Full Moon in Virgo - healing and restoration (+Questions to Self) 🌕

 

   Full moon connects on the ethereal level with our Third eye chakra and activates it. Third eye and the Subconscious mind are influenced strongly by the Moon phases. 

As the moon grows and becomes full, we feel where are our strengths, talents and gifts and where are our weaknesses, on what we need to put our focus on.

   This is the first Full moon in Earth sign: Virgo ♍ which brings to the planet energy of healing, alignment and understanding of your connection to nature. 

All Earth signs full moons make ark of end of Ancestral karma cleansing, healing of physical body, connecting with earth.

This special healing green moon in Virgo brings grounding, connection with elemental kingdom and fairies. This is wonderful time for making meaningful progress in something, working on your daily habits, making schedule and organizing your space, taking care of home and family. Full moon in earth sign always amplify healing, rejuvenation, grounding, manifestation and tending to your home space.

 This is time for connecting with your body, inner self, reflecting on your diet and eating habits, gardening and plants.

In this full moon and 2 weeks after it you can work on your earth qualities – being organised, taking care of your space, persistency, compassion.

Virgo moon is time for healing, releasing, cleansing of subconscious fears and patterns of mind; related to fear of taking responsibility, fear of commitment; fear of being close to someone; fear of being alone, isolated; fear of certain foods; fear of spaces or people; fear of being used by others; fear of energy vampires and people who interfere.

   You are invited to release fears about home, money, safety, stability, your family and children, your health or health of your pets and children.

In this full moon and 3 days after you can work on your Heart and Throat chakra and activate Earth element in body.

Full moon element: Earth

Earth is element that represents divine feminine and divine child energy, you can work on: compassion, self-love, nurturing, nature connection, tuning into your body, energy healing practices, crystal healing, herbs and remedies, rejuvenation. Earth is element of grounding, nature, nature elementals and tree spirits, home, family, safety, security and money.

This is perfect time for:

-        taking energy healing courses, reiki, homeopathy and herbs

-        Travelling or spending time in nature, mountain

-        Decluttering your home and cleansing

🍐        Do I feel aligned with the energy of my heart?

🍐       Do I like any energy healing, reiki, or crystal healing?

🍐        Do I spent enough time with my children/ pets?

🍐        Do I feel financially stable?

🍐       Am I person who is organised and have organised and clean home?

These are some questions to write and answer without judgement and honestly in your diary. This practice can cleanse your emotional body, makes you connect to your sub-conscious mind and feel more self aware.

All these are important aspects of our daily life, so Mercury is always influencing our life. Full moon Meditation with Archangel Ariel and green Light

 

Find a comfortable and quite place, outside or in your home. Breath deeply and tune into the rhythm of your breath for few minutes.

     Quiet your mind, let go of any tension in physical body, heart, neck, lower back, muscles. Relax completely into the present moment. This is a gift to your spirit. Visualize the light of the big bright full moon in front of you. See it clearly with your mind. The moon is sparkling with calmness and peace. It reflects the light of your emotions, it releases your fears.

    See yourself sitting in a beautiful garden, full of flowers, white and pink roses, geranium, bluebells, jasmine, magnolia, and all of your favourite flowers. There are trees around, spreading the magical scent of cherry blossoms in the air. Trees are blooming and signing in the Moon light.

    See a small pond beside you, a fountain with pool, where large koi fishes are swimming. Everything is quiet, just sometimes you listen night owl sounds. Breath deeply and tune into the atmosphere around you.

Now archangel Ariel appears in front of you, see her (him) with beautiful rosy pink light of the wings, and light green aura.

Ariel greets you for your personal growth in spirit. She is here to lift your vibrations and help you to overcome all life challenges.

     She spread her hands with palms out to you, sending green light to your Crown charka, and to your heart. This light starts to mingle and spreads around all your body –emotional, physical. See the green light spread around your head, then in your eyes, nose, ears, neck. Then moving down as a liquid light of healing to your back, shoulders and arms and all muscles in your back. The light is moving gracefully to your chest, solar plexus, stomach, intestine, and Sacral chakra; spreading to your left and right legs and left and right feet and toes. Then see the light moving into the ground, as if energy roots are spreading from your feet.

Feel the peace, love and serenity of the green light, which is cleansing and restoring your emotional balance.

Visualize now a big sphere of green-silver light detaching from the Moon, and flying to you. This sphere is activation of your dreams and desires in the present. See the green translucent sphere Coming above your head, in your Crown chakra –the source of your connection with angels, god and higher self. The sphere is now resting above you, cleansing your energy, releasing all your fears, anxiety and worry about past and future. Breath and receive this healing energy.

See a light green lotus flower slowly opening within the sphere, spinning clockwise. All the petals of this flower are sparkling and radiant with green light. Now the lotus flower of your Crown is fully open and you can feel connected with your spirit, with angels, god, and elemental kingdom.

See another green sphere of Light coming from the Full moon towards you, it rests in the middle of your head, the centre of your Third eye. The sphere is shining with peaceful green moon light, and now lotus flower emerges within it, turns and opens slowly within the sphere. This is the lotus of your Third eye, intuition, dreams, psychic vision and awareness.

Stay here for a while, feeling the Moon energy sphere and lotus flowers in your Crown chakra and in your Third eye. That brings you calmness and healing in all your Astral and spirit.

Again visualize the radiant moon in the night sky, another small energy sphere is released from the moon to you. See this as a small light, almost like a grain, or cherry fruit. See it flying to you, until it reaches your mouth. You open your lips and swallow this small green light, it travels to your Throat centre, then to your heart chakra and spreads to all of your body. In your throat and heart this small light becomes big sphere of green light, turning peacefully clockwise. See this sphere descending to all of your down chakras: Solar Plexus, Sacral, Root. Stay here for a moment and breath the energy of the moon within all your chakras.

 Now say short affirmation:

“I now release and let go of all things, situations and people that are not for my highest good. I release in this moon light, all fears, doubts, sadness and negative thoughts within me.

I release any negative people, judgement and lies into the moon light. I stay in my power, cleansed, rejuvenated, peaceful, and in my highest potential. I walk with confidence in my life path, and I know what is best for me.”

   Now archangel Ariel and your angels surround you with loving green and white light, and return you safely to your waking world and day, filled with moon light and gratitude.

Super Full Moon Portal -9 of March in Virgo
