How to practice Self-love? II

     Another aspect is to realize that your mistakes and flaws are part of your lessons and they are part of your life journey. Don’t be self-critical, self-judgmental. Most souls who feel so, they are already judgemental to all other people. That’s why detach from judgement. Be free in this way, accept your mistakes, or down falls only as steps and lessons. Don’t ignore them, but accept the lesson and go on. Most people who practice self-love are aware also of others, and do practice empathy and compassion. They cant see the life only as joy, even that will be one of the big bonuses for them in higher levels. But they need to expand, which happens with transformation.

    Self love needs practice and devotion, its not just a word. It doesn’t need just thinking, but doing. Another important aspect is also – don’t let yourself to be judged, or not valued, or to be affected by others, who don’t see real You. There always will be such people (specially in lower levels). That’s why self-love is also about having healthy BOUNdaries and respecting freedom of others. Be as you are, say what you think and feel, in a way that don’t harm another. Be strong in your position and don’t be afraid to speak the truth. Show your truth self, and don’t be ashamed to show your self and mission to others (regardless if they feel, love or understand you!). That’s how you are powerful being. You are creator. And with that comes another aspect  - forgiving others.

      Other aspects of self-love include the realization of Joy. You have joyful moments (happy moments) in all days throughout life. You just need to feel, acknowledge and connect deeply to these beautiful moments, so your soul experience bliss. Joy is connected also with gratitude for what you are, and what you have now. Always be grateful to the universe and archangels for all in your life. That will bring you many blessings on the way. (See the article …What is abundance?).

    That’s why dear light workers, include real and deep moments of joy in each day: feel the see the beautify of nature, scenery, flower or tree. Be quite inside. Laugh and play with people around you, be smiling inside always. That will appear on your face. Be confident and firm in yourself and proud of your achievements. Be loving, giving and ready to receive!

All joy is awaiting for you to receive just now. Write a list with what things makes you happy. What you love doing? And bring yourself all of these moments. Bring yourself items that make you happy, but set self-discipline to not draw all attention to material things.

Feel the flow of the universe, and how many goods are coming to you, if you are just ready to receive with open arms.

    Feel that you are valuable, precious and deserving of all universal Love. And angels will bring all of that to you. 

Be aware that self-love is not about indulging in only rich material world, and luxuries. Its not about having all what you desire in the outer world, (then you cant practice self-love). Without balancing of all aspects of Self and Soul, you will experience more and more anxiety, more pain, more unsatisfaction.

Space arrangement & energy flow -I

    * This article is dedicated to the topic of space arrangement, home design, energy flow and energy accessories at home.

   As we all know, home is our sacred private space, where we want to feel more comfortable, at peace with ourselves and in the same time to be separated from the world outside. At home we need to feel always protected, safe, relaxed, and also loved and respected from people around – our family, spouse or friend, with whom we share the space. Home is our special castle, place of peace, soothing energy, refreshment…Or is it so? What happens if after a very long tiring day at work we return home and start to feel just opposite of our need – unloved (start quarrel with our partner), unsafe, insecure, imbalanced, out of control, or possessed by bad emotions, despair and anger. So sadly this is one very possible and real scenario to happen. It`s even quite often; in this way, if we repeatedly feel the same bad energy, in and around our home, so its time to change. What we can change? Well…here are some basic options: or you change the people you live with (if they would leave the place), or your change the place totally (by you leaving and finding another home), or if you can not do both of that –make sure of space arrangement.

       How the energy is moving in your home is one of the most important criteria for the positive mood. All what Feng Shui suggests is to the point. But here I wont observe the concept of Feng Shui. I want to determine the basic things and rules for clean and good energy inside home and how you can achieve better atmosphere that will make you uplifted and calm.

Everyone wants to have beautiful and nice atmosphere at home. If you cant change your relationships (which you should do if you feel so often out of order) – you need to look to your home energy. The main principles for a lovely and cozy home space are:

1. cleanness of the space and each room
2. simplicity of the space and each room
3. well organized stuff and arrangement
4. presence of some special elements
5. presence of positive signs (art) and water

     I` start with the first important point – cleanness of the space. This is the first sign of a beautiful home. Even very ordinary, poor homes will look much better and cute with cleanness. The cleanness is easy to achieve and its obligatory for anyone who wants to connect with angels and spirit guides. The same as your physical body should be clean and your soul living inside of it should be pure, so the house is a cover of the Soul – a real jeweled box, containing You inside and all home inhabitants. The much as we care and love our body, the same way we should care and love for our home space. As our jeweled box, where we spend much time to relax, meditate, express our emotions, talk, love, watch movies, think, work, sleep...we spend more than half of our life in home space, no matter of our activities. That’s why so many people feel the real need to keep home clean, make renovation and spend money on all home staff.

