     III. Action – activated willpower

     I`ll speak now about action. What we call “action” can be understood in more than one way. Action is a force that was in state of stillness and changed to be in state of motion. That transformation happens with our willpower. Action is intention set in motion. We can express it simply with the words of Confucius “ and remember no matter where you go, there you are.” These words express connection between thought –intention and action. Action is the top of the iceberg, its visible part. From the triad, it stays in the specter of visible outer world, and connects together thought and feeling. Actions are direct expression of our inner Self –in mind, feelings, and heart. It is expression of our thoughts –mind connected with the heart (love, desire, passion). Only when these centers of the invisible (inner) world are in state of purity, we can achieve positive actions. That means we add to the universe expansion. Opposite, state of unclean mind (full with obsession, addictions, wrong programs), and unclean heart (lust, greed, intolerance, hatred, rejection, anger, cruelty), will lead directly to negative actions. These actions will be expressed as sharp figures in outer world, and they lead to constriction of the universal Spirit (and of Self). The more your spirit and universe are “constricted” the more you wont experience inner development, and will be slave of narrow mind and unclean feelings.

    * We are here to expand, to be higher and develop our higher Mind and heart. That’s the true purpose. That’s how our feeling patterns (Sacral chakra) and thought –outer look patterns (Third eye), together with our Throat chakra (manifestation of thoughts and feelings through our speech and written words) – are set in motion in the center of Heart. As we said –heart is the essence of all our human qualities in one. All what we feel, share, speak, think affect in the heart. All things we see from the visible spectrum and experience also affect in heart.

    From heart energy pours to the Solar plexus – where is the center of willpower. This way is short. That’s why from desire-thought –feeling to activated power distance is so little. Here is the energy – we don’t act without first to have the basis of this action. There is no power set in motion without a basis. In other words –action is the result of our thoughts –feelings – words made visible in the spectrum of outer reality. We act upon our deeper feelings, understanding of world. We don’t act blindly. One is the cause, another is effect.

Because the earth is circulating the Sun for nearly 365 days, we have one human year in the calendar limited to this figure, we have day and night cycle, hours, sunset and sundown on earth. There are cause and effect.

Because someone develops hatred in his mind (thought pattern) and his heart (unawareness, uncleanness, rejection), so he ends up committing crimes, violence and murders of other humans.

Because someone develops love in his mind and thoughts, and his heart (purity, awareness, focus on good), so he ends up spreading love, compassion, helping people, forgiving others, loving himself, feeling joy and bliss.

     * All depends on what you are willing to develop – one thing or another. There are always consequences, always effects of your slightest actions –in outer world. In the same way – the cause of your essence –thoughts, feelings, purity of heart –will appear clearly in your actions. Actions –as active willpower – will be the result (effect) the visible manifestation of your inner self –thoughts, feelings. Your heart is your essence. No one can manifest love instead of you. You do that in your heart first. No one can manifest joy, calmness, peace, instead of you. You do that only in your mind for yourself. I can affect another human being, who with his own strength, intention and will, will develop that feelings for himself. But I cant pour forcefully “love, joy, happiness” to heart of another. I cant pour forcefully “evil, greed, lust, hatred, cruelty” to heart of another. Thought patterns and all can be changed with the time. But the result of the negative actions (f.e. murder, suicide, violence), will be manifesting in the heavy earth plane, and cant be removed. They should be now “paid back”, which happens only with the cause –effect of karmic cycle and lives.

    That’s how only with this simple cause –effect or triad “feelings –thoughts –actions” all things are whole and complete in the universe. They are in state of balance.

With words of Confucius: you are already there, where you intend to be. Your thoughts manifest your willing and desire of heart – they create your intention, which is very powerful force. From there to the “real movement” way is short. (you are already there, where you think). Your mind takes you to this reality. You are creator of your reality. You go there by mind, and heart –so why you worry about the way? Why you worry how? You are there. Thoughts, connected with heart desire, are powerful weapon. For good and for bad. Wherever is your focus and energy, there you`ll be sooner or later. Actions as expression of your true self.

