This ritual will surely make you free from all cords that hold your energy, you may feel this freedom first as a pain, then you`ll feel like a different person as you are released from a shadow.

   Other things to remember after you make the ritual: you should preferably make a short fast (eat just special kind of natural foods, without meat and wheat products) for five days. You should make a short prayers of whatever kind you choose to your spirit guide or god – and light up candle every day for 40 consecutive days. If you belong to any religion you may visit a temple (church) nearby. If not you can make prayer at home. This is also part of the cord cutting. As your energy was connected to this person for a long time, your energy body will take time to recover. It appears exactly like an illness on a ethereal level and then on physical. That’s why you wont feel comfortable during this period until 40 days are over. Then your feeling will be very different, like you are born again and your butterfly wings will spread with grace.

   You can make such ritual next after three months. You cant make many rituals at once because this is painful for your astral body, that you are connected. You need to keep each ritual in distance of three months at least. Please follow all the rules in this ritual and don’t make it in way you “want” or imagine. This ritual is equivalent to the once of Full moon releasing which no longer serves you. But it requires more focus and it`s more painful because you already have the cords and the person in your mind. There are 5 stages of releasing the cords or memory stamps from the painful influence of someone. First stage is releasing from your heart – as center of your being heart is the key note and has highest vibration –so you have to keep it clean, open and free. Second stage – releasing from your aura field (which is the real subtle cutting of cords but on physical level); 3 stage – cleansing the astral body – which is energy cleansing on higher level, 4 – releasing from your mental body – connected with Third eye and Crown chakra; 5 releasing from your Soul (which is on the karmic plane and means closing the reflection mirror between you and the person).    That’s how you ll feel completely released from all the dark feelings that may arise in your heart in any event of separation. Wish most happiness and luck for the person inside your heart.
