This is monthly crystal meditation specially designed to cleanse, clear and align your chakras and the whole energy for the Full moon in Pisces cycle. You can make this meditation just on the full moon, a week after it, or every day until the new moon (in Libra) cycle. 🌔
Sit or lie down in a comfortable and relaxed position. Keep your back
straight and take 4 deep long breaths in and out. Imagine breathing in
beautiful shining white-blue light, and imagine breathing out the garish
particles of your negative emotions, fears, anxiety, tensions and depression.
This crystal meditation will brings you to state of calmness, tranquillity and self-love, and will connect you to your Soul purpose and Higher Self, so you can be open to receive messages from Akashic records.
Feel the flow of white-blue light and how it fills and cleanses all your
physical, mental and emotional body.
Now you are relaxed and your energy is prepared for detoxification.
★For the meditation you will need one, 3 or 7 pieces of these crystals:
Aquamarine, celestite, blue calcite, amazonite, Aqua aura.
If you don’t have any of them, simple visualization will work great.
Now lie down and place the 7 crystals by your choice on each chakra,
starting from the Crown to Heart and down to the Root chakra.
(Note: if you have only one crystal you can hold it in your left hand or
receptive hand; or you can place it on your Solar Plexus chakra –above the
navel. If you have 3 crystals you can combine them and place them as follows:
one on your Third eye (forehead), one on your heart chakra, one on your Solar
Plexus)
Pisces full moon opens up your psychic senses and gifts. It tunes all your energy to the flow of element water, where you can dive deep into your inner self. It opens and connects your Third eye and Crown chakra to the universal knowledge.
In this meditation we call on archangel Haniel and the Moon angels, we
call on the guidance and love of the crystal spirits of each crystal we use
(Aquamarine, celestite...).
Now feel how all of the crystals are connected through the luminous
aquamarine light in your entire body. This connection forms like a tube of
light, flowing into your feet and into the ground, and connecting you to the
core of the earth. Aquamarine light also connects your High dimensional chakras
– Soul Star, Causal, Gold Star and flows your energy into Divine central Sun above.
Feel how you are connected and receive energy from the Divine Source and from
mother Earth below.
Visualize beautiful sparkling aquamarine blue light in your Crown chakra, see it spinning and opening Cosmic lotus of light in the middle. Say to yourself silently
“I open, cleanse and rejuvenate my Crown chakra with angelic blue light. I cleanse and remove from it any negative cords, hooks, emotions, thoughts, energy drains, entities, fears and Karma in all dimensions of time-space.”
See how all the negative energy is released like a dark smoke away
from your chakra.
“I now receive the energy of aquamarine light of purity, love and
healing into my chakra.”
See how your Crown is filled with brilliant light and spinning with
grace. Your Crown is aligned with the Divine Sun.
Repeat this affirmation slowly for each chakra – for your Third eye, Throat, heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, Root, left foot, right foot, left palm, right palm. Now you will feel and see a huge shift in your energy body after completing this meditation.
Leave the crystals on your chakras for 30 min for best result. Then open your eyes slowly and return to your world.
Note: don’t forget to ground yourself after each meditation by drinking
plenty of water with lemon, and cleanse your crystals in the moon light and sea
salt.
