Minimalism and Consumerism in society (angelic perspective) Part 3

This is part 3 of my artile. ★

You can read part 1 and part 2 below ★

                    PSYCHOLOGICAL ROOTS OF CONSUMERISM

There is a reason for everything in the world, which comes from energy perspective. Often that is something we cannot perceive or even realize. Most problems of over-consuming, being addicted to substances and other weird behaviours in people, come from energy blocks, entities or deep psychological issues. There are many various reasons for over-consumption in society, but here are the main ones: it comes from feeling scarcity consciousness, fear of losing something, fear of not having enough, powerlessness, anxiety, depression and stress. These all can be very subtle or in your sub-conscious mind and you may not be able to recognise it.

Another psychiological reason for over-consumption is related to the divine program in each human for expansion and growth.  Many and most souls on the planet (until this time) are programmed in disfunctional society, where they struggle to expand Spiritually; that leads to their suppressed needs of spiritual (and emotional) body and instead expanding in material world. This is called "subconscious substitution".

When you spend too much money, don’t keep track of your monthly expenses- this is sign of deep fear, anxiety, unawareness or depression. Now here are some fears trapped in different chakras that you need to understand.

In the first chakra (Root), people feel unsafe and insecure in their environment – the place they live, home, area, country. This will lead to extremes of having too much –or another extreme they want to feel safe and save all their money.

In the second chakra (Sacral) people feel insecurity in their relationships; they can feel shame, guilt, jealousy and fear of losing their partner. This can effect also in spending too much on cosmetic and beauty products (even without using them), spending more on luxury clothes. Or in another extreme – in lack of self-care. The deep reason for this imbalance is not accepting yourself (especially your body, face), not loving yourself and not taking care of yourself enough.

In the third chakra (Solar Plexus) people have feeling of disempowerment, lack of confidence, lack of motivation and fear of power. This can affect eating disorders, over-consuming special kind of foods –like sweets and sugar, and buying too much food. The quality we work on to overcome these feelings is personal power, assertiveness and self esteem. People who have need to control others constantly or have feeling of power over others, are in state of mental imbalance, as they feel insecure of their own power in life. (Because the external power over something is never "secure").

Here are simple rules to follow to be more aware:

  • Make list every time you go to supermarket, be intentional

  • Know exactly what you need to buy, before going to the mall; stop spontaneous purchases.

  • Make list with all cosmetic products that you no longer need to buy

  • Make list with all clothes and other items you no longer need.

  • Make list with items that you want still to buy, when necessary.

  • Understand and investigate the impact of the plastic and clothes on the planet.

  • Understand more about the slavery work of poor countries at the factories worldwide.

And finally – live with purpose and awareness. When your soul transitions to the afterlife, angels will not ask you how much money did you earn, nor how many items did you buy. But you will receive the questions – Did you enjoy your life on earth? What things made you satisfied and what made you suffer? Did you fulfil your life mission/ spiritual mission? Did you live according to your values, did you express your talents and gifts and who you are?

These are the things that matter to the eternal Soul. That’s why, when you buy anything new, consider the following:

  1. How this item makes me feel? Do I feel joy?

  2. Why do I like/need to buy this item now? Is it spontaneous decision?

  3. Where this item will be fit and organised in my home?

  4. How many other similar items do I have already?

  5. How long time I`ll truly enjoy and how long I`ll use this item?

  6. what is the material the thing is made of? Is it eco-friendly or it will add to environment destruction?

  7. What will happen to this item after I stop using it, or after my body make transition to higher plane?

  8. Is this item related to my life mission or talents of the soul?

These are also important questions to have in mind and ask yourself for anything you buy. Because the true purpose of anything created in material world is to bring you joy, love and abundance. The purpose is not to bring you clutter, over spending and anxiety.

Here are some Questions and answers with my Angels on different topics:

  • What is the most toxic” cosmetic that people use?

Anything that has fragrance and colour in it is very unhealthy not just for humans, but for the environment. People are currently living within clouds of toxic smells from perfumes, cosmetics and washing detergents. Some of very harmful products you use are lipstick, perfume, eyeshadow, powders, foundations.

  • What is the ultimate expiration date of cosmetic that we need to look for?

Angels: anything that has long expiration date (12 months or more) is packed with multiple chemical preservatives. They add to the toxic environment and can create illnesses for your skin and even for people/ children around you. The natural cosmetic (similar as food) has very short expiry date, which is about 3-4 or 5 months. Generally most cosmetics sold on the market are very toxic and create damage in your respiraory system, Thyroid, and many allergies.

  • What kind of products are safe for us to use and safe for the nature? Are there such products?

All natural resources made of natural organic materials are the best for you – like basic oils – coconut oil, almond oil, carrot oil, apricot kernel oil, evening primrose oil, avocado oil and all essential oils – lavender, pine, lemon, grapefruit, rosemary, cedar wood, frankincense –are good for you but to certain limit and degree. (It means you need to use them mindfully and in small proportion).

Depending on your sensitivity and allergic reactions, you may limit the use of essential oils. For your skin you can use any natural oils, plant and flower essence – Aloe Vera, herbal gels and oils. There are also some acids that can be good for you, but if used carefully with very small amount: like Glycolic acid, Hyaluronic acid, Azelaic acid. They are partly good for the skin, but it depends the proportion of the other ingredients they are mixed with.

