Part II ...
The first thing to acknowledge in any relationship is
if there is a problem. Is the connection with your parents strong or distant?
What is your relationship with children? Do you feel satisfied from that status
or you need something more? Then ask the question WHY is it so? Only by asking
this question we can tune into our deeper wisdom and feel our inner knowledge.
All souls initially “know” what they should do. So all people know if they need
to change something about their life or relationships. The only problem is if
they are strong enough to face all challenges, and if they are willing to
change. No person is born perfect, that’s why we are here; to understand what
we need to change in order to show our True Light.
In relationships always be the one who shows the example.
Essential part of that is to forgive all things in the past. Anything
that is not for your Soul good, you need to release from your energy, and that
means forgiveness. Only with forgiveness we can expand our heart, because the
feelings of anxiety, resistance, grudge, offence, hatred, they lock up our
heart. That’s why if we have such feelings we are not able to feel love fully,
not just to others, but to ourselves.
For that to happen you need to actively work on your relationship. Think
about how do you show that you love someone? If your partner is down or sad, or
if your mother, father are feelings disappointed, can you understand and
recognise your fault? The first thing to do is not to blame someone else for
their behaviour, nor to blame yourself. The first thing to do, in order to
change, is to feel the patterns and recognise why that event happened, or why
your communication is this way. Ask yourself what you do, as simple act of
kindness, maybe send message, call to that person, make him small gift of love
and gratitude. Be happy to receive gifts from others too.
If there is no way for you to have good connection with special person
in your life, (specially family member) you should understand that it`s not
your fault. That’s probably Karmic relationship that you need to understand. If
that’s the case it`s possible you are asked to forgive for something in the
past. Maybe you feel abused, or offended. Just release that by forgiveness.
Make short meditation with archangel Chamuel for opening Heart and
forgiveness. Visualize glowing soft pink light above your head, in the place of
your Soul star chakra. Now see how this light forms amazing shining sphere,
then it pours from this sphere down to your head, entering your body, and flowing
slowly down to each chakra. Pink light has amazing property of soothing
cleansing and removing all blocks from chakras. When the light flows into your
Heart centre, see it expanding and spinning with pink Light. Now see a
beautiful pink lotus flower opening and spinning in your Heart. It spins in
clockwise direction, its petals are shining with light. See the person you want
to forgive in front of you. With intention send him a globe of pink light from
your hands, until the light reaches his head and enters into his heart. You may
have sudden feeling” about his state of mind or heart. You could sense if he is
holding still sadness, grudge and disappointment to you. Now ask him with your
inner mind: “I forgive you with my heart, and I ask for forgiveness. Amen.” See
how the persons heart becomes spinning pink lotus flower. The person (His
Higher self) says to you back. “I forgive you with my heart and let go of all
negative emotions between us. Amen.”
You can do that visualisation for anyone you wish, even for someone who
is deceased, and not on earth.
That meditation will unlock
your power, love and beauty and set your free from any burden from past. Repeat
that six days for best results.
Another way to show your love to your friends, family or partner is by
service or giving. Cooking and preparing small things and sharing with your
friends means much more than any gift. When you make something with your hands
your energy is in it. And your heart, because hands are extension of heart
chakra. The same is valid for other hand made items, but also consider personal
taste of other.
If you want to have new relationship, but you cant find partner, or
no-one seems suitable, then you should ask your Higher Self –what it is that
you still needs to cleanse, release and let go? Are there any inactive
(stagnant) feelings inside you, that needs to be removed? Are there other
people who you feel still holding to, or past relationship that you need to
heal? Remember – most such feelings are very subtle and possibly they are in
your subconscious mind. Many times you cant recognise them, but they are
lingering inside you.
In order anything to be manifested in real world, you first need to
remove, and let go of something old. That also relates to material things, home
energy. Nothing can exist in its full potential in clutter space.
That’s why you first need to free space in your heart and free your mind
from any preconceived ideas, thoughts about future love.
