This is my monthly pick-a card Oracle reading for January – when there is strong presence of the Violet flame angels, so I choose these violet crystals below. Card 1 – 33. The Horned God
Vibration: Root chakra
The Horned God, also known by other names such as Cernunnos, Herne, Dionysus, is god of nature, the underworld and wild places.
“If the Horned god appears your desires may be out of balance. You may be feeling the need to seek more genuine joy, and deeper connectedness in your life, by freeing emotions and inhibitions. But life is not always about “having a good time” – be responsible and committed too.
The Horned god reminds us that we need to give thanks for what we receive, to celebrate our life. If you are stressed or unwell, he indicates that you may need this time to be “natural”, to be yourself. If it seems that your life is not your own, reintegrate yourself with those who support and affirm who you would like to be. Let go.

Card 2_Lepidolite 32. Spell (Enchantment)

Spells and incantations are spoken, written, danced in secret rituals that remain hidden until the spell comes true. The magical potential of any spell requires energy, need and focused concentration.
Spell indicates that enchantment is in the air – that a magical time is coming into your life, especially if you have been calling for something. Spell also advices you to look at self-delusion. You may well find that you “wake up” from a dream, or illusion when this card appears in a reading.

Card 3: 23. Athame (Commander of Power)

Vibration: Solar Plexus
The Athame is traditionally a black-handled knife with a double-edged white metal blade – a sacred magical tool used to represent the masculine principle in ceremonies.
Athame is directing you to move out into the world with confidence and assurance, having first made sure that you are certain of which direction you wish to take. Focus your energies towards your goal now. Let go of those things that disempower your present position, secure in the knowledge that you can only become stronger by taking a leap of faith into yourself.
Build your strength and check your personal boundaries are in place and appropriate to requirements. Aspire to create the world you wish to be part of for you are protected.
Purple fluorite message: This is the time to let go of past trauma and comforting habits that are not good for you. Need to believe more in yourself and your abilities and go forward with determination. Need to cut negative ties with people or places.