    * Very similar to these words are (teacher Lao Tzu) – “if you don’t change direction, you may end up where you are heading”. Your heart is already there, where do you expect to arrive? Your heart is full of wisdom and love of god, where do you expect you will arrive? Your heart is full of rejection, hatred, greed, where do you expect to arrive?

You know what you have to do.

   Now I`ll focus more on the “thoughts” element. What is thought? This is a form of manifestation of our essence knowledge with feeling about our surrounding, on the level of inner world. We think only what we “know”, we cant think something we don’t know, or don’t expect. In this way thought is a big source of energy flow. Thought is focused in the mind (third eye, consciousness) and heart (acceptance, awareness). That’s how always in the human there is link between mind (thought) and heart. This is represented with Jesus words with “look lustfully”. The look is the acceptance, reflection of outer world on your mind, lust connects with primal feelings. By cutting this connection of these feelings and preventing them to enter our mind and heart, we stop the growing of the lust into sin. The sin is already committed trough letting the intention of it to enter our mind. That’s how we need to be aware (in heart) of this link stop its flow. This stop is in our control. 

     * I`ll ask the same question like for feelings. Can we control our thoughts? Yes, we can. How this happens? With our intention and willpower. This is the way. Another way is by spiritual practices to make empty your mind –meditation, being in the nature, being alone, prayer, mantras, creative process. That is how we cleanse the mind, and the thoughts. Human thoughts also have more levels. We have thoughts like tangled threads of many colors. Thoughts are reflection also about our feelings (and visa versa). For example – we feel sadness from loss of animal, that reflects naturally our thoughts to go in direction of this loss. This natural flow of sadness from –feelings-thoughts will increase our feeling. The more you feel, the more you attract. The more we feel sadness, the more and longer we ll continue to feel loss, and more our mind will be full of that same hard feeling. In the blue. Another example – of opposite connection. We don’t know a person, but we meet him, we view him in way of something “mysterious”, we feel attracted to this person by “mind”. Be aware this is not the “higher mind”, but the “eyes” and thoughts in form of colored threads. So we think of him, how nice he is, what lovely gestures, shape, face, eyes, hair, appearance, the way he smiles…so on. From that thoughts we already “pour” simultaneously the energy of love in our heart. We think – and we start to feel. That process is so smooth in human nature and that’s what they call “to be in love”. But that’s one of the most illusionary feelings. Why is so? Exactly because it does not come from heart in first place. The energy we create in this case flows from mind (thought pattern). Our eyes are attracted by something from outer world unknown to us. We “translate” all the actions, parts, appearance of our object in ways we desire. So I desire him to be beautiful, so I see him “really” beautiful, even if he has defect. If he is stuttering, or with bigger nose, or anything else, I`ll see this as charming defect. This is how the feeling of love looks from the mist of (thought-feeling) pattern. But why this is an illusion after all?

     * I can probably discover later that the object of my admiration, has qualities that are valued from me –he is compassionate, loving, good…But if the energy flows from my mind (thoughts-eyes) – down to heart, this process is too fast. I can not realize it, and my impression is that I feel from “heart” and have love “in my heart”. While I create for myself this so good illusion that I “love”. In real this is my need to feel love. When you need to –so you will be convinced you do.

What will be then really from heart? Human heart –if we let it open and pure –will be easily aware of our calls. Heart is connected with the higher mind, and wisdom lies in it. If we want to feel love, we need not just to open our heart, but to be aware and present. The true energy starts from heart and spreads to all energy centers. If this happens the process will not be fast, but slower. We will realize things about someone, discover more about his inner qualities, feel the goodness of his heart, understand his thought patterns, and just then…we can say we “feel”. The wisdom of heart will open the eyes of our mind, and then we`ll see this object in way of beauty, even if he is not beautiful. (3)

     * That’s how the connection between heart and mind is immanent. The best way to fall in trap of fake “love” – is to create illusion of it in his mind and believe in it. Then it can be real for you, but you accept the great risk of falling down. Usually such illusionary love is first, when we are young.  (3)

