.

-      Eating meat and animal products. Usually eating meat will make your vibration immediately low, and its not preferable, if you intend to keep yourself in higher levels. Even though some people (specially men) are constructed to be meat-eaters, as the process of earth transition to 5 D is slow. So they already cant reach to higher frequencies, that doesn’t mean they should. They are perfect in the time they are now and for their mission. If you eat occasionally milk products though that cant affect your frequency level, if you have already reached to stable level (5-6).

-      Excessive use of Sugar products, chocolate, products with chemical content, and one of very important white flour and bread – will also lower quickly your vibration (as well as health, as they are connected)

-      Being witness of crime, or killing of human or animal, without to be able to react, suppressed negative emotions, all kind of negative emotions that are kept within your for a longer period of time (more than a week or month) will bring you unhealthy energy.

-      Staying long time in harsh toxic environment – like chemical factories, hospitals or morgue, bars, places with drinking alcohol and cigarettes, places of drugs and criminal people, places of lust, or prostitutes, or watching a porn movie will immediately bring your vibrations down.

-      Personal hygiene is quite essential for the higher frequency, without doubt – having unclean clothes, or smell of cigarettes. Hair is one of the very important places of body, as it collects much energy from the environment. That’s why is quite important to be clean and without use of harsh products (dyes and colours).

-      Feeling down or negative emotions for more than 7-8 days will absolutely lower your vibration, so you need to pick it up in all possible ways.

-      Watching movies with too much blood, violence, or watching regularly news on TV will also bring down your frequency. Don’t make comparison between being aware and informed about news with regular news watching. In the first one you let yourself to be influenced and well manipulated by the mind and information Only that they need you to see and accept as real. In another case you see and search for information in the time needed, and in the critical way, as you don’t accept all as your reality.

-      Unhealthy life style, using much alcohol (or regularly), cigarettes, or drugs, or having excessive sexual desire, will lead your overall health down, as well as your frequency. They are promoters of depression and anxiety.

-      Being overly focused on money and material things, and seeing things only related to power, and 3 D reality. That factor can answer you why (why!) all politics, people on power do have much lower frequencies and in such way affect the whole society in a negative way.

-      Feelings of fear, guilt, ungratefulness, unforgiveness, and loss will take away your frequency level very fast. You need to transcend such feelings.

These are on the whole the basic things that can lower your frequency, and make you drained. Also being with very dominant people, or people who wants to manipulate your free will, is very dangerous.

People with higher frequencies – above 5-6 , will be very cautious and careful with who they spend time, and on what activities they focus. The talks and topics with others also have high influence.

What are Frequencies? -I

             I want to turn attention on a very discussed topic in spiritual networks – about frequencies, and to answer the basic questions here: What is vibration? What are frequencies? What you can do to raise your vibrations? What things can drain your energy or lower your frequency?

        In order to feel uplifting, happy, with high self-esteem, loved, successful and to achieve what we want fast, we need to take care of our vibrations. They are essential for our spiritual journey, specially if we start to see the world in new way, if we start to realize our place in universe and to connect with the unlimited Source of light. We become awaken.

The more we become awaken and aware of our environment, the more we are experiencing challenges on the way, and the more we ll be provided with help, if we ask for it. These things go together, simply because the path of spiritual awakening and growth is not an easy and smooth path. We need to realize that first of all. We should be able to learn, to accept that we cant control all things, to learn how to let go and forgiveness, and many more.

        Our vibrations and state of our energy (aura field, chakras, and connection with Higher self), are quite important for that process of growth. If we want to have healthy aura and energy humans should turn special attention on their Vibration.

I want to try to explain here clearly what is vibration? – Vibration is an energy state of all our bodies, connected to physical – ethereal, astral, mental, causal, and the picture (like shot) of the aura field in the specific separated moment. It is also related to the our ability to synchronize all the Higher self aspects – Mind-Soul-Body- Astral body with healthy union.

That means, all our thoughts, intentions, feelings, positive qualities, accomplished missions, and present relationships should be in ALIGHNMENT with our higher Self and our life purpose. That’s how our vibration can be higher or lower – which is always relative.