  • How many clothes each person needs and is this impacting the environment?

The consumption of clothes for one person for 5 years time now on planet is enough to make significant climate change. That means the majority of people have over consumption in all kind of material staff, including clothes. This will be major issue in the Future society, when people will live in communal style and they will have strict rules and number of clothing items. For you that may sound scary now, as it is totally another extreme of your consumption. At this time you need to determine for yourself how many items you need. The most important is to be mindful and aware whenever you buy clothes, accessories or shoes. We would say that if you do not use all the items you have, then they are unnecessary for you and for future generation.

Thank you for tuning in!

Minimalism and Consumerism in Society (angelic perspective) Part 2

This is part II of the article about Minimalism and Consumerism in Society, read part 1 here 📖....

Now think for a minute what exactly do you buy (and consume), why and what it will benefit you in the future? All cosmetic products – creams, shampoos, eye shadows, mascara, lipstick, and totally everything is made out of PLASTIC. Yes, they can also write recycled” plastic, but after that its also plastic, we cant be sure where it will end. It continues the “cycle”. Moreover, how many people really use up all their cosmetic products to the end? How many women just like to buy new things for the sake of “pleasure”.

This goes on to another industry – clothing and textile. Fast fashion shops are everywhere, we are flooded with new trends every season, every year. Big companies try to grab your attention with new , fancy trends, nice and “comfortable looks of the clothes. Before buying any new clothes, just pause and think more: why I like this piece? How long time i`ll wear it? What is the material this cloth is made of, what is the impact on the environment?

If everyone becomes really Mindful about all things they buy – then we will not face big environment stress and pollution in all places.

Be aware, that also second hand clothes add to the cycle” and most clothes are made of artificial, plastic and toxic materials. (Just we didn’t witness the process of their preparation, the slavery work for people in Third world, so we just feel calm).

The thing you need to do if you want to become more minimalistic, is to set your RULES. There need to be limit about everything – including your own boundaries. You have home space, so you can organise things so that they fit in it nicely without creating clutter.

Rules are very good step to do, if you want to feel more free and quiet in your mind and space. You can set rules about: how many items/ clothes to buy? When its time to de-clutter and organise your closet? What are the colours you love? What are the materials you prefer and pursue? Even how many clothes you need to buy in a year?

Start by counting all your clothes, go to each piece or even dress it, how it makes you feel? Does it fit your personality? You can set rules also about money and not to buy more new clothes, if you already have enough.

About clothes and fashion and all things you buy – the next thing is to set your personal STYLE”. Many people have tendency to buy things just because it is trendy or because they feel attracted to it, or because of spontaneous joy. (which has psychological roots) But is that purchase worth it in a long term?

Minimalism is way of living and a mindset, not just architecture and design style. The most important in it is freedom of multiple items, cleanness, monochrome colours, spaciousness, clarity and peace of mind.

As a way of life this style comes to confront the modern consumerism and the need to always accumulate, and always need more.

Minimalism is related more not to trends, but to consuming mindfully, and less, and living in harmony with the nature.

Now it can sound like a trend” but in fact (as I was revealed by the angels) minimalism will become in the basis of many future societies.

Minimalist style focuses on practical uses, compact things that are made of eco-friendly and organic materials, and soothing pastel tones – like white, creams, greys, blacks, beige, greens.

That doesn’t mean you cant be minimalist, if you love many colours or various things. It is mostly about not accumulating material things and sustainable living.

Count your cosmetic items – how much do you have? How many you have used? How many are made of plastic?

Count your clothes? How many items you have of only one kind? How often do you wear them? How many are made of pure organic material?

This awareness and asking questions should be related to ALL of your material possessions.

Now lets view the material items on energy perspective.

When you buy anything new and bring it in your home, it starts to radiate and create energy in your space. Everything has energy, which affect yours. That means, if you buy one hair brush, face powder, nail polish, sweater, dress, new bowl for the kitchen …all these items will connect with the energy of your space and make the exchange. They will add to the space and to your personal vibration.

If the item you buy is toxic or contains toxic elements, then your health will be in danger. That happens all the time, and many people are in danger of illnesses and allergies they even don’t realise.

Items are like precious elements adding energy to the space. Think about, if you want these elements to be pure and have high vibration or not.

Clutter and having not organized space with too many items of all kind, also creates chaotic energy. This affects all aspects of you –your home, your emotions, your mind, your energy, your relationship.

So the more clutter free and organised your home is, the more your mind will be free and at peace.

That’s maybe well known to most people, but still they are trapped in cycle of anxiety, stress and accumulation. Because the more stressed you are, then more you buy things and add to your clutter.

As a result the energy in your home becomes like “dark dust” or clouds and this may open negative portals for entities to come in your space.

Go through all rooms in your house, your closet, your cosmetics, your possessions, your collections of crystals, your books, your decorations, your kitchen items, your shoes…and ask yourself if these items correspond to your values and if you love them. Count how many items you have. Then take the decision to not accumulate more items, as they are not necessary.

When you become aware that you shouldn’t contribute to sickness of the nature and pollution of oceans and earth, when you become aware of your own values and needs, then all things will become easy for the future generations on earth.

Thank you for tuning in!