  ** After all I`ll point out one so amazing quote of the teacher Lao Tzu: “stop thinking and end your problems”. Even so short, it contains so much. The question he puts is “how you can end your problems?”, and he answers – by stop thinking. What is that mean? As I stated just little above in the love-way example, the energy that does not come first from heart, or comes while our heart is not pure, is not good and can be harmful. Heart s the center of our being and human nature; while Mind (thoughts patterns from outside physical world) without heart connection creates illusion. That is Fata Morgana. We think we see water in the desert, while all images are in our mind. So what we call “mind” (thought pattern) is biggest creator of illusions –as it brings patterns from physical world and try to apply them in invisible world. That creates confusion of mind, chaos, untruth and illusions. Lao Tzu says – if you want to stop your problems in the world and inside of you –stop your mind (thoughts) to create illusions. In other words –empty your mind, be free from the social restrictions, world obstacles that are obstacles of your mind. Free yourself from the expectation of others, From the empty mind, you wont be able to pour illusion and fake feelings in your heart. that’s how your problems will be ended. So simple. (4)

    I will concentrate now on the verse from New Testament and words of Jesus: [ Matthew 5:28 ]. He said “anyone who looks at woman lustfully”. I will make one deeper interpretation of these words. Lust is a human feeling, coming from the primal sexual center (Sacral), it is the sexual desire, that manifests the primitive energy flow and need of humans to continue their blood line with generations. What Jesus wanted to point out here? To look to a woman (not his spouse) “lustfully” reflects the energy connection between the primitive sexual desire and the “look” or desire of eyes and mind. So the desire comes from the look at the woman.

     Further he stated “..he has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”. What that means? So many times these quotes are misunderstood in this point. It does not mean to stop looking at any woman. It means one thing: we as human beings are able to control our desire. How that can happen? Inside human nature is to feel sexual desire. Appearance of that fact we can see everywhere in the Torah (old testament), where most of the Kings of Israel and Judea had many wives (like 18) and even more concubines (60). Sexual potency was closely connected with the strength and power, self-expression of the kind. He cant be accepted as a good king out of his sexual manifestation. But in the words of Jesus, if we already cant control the feeling of “lust” or desire, we can control it to be linked with the “eyes” (Mind, thoughts). That spiral of feelings unfolds more. So Jesus wanted to make people aware with the simple truth: feeling of lust here lies in the basis of committing a sinful relation with a woman. Feelings cant be ceased quickly as Jesus didn’t say “anyone who feels lust”, he said “anyone who looks to woman lustfully”. That is quite different, it means if the root of the feeling “lust” is inside human, it can be stopped from evolving by cutting willingly the connection between the primitive feeling and the mind and heart. We can control our feeling, just by not letting it grow to the higher spheres like Heart. Why in his heart? What Jesus actually wanted to say is “in his mind and heart”. But even so, heart is the actual source of wisdom and love in human, specially when the eyes seem to be blinded. To keep away the sin from your heart is the most important covenant of God, and why Jesus gave his life on cross.

   * Make your heart pure and free – this is the vow of Christian God. Free from sin, from primitive desire, from greed, lust, need of material things. Only then you can achieve way to your Self. The way from desire in your heart to activation of that desire in outer world is too short.

Confucius: “Wherever you go, go with all your heart”. This is the second so famous quote I want to discuss. It looks so simple, and easy to be kept in mind, but is it so clear? What stays behind these simple words?

   * When we look closely to the first part of this sentence, we see the world in motion. This is the center of action, or appearance of manifestation. Confucius starts with it, as he wants to put an accent on the second part. Wherever you “go” represents willpower, intention, action. You are going on the way, so you are already on this way. That is activated power of intention. Wherever is intention, there is action. So you are on the way (go) what should you do? Here I can ask very simple question –not why I `m going, which is subjective issue –but “how” I`m going? How means in what state of mind and heart. As I explained above with the quotes of Matthew 5:28, there is internal connection between Heart and mind in human. What we call “heart” possess wisdom, emotions and will (its linked with higher Mind), and what we call “mind” or consciousness possess intuition, insight, clairvoyance, sense of the invisible, and love. Consciousness is linked with subconscious mind – upper part of the iceberg is natural extension of the under water part.