What are levels of frequencies?

Frequency is the general term of your vibrational state viewed / observed in longer time periods (like 3 months, 6 months, 9 months or more). The vibration can change and frequencies too, but they usually cant change dramatically – for example from 1 to 3. Frequencies have principle of gradual growing, that happens slowly. People need to work on their vibrations intentionally, in order to achieve higher frequency for longer time period.

The level of frequencies is also essential and will affect all areas of your life – starting with your relationships, friends, work environment, preferences…the way you feel. The higher your vibrations and level of frequency is, the happier and more peaceful, radiating love and gratitude you will be.

Opposite – the lower frequencies people will be recognized by their supressed emotions, darker energy (specially in the Crown chakra around the head), and easily possessed by negative emotions – anger, rage, fear. They will have strong reactiveness to all kind of situations, that personally affect them.

Usually such lower frequencies are quite often in the 3 D reality – they happen in Frequency levels (earth plane) – from 1 to 3 and 4.

Frequency can be described also well with radio waves. Some radio waves pick up clear signal and you listen the sound and information clearly. Others are not well tuned into one frequency, so they are fluctuating and therefore cant pick up clear signal, so the message you hear is noise.

The lower and higher frequencies can be described also with opposites -pure – unclean; noisy, blurred – clear.

So I clarified the essential things about vibration and frequencies.

Now I`ll answer the questions: What things can drain your energy and lower your frequencies?

Usually most Souls, who are spiritually awaken have higher vibrations, and higher level of frequency (5-6 and above). They can more easily tune into the world of “invisible reality” and what we call invisible, they have developed some intuition that help them, and they have raised interest in spiritual topics – and out of body experiences, which is beyond curiosity.

Most Souls with lower levels of frequency (1,2,3) are not aware of spiritual reality, don’t have developed intuition, or deny anything related to out of body experiences. They are more primal (not primitive), and please NOTE: that the level of frequency has no connection with personal qualities, if the soul can be seen as good, or predominantly evil. (in fact the words for Good and evil can be translated in angelic “language” as Pure -unclean state – or healthy and Sick state). That’s how angels view us here. Also the frequency has nothing to do with lower or higher intelligence. (Which is another wide topic..)

Frequency as seen from statement above, is related to spiritual awakening, awareness of environment, developed spiritual knowledge and cleanness of energy field and aura. But the higher frequency level you get, the more you become closer to the observe, feel and understand the main plan of the divine creation for you. The more you feel and understand your own place in the universe here, and the more you need to strive to be the Soul out of Karma.

Structure of the Universe -Spices -I

I continue to write information on universal structures (please read part I, II and III). I` ll speak more about mechanism of life forms creation and their parameters inside universes and Alpha Universe.

    All of the matrix within one Egg-model (I call so the first sophisticated model of universe creation I explained) are spread in special way; Their number is limited and can vary between 7, 9, 12. All of the Alpha –Un (or the biggest model of Spiral in the matrix) have central Suns with appointed color, light and frequency; They are all different. For example the first central Sun is red, second is orange and so on. All different kind of color-radiation central suns have different mindful life forms. That means, each separate Alpha universe is “specialized” in creation of different kind of spices; What are these kind you ll know just now and how they defer between each other. Moreover each kind of color central Sun in alpha universes has the same kind or type of spices in all others sub-universes (or un type-A, B and C). That means simply, as humans belong to Orange central sun Alpha un, all other sub-universes within it will create similar (not exactly the same) structure of life-forms which will be “humanoid” – or have the same essential elements and body parts, even with slightly different proportions. This fact become obvious when we look to much more advanced intelligent beings of type like Pleadians, Ashtar, and more. These mindful beings are in reality in the same Alpha orange universe, but have different characteristics and are highly advanced because they life in what we call “parallel” universes; what parallel means to us? Parallel is just a human term to describe and “realize” the existence of other types of universes within each other. As I said in previous texts, the universes of each type are Not endlessly “inside each other”, they are limited times –these limited times is equal to 3. Three is the code of all things in universe can be contained inside “each other” – and something like code of creation mechanism. So there are 3 universes inside each other, or what I call “sub-universes” of any type: the biggest matrix contains all others in such way:

