when the event happened. See how the person, who wanted to offend you can not
touch your spiritual body, how you are divinely protected. See how you respond
to that event with calmness and assertiveness and knowing your value. Now see
this person pushed away from you with a strong ball of light, that makes him
smaller and smaller, until he disappears in the horizon. Say inside yourself: I
let go with all of my willpower of that person of power, that event and that
offence. They no longer have affect over me and my consciousness. And so it is.
Whatever I experience in the outer reality, I stand strong, calm and assertive
in my own power.”