      To continue with Confucius words – wherever you go (world set in motion, intention into action, active willpower) – “go with all your heart”. So what is the meaning? Second part puts the real accent – the heart. As I stated before human heart is like central of all other body centers. It`s linked with feelings (in heart primal emotions become higher feelings – love (as sexual desire) is changed in “unconditional love” that is beyond the time) Heart links feelings with thoughts – in the under world spectrum of nature. It possesses the power to accept, transform and forgive. Heart is the wheel of purification of human body. That’s why is most important energy sphere. Feelings that arise from down chakras (Sacral) like sexual desire – are purified in heart and changed in state of love. Thoughts of mind in Third eye” and intuition, negative or obsessive thoughts are washed away in the tranquility of heart. That means –if your heart is open and pure, no bad actions can occur from you. And opposite if you don’t keep your heart clean, evil actions will manifest. All energy flows from heart. (and this is in real).  

“Go with all your heart” this second part reflects – “be your own self”, keep your inner values, keep your heart pure, be present, stay focused. All that is given in this short sentence. Listen to your emotions “through” the voice of your heart. Listen to your thoughts through wisdom of your heart. That’s how you`ll be saved. We can translate the quote finally as: whatever your intention is set on, whatever you do (manifestation of action), do it with presence, focus, purity and love of your heart. That’s how we can understand the real meaning. Do all with love, be source of love, purity, wisdom in all your actions; or manifest love wherever you go “whatever you do”. (2)

     In this writing I spend time to explain details about the triad of human nature, or the triad of “feelings –thoughts –actions”. This is quite significant question when it comes to psychology, sociology, ethics, religious diversities.

I want to extend my thoughts here using so famous quotes of the spiritual masters, they are:

Jesus in [ Matthew 5:28 ]

“You have heard that it was said –do not commit adultery. 28. But I tell you, that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully, has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

Confucius said:

“And remember, no matter where you go, there you are.”

“Wherever you go, go with all your heart.”

 Lao Tzu said:

“Stop thinking and end your problems”

“If you don’t change direction, you may end up where you are heading”

     * I know they are even hundreds of quotes concerning the triad. Here I concentrate my attention just on these, as I don’t think they are understood well.

Feelings –thoughts- actions (deeds) form a complex evolving triad in the human heart (mind). They are always interconnected in all directions, like angles of triangle. What are feelings? Expression of our emotional state, flow of energy from heart and our Sacred heart. Can we hide our feelings and emotions? Yes, even they are like waves of the sea, washing the shores of human heart and consciousness, people often hide them. When this happens the heart becomes like shell, that contains something hidden. Feelings belong to our inner world, they are in the downside of Triangle of nature. They are connected with our first level as humans, with primal impulses, as well as complicated feelings, that belong to our past lives and intuitions. Many times we cant determine easily the nature of feelings and emotions, or the reason why they appear. For ex. I feel somehow connected to particular smell of flower, it provokes emotions in me, but I cant explain why. Feelings connect with principle of Water and Feminine energy. They are ocean waves, washing the heart. Feeling of sadness or pain can purify the human heart as much as feeling of happiness and joy. They are element of subconscious linked with the Mind (consciousness). Feelings flow like water, and this element cant be stopped on its way. Let them flow, but wisely.

    Another important question about feelings is can we control them? Yes, we can. As much as they are part of the subconscious (under water) world) we may assume we don’t have power over them. The truth is, we have ,but we don’t realize that. Feelings are interconnected with Thoughts (mind, Third chakra), and with actions – manifestation of desire, wish, in the outer world. Actions are what we see in the top of the Iceberg –they are visible. While feelings are under water part, even when we express them in outer world. The inner world of Feelings builds the basis of our life – representing the down chakras in body – Root and Sacral. Feelings are linked with thoughts trough the portal of Open heart. That’s how we say Heart is much wiser than we think – if we are able to read in it. Moreover feelings from Second chakra (center of our self-love, acceptance and self-esteem, connection with others, loving attitude, sexual desire) are connected tightly with the Third eye chakra (center of our insight, wisdom about world, intuition, creativity, open mind, clairvoyance and connection with spirit guides).