1. Alpha universe (the one that is biggest and contains others); It has central Orange or other color radiating sun. It has 8 888’ 888 000 universes within
2. Un type A – it is within the alpha universe and contains also the same number of universes inside. (2)
3. Un type B – it is situated inside un type A (which is inside Alpha), and contains also the same number [8 code] universes [ 3 ]
4. Sub-universe type-C – which is the final smaller universe and it is contained inside un type-B; this universe is where we live, and it contains matter of “worlds” called “galaxies and star systems”; the number of all galaxies is 9 999’ 999’ 000; this universe also have “central Sun” which is situated in the center of universe, which has form of oval, expanding from both sides. The central sun of un-B and un-C are connected in special way.

So what we call “parallel” universes are in reality different bigger types of universes co existing together with ours. That does not mean we can perceive them in the same “plane” or space we are now. The example is very simple, if we have one flat plane, a field, and we can see all objects of it as only existing, how we can perceive objects which are totally not connected with this field? Or how we can see objects that are from its opposite side? One example – if we are “ants” in the field, the sun, moon and even earth as we know it, wont exist for us. We ll perceive only the flat ground as our activity is limited to it. Is that mean sun, moon and earth don’t exist?

That’s how space is connected in many ways and the balance energy of all cosmic structures comes from the crystal Core of all Suns and core of all planets with mindful life-forms. Something more – if we want to discover other mindful spices around the same universe [ where we are ], we need to look to the same characteristics of our Sun system, because:

-      all other spices in one Alpha universe will be situated in equal Sun/ star systems with circular movement of the planet around;

-        all other alien spices in one Alpha un will be with similar characteristics and outlook as humans (humanoid) and have similar appearance and body;

-      the configuration of all other Sun systems with alien life forms similar to humans, will be exact or very similar.

    Configuration of planet means – in what parameters planets are situated around the central Sun. The planets that hold mindful life-forms will be in configuration of 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 – these figures mean the place of the planets with potential for mindful evolution and how the follow” after the Sun, what is their place. For example Earth is the third planet from the group of sun-system planets, following Mercury and Venus; That means, if we were to live on the first two planets, mercury and Venus, we wont be able to survive. Even more – these planets are not suitable for evolving of human life forms, because of their configuration. We will be suitable as we are third; in order other planets to have mindful life forms they need to “change their position and configuration of order. But that is not possible, as there is specific “mechanism” and lows that are planned and made before that. In order this to happen, the whole plan should change, which will lead most surely to total destruction of all planets or sun-system and will let other system to be born. In the way we are not Sun system has potential of any kind of mindful life forms on planets – earth (3), Jupiter (5), Uranus (7) and Pluto. That does not mean (what most people would think) that all these planets are suitable for life forms now. That means if configuration was different, and earth was not suitable for evolving life, then one of these planets place will be very suitable. Even so, around these planets configuration there are special cosmic portals, where other alien forms traveling in time-space from “parallel” universes can reach to our system. The travel of these forms is not always “directly” to our planet. They can observe and know about us in so many ways. Saturn – the sixth planet is also very important for our cosmic existence, and there are many energy portals with records of “cleansing” and protecting from destructive space energies, coming to our system. Saturn is actually not portal for parallel universes, but portal to “copy” of our own solar system (something like the copy that is contain in the Black holes in space). That means Saturn has amazing role for our “other side” or ethereal side of each human living on earth. As this is complicated topic I wont say more on that now.

Time-space energy layers -I

This article is dedicated to time-space energy layers – or visible and invisible spectrum of worlds on earth plane. First to ask the basic question: What are energy layers?
They are macro-spheres or realities of different kind of dense, less dense, light and subtle energy, existing on plane of our planet and related in different ways to our existence. If we are aware of all them or not, this is another issue. There are seven layers of time-space energy on earth plane.

The first one has lower frequencies and corresponds to our basic five senses. Others correspond to the fine astral (emotional), ethereal, Kethereal and mental body. The last plane or layer of time-space is called Celestial and it has highest frequencies.