     Here I speak about very simple things and not about renovation. Not everyone can be able or have enough money to make big renovation. What is meaning of cleanness is that: the clean and good condition of the floor in all house (frequent washing with water and sea salt, or water and lavender oil will increase the energy of the home);

~ clean and good condition of all walls (paint the walls frequently and clean them from dust and spider nets on the corners); walls are important for your jeweled box.

~ Clean and good condition ceiling – its important to check ceiling in all rooms, see any defects or wet spots and fix all of that. Painting ceiling when possible is important.

~ clean and shining windows and doors; they are like “eyes” of the home, so take time to keep all glasses, mirrors, and glass lamps (chandelier) in good condition. Glasses and windows contain and attract positive energy when they are clean. (the sun penetrates easily through them); when they are dusty and murky, they attract more negative energy, while very dirty glasses can even have bad luck for your soul. So try to keep always windows, glasses and lamps shining.

~ clean furniture in all rooms (take dust regularly, don’t keep garbage at home)

~ Very important rule for the easy energy flow is keeping space above wardrobes, shelves or bookshelves clean and without any staff above! (many people brake this rule and make a little storeroom above wardrobe). All places above need to be empty, so they can be cleaned.

~ another rule – keep all space under beds, furniture (armchairs, sofa, tables…) empty from staff and clean. (many people for example make a storage of blankets under the bed. If the design of bed is such so it has storage drawer, its ok –even in this case you should take care to clean this drawer, to remove it all and clean under the bed. Its very significant to remember that cleaning under the bed in bedroom is crucial for good energy in it. If you didn’t clean under bed, it may lead to accumulation of negative energy, which will appear in anxiety, sleeplessness, unrest. So be sure to clean all places “under”.

Numbers secrets & symbols -III

Numbers of the last line [ 7, 8, 9 ]

These are numbers of Mind – expansion, awakening –higher spiritual levels, connection of human mind with Spirit. Vibration of spiritual Light, golden, crystal shine colors.  

[ 7 ] is the number of magical power in golden yellow Light (Uriel); Its expression is seven pointed star – famous in some Wicca traditions as “elven” fairy star. It symbolizes higher frequencies of energy, connects all colors – in the spectrum of white, and golden (in the colors of Rainbow), The seven chakras in the physical body become one flow with the final “Crown” – center of receiving divine energy through the top of the head. Light of higher mind, openness to the source, transformation.

The flower symbol of [ 7 ] is hibiscus – yellow and red. Planets united around the Sun without earth are seven, days of the human week; Has the power of transformation of darkness into Light; archangels of this number are: Michael, Uriel, Metatron. This number adds one above the humans earth level of [ 4, 5, 6 ] existing in the higher sphere of spirit. It makes connection to the earth from in vertical direction –from up to down, so the main source of [ 7 ] is pouring spiritual light, activating the light body – opening spaces and working with chakra centers in the body, through the Crown.

Number 7 activates and unlocks the sleeping forces of chakras using the divine Light from Universe; number [ 8 ] continues the expansion process on level of aura –outer shield containing our past and future codes; 8 makes expansion of all aura field, cleansing it with golden and blue light from all dark cords hidden there. This is the higher purification number of celestial sphere; symbolizes – high waters –waterfall, powers of arch. Gabriel, Raguel, Muriel. Represents peace, balance, purity and harmony of all aspects. Eight has double healing power on spiritual level (two times 4 of Raphael). Other symbols of 8 are: Octagram ( star of Ishtar), flowers – white lily, lotus, white rose, snowdrops, lily of the valley. 8 is number equivalent of Peace and purity in the celestial sphere, spread to earth. It represents the Throat chakra – divine truth and justice. Vibration color is light blue with silver shine. The element waterfall – nourishes and cleanse all negative vibrations in our space, and has also magical protection power. Also number of celestial nymphs, connects with the Moon energy. (moon has totally 8 different phases, traveling in the sky: New moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, Full moon, waning gibbous, third quarter, waning crescent. )

Number [ 9 ] – has the vibration of angelic realm and crystal and lavender color. It maintains the divine connections between humans and angels; Nine symbolizes end of a cycle and new beginning. It contains energy of preparation, spiritual knowledge, wisdom, ability to feel connected –its also related to 1 – as the Source energy and Oneness. 9 are celestial spheres, and basic archangels ruler of spheres. Its number of completion of all elements, signs and spheres. It represents the left cheek and hand of the universe – or receiving endless love and peace from the divine Source. This is the number of free spirit, flying above all limitations and norms; symbol of free Mind and awaken Spirit in its higher realms. Number of angelic frequencies, signs and choices. 9 is number of Karmic lows and karmic cycles that are finished (9 life times of sacrifice to love-flame until it can become “Twin-flame”). 9 is awakening of spirit, Liberation from the earth prison, expansion of all energy connected with God. The archangel of 9 is Zadkiel. Flower is :Lilac.

The last line symbolizes purification of the Spirit –and its eternal connection with the creating universal energy.

So I end the observation on the magical meanings of numbers –and their symbols. Don’t forget that energy of all numbers of connected and flowing as one from the Source.