     * As you can see all centers of energy in human body are so well connected. In this way, we can assume – Feelings manifest as intuition, creativity, seeing the truth, understanding in the Third eye – or in other words feelings connect with mind (thoughts) as intuition.

In the same time feelings connect with the actions (what we do) in the center of activated power of self – Manipura. This activation appears as what we call “instinct” or survival feelings. Anyone who afraid from fire will move away from it by instinct. Such primal instincts exist also in animals. But in human nature they can be much more complicated. Manipura feelings into action – does not reflect only survival instincts. It reflects the whole emotional attitude of the human. If I feel love, all my actions (what I manifest and show) will be connected with that love. I manifest this feeling through the power of my Self and my Will. That’s how even hidden feelings are often well sensed, specially from the object they are directed to. Feelings are the Moon-Feminine energy in us. (1)

Friends - weeds III

   Now another question I want to ask: who is guilty if in a garden there are many weeds – the weeds or the gardener?

    You can understand what I mean. You are guilty and only you are to blame for growing weeds in your spiritual garden. Not the weeds. They live so as their nature is, maybe they will change also in the future. You who should care for your own personal qualities. You are who should pay attention and keep clean your lake of Soul. You are responsible only for growing weeds in your Spirit garden, so do not complain! Don’t blame the weeds. Just remove them, you`ll do much favor for both of you.

   The weeds will be happy to go to another garden, as this is their role –if they continue on the same path.

Be grateful for your own garden and don’t worry about gardens of others. This is another important thing. Don’t look to your friends gardens saying –what nice flowers, I don’t have this…if you want, you can have much more. People, as plants grow from inside –out. From roots to the branches and blooms. We have our seasons – spring of inspiration, free energy flow and joy, summer of peace, love exchanging, connections, autumn of peace, tranquility, memories, melancholy, letting go of past, winter of wisdom, realizing, understanding, feeling the life mission, preparing for the new blooms; Let your flowers grow in freedom and love.

Don’t be sad for the weeds, don’t be sad for the thorns. They always will be there, but when you cleanse space from them –all space will become much beautiful.

And I don’t say weeds are only “people”. Actually with this words I can seem much rude and overbearing. I mean the true – negative and dark qualities of people. That can include also your own qualities! So look well what is needed to be removed?

Don’t be sad for anyone, who left your life. He never meant to stay in it. As we are travelers and we also not meant to stay in this earth plane. We can be left by multiple ways. The fear to be “alone” and “left” is one of the basic fears in human nature. Baby and child is afraid to be alone –left from his mother and father. Husband is afraid to left by his wife; mother is afraid to be left by his child; friend is afraid to be left by another friend; lover to be left by his lover; daughter to be left by his mother…so many connection and sadness. Only because we didn’t understand, we don’t belong to anyone here, nor anyone belong to us. We have this relation given as lessons, given as priority, like student books; they come and go. Even strongest relationship wont stand the storm of time and death. Parting can be –emotional, physical and in all levels. We need to accept that so we can leave in peace. When you experience and overcome the saddest event, being left by someone close to you, then you become stronger and out of fear to lose.

Remember – as I said before – you cant lose something, which never belong to you.

That’s why, dont be sad for any friend, lover, friend-weed who left your life in any way (except taken to the next angel realms). Be content, you were saved from bad spirits, bad events, consequences in the future by this shift. You were saved from being fake and dishonest, and from many more negative qualities. Everything has a reason, but not everyone sees it – similar to what Confucius said about “beauty”.

Only time can reveal our blooms, and time can reveal our weeds – the same as blooms and weeds of others.  

The last thing I want to say: do not share with someone, who doesn’t share to you back. Then you`ll lose much from your good qualities, and this sharing will be already waste of time; the same –don’t trust someone, who distrust you, don’t give love to someone who dislikes you (envy you), don’t throw not only your pearls, but also your crystals, your quartz, your roses to someone who wont appreciate them and trample them.

Again Confucius: “Respect yourself and others will respect you”. The same is valid about love.