    Have in mind, that these layers have nothing to do with common aura field layers of energy for each human.

The first sphere or time-space layer is called Root sphere, as it`s related with roots of the ground, trees, soil, and Root charka in human body. It encompasses five other sub-levels, connected with the five human senses.

The root layer is visible for human eyes.

1). Root sphere of Visible reality (what we perceive with our eyes) this reality is trusted by humans.

2) Root sphere of audible reality (sounds and tones we hear, music, language) this reality is trusted 93%)

3) Root layer of odor – air expanding odors, smells, what we feel with our nose –( this reality is trusted 94% )

4) Root sphere of taste (sensation of flavor) – what we sense with our tongue. This reality is trusted 65-70%

5) Root sphere of touch – what is tangible with our hands and fingers – this reality is trusted 75%

The five senses cover all layers of Root sphere that is the basic material reality. Even so we trust different tangible layers in different degree. For example the visible with eyes reality is most trusted, and least trusted is reality of taste. That remains so also in the invisible (ethereal level), where people can also have feeling of “taste” but much less number of people develop it (in clairvoyance and clairgustance)

These five so trusted physical senses in humans are quite imperfect, even compared to other species (like some insects). As we combine all our senses in our life (sight, smell, hearing, taste, touch), we build one relatively trusted reality, which gives us signal of stability to our brain. That’s how we (some people in lower frequencies) assume that just visible reality is existing, and no others are “real”. That’s so according to our Root sphere of perception.

The first five layers of reality are basic for understanding the structure of Earth plane and its inhabitants and that its made to be a good “game place” for humans. If we look to point of view of egoistic nature and consumption of all other material forms, humans invasion is one of the lowest frequencies in world. Humans consume other animals, slay and slaughter them for their pleasure, think they have the right to occupy all possible places on earth – seas, oceans, shores, and everywhere succeed to make amazing damages and pollution. That catastrophe will be visible in next coming years.

II. Even humans differ much in the way of perceiving reality and the worlds beyond. Some have extra sensory abilities or are sensitive” for the energy flow around them. Others are clairvoyant and see clearly message of the future. Others have much bigger mental horizon then their brothers of earth. That’s how its hard to co exist and cooperate being of so different shades and colors” of energy as humans.

The second Layer or sphere of earth is called Emotional or Branches reality. Branches are unfolding to the sky, or they are the way to sense the world beyond visible. Branches and steam of the tree come from the root. There are also 5 sub-spheres in this layer:

1) Branches of heart – emotions (these are very fluid, changing clouds of emotions, moving and changing, they are not fixed; these emotions can be sensed by humans, and connect us with animals and plants.)

2). Branches of heart –feelings – these are transformative and creative energies in our heart, that usually take time and space to be build. Feelings are more constant and not flexible as emotions – for ex. Love, forgiveness, compassion, devotion, passion. These feelings connect us with ethereal plane, animals, plants, trees, also elementals, fairies, gnomes.

3) Branches of desire (need for physical expansion). That desire is the actual sexual energy encoded in humans in order to maintain the human generations on earth plane. This desire even manifesting in dense physical world, comes from subtle ethereal plane of desire – to expand and see yourself in another, to continue your existence in another human, that resembles your own codes and energy (DNA).

4) Branches of Third eye – intuition, insight, inner wisdom, seeing beyond, imagination expansion…Through this energy – subtle but belonging to earth plane, we connect with elementals and spirit guides, angels.

5) Branches of Mindfulness – crown of human of thinking, imagination, interconnection, realizing self, realizing God and angels, subtle energy of invisible plane. This branches are all related to “Emotions- feelings” reality. We feel our Self so we Know our higher Self.

On this plane we connect with others and ourselves on higher level. When this sphere is developed (in humans) we can:

~ feel others emotions (compassion)

~ feel others feelings and acknowledge their reason (empathy)

~ love others without judgment (animals and humans)

~ connect with others in way of telepathy (by mind and intuition, read their thoughts by intuition –level 1 unclear)
