Water element, Water in the body

 

      The element which is confronting Fire is Water. Human body consists of around 60% of water, which is mostly in cells. (Bones contain also 31% of water). Each organ needs water to live. Water element in body is presented by kidneys, bladder, gal bladder, Lymphatic system, brain; nervous system. That’s why people with lack of water will have problems with expressing their emotions, and can suffer from insomnia, rage, restlessness, anxiety. Organs of water are also the Sacral chakra (sexual organs, womb, ovaries in women)

      Fire and Water are confronting elements, but they are good together when in balance. In order to balance water element in your body (if you have too much water) you need to increase the Fire; Fire foods are containing Yang energy, which means diet with more fruits, red fruits, tomatoes, carbohydrates, or meat, and fatty fish. 

     In order to increase water element, the most important things you need are: good regular sleep (sleep at exact time and before 23), meditations, cleansing energy (shower), good intake of water. This is crucial element for human health, so add to your diet more vegetables, salads, rice or small sea food to increase water (Yin energy).

    Water element as revealing the divine Feminine qualities of love, self-love, compassion, nourishing, caring and can develop our clairvoyance and psychic abilities. The direction of Water is West and leading archangel is Gabriel. Water brings to us tranquillity, calmness and inner peace. As it related to nourishing the nervous system and neurons.
