Hanged man is card that can be translated in many ways. In this time you need to sacrifice something, release and let go of things that no longer belong to your world. Don’t cling to something from the past. Now is time of transition, thinking, contemplation to know what to do next. It`s not time of taking immediate action or expecting results in any sphere. You need to acknowledge the efforts you put in the past. There can be sense of impatience or anxiety with this card, but for some people that will become resilience, being able to rest, sleep and meditate, and flexibility of mind. It`s time to understand the repeated patterns of your life, so you can move forward. There will be amazing ideas come to mind, and act of service to others, which will return back to you.

In spiritual sense –Hanged man represents the 12 pointed star of Spiritual awakening, going beyond the visible world, astral travels, meditation, inner knowing and realizing your truth.

The Lovers VI.

Together with the Lovers card –it represent time when you need to sacrifice something which is valuable, in order to have your perfect relationship. Also, think about what are needs and desires of your partner, be compassionate, forgiving and try to understand his heart (below the surface). Also, you need to think about the truth of your relationships. Do you feel satisfied, loved and appreciated for who you are? Do you feel deep connection with your partner and what are the things you would like to change in your relationship? You need to be clear in front of yourself. See the truth light of yourself in this relationship. Is your relationship a sacred union? For some people that can mean contemplation, journaling and understanding the patterns in past relationship, that they need to let go. Think about why it ended? What was the Karmic lesson from your love and was it for your highest good? You will realize many things after you ask these questions. That will bring you wisdom of inner knowing (Hanged man) and self-love, appreciation of who you are (the Lover).

6 in esoteric geometry refers to Heart center, power of Hexagram star – or six pointed star (seal of Solomon) which is highly magical. Hexagram is protection, love and serenity, but can have dark aspects too. It is perfect union of Yin and Yang, feminine and masculine. The Halls of Amenti are saod to have been the home of the Emerald Tablet. They are space of ancient mysteries in service to the expansion of humanity. The first cycle of January there is wonderful energy of going inward, reflection of the past and looking into the mirror of your relationships. You need to be aware where you are now in your journey, in spiritual, emotional and mind way.

Q: Was this era of Karmic cleansing finished and what we should expect next?

Era of Karmic cleansing didn’t end, it will continue after the transit of Jupiter (in Aquarius) to Pisces on 29. December. and the last decade of Karmic clearance will be until 2025. Until then all Light workers, and people of Light family should stand in their true power, they need to start working on their mission.

Q: What are some of the illusions that humanity needs to let go of?

Humanity needs to understand in the first place how to discern true from false information and Light from darkness, which can happen only through the powerful psychic senses that you have. We can feel that many people don’t grasp the truth, simply because it was presented by some as “half truth”, and people believe in lies (false information, unvalidated facts” simply because its marked as “half truth”. I should say –neither of them are truth. Because the Divine truth is not split in parts, it is pure and not mixed in the mixture of falseness. Also truth cant be used for manipulation of consciousness, think about that. Anything that can trigger sharp reaction it is not what it seems to be.

The truth of reality must be seen and accepted. Many people cant accept this truth, so they start to put many more false ingredients in it, until its face becomes FALSE. So its no more truth.

Be very cautious in what you believe, in who you trust, and what information you take for granted. Because it will be huge waves of massive manipulations of the truth for the whole Earth. Truth has only one side –that of Light.

While falseness and lie have multiple sides of darkness and light, mixed together. That’s how their face is made Unreal.

Truth as Light within the darkness of lie will still remain Light. (But only if it can be separated from darkness). The same goes for the information.

You can understand the Truth only through your multidimensional Self. But not through the low 3 D self anymore. You can sense the fear and darkness and be manipulated only through your 3 D self. Not in the higher dimensions.

Truth can be seen easily through your inner Light. But you are made also of darkness and Light. The way out from the passage of Karma for humanity is some Souls to form group that can Transform darkness into Light. The angels can do that, as they are living from and within Light always. Humans cant do that in this stage of Self development. That’s why we are helping you to accelerate your higher Consciousness and process of Ascension.

Q: What we need to know about the life on the planet in the next 12 years?

In the next 12 years more and more people will start to seek inner spiritual transformation, as the reality for many will become dark and harsh. There will be also souls (specially in northern hemisphere of the planet), who will decease alone in poverty.

In multiple places on earth, communities will be created and many people will start living in communal life style (which will be the basis of the future style of the planet –after year 3033).

In 2025 expect some catastrophic events which will be caused partly by humans and concern volcano eruptions and hurricanes.

Most people on the planet now will realize importance of the holistic life style and the darkness of the medicine and food industry on the whole. Most foods are created with damaging effects to basic organs of humans. These damages concern the centers of power – Stomach, Liver (Solar Plexus) and Throat, breathing (Thyroid gland). You need to refuse using cosmetics, plastic materials, and modified foods from big chains that are literal poisons (not just to the body but the whole planet). People who succeed to live out of the big cities, in communal life style or little resources will become more advanced as their mind will be free of the Chain.

Q & A with Archangel Metatron - Future of humanity

 

Q: What we can expect for the future of humanity and how all could unfold from higher perspective?

Now as we go through the era of Ascension into the 4 and 5-th dimension, more humans will open their eyes and understand the truth. But many more souls will remain in state of control and entrapment, and wont acknowledge the sphere of Evil. This is also a strike from the evil powers (demons, dark spirits and creatures from other galaxies) who want to invade and control the resources of all humans.

Humanity will be enslaved – the bigger part of it, which is about to unfold more and more in the next years. If you realize or not, you are already enslaved with the amount of genetically modified foods, vegetables and animals that you eat daily. The bigger part of the population are enslaved to food and to medicine (or what you call pharmacology), which is also genetically modified and used to create persistent damage in your body and mind. You choose to be controlled also by creating the currency and by using it in the way to create chain reaction to all basic needs of humans. In high advanced and multidimensional civilizations that was never possible. Humanity really went to darker way, but we need to say –now within this Dark spiral there is another spiral, which is of Light, Light is always faster moving and has stronger capacity than the dark matter. That is by physical and universal laws. Darkness will need much more time to unfold, while the Light can be accelerated and transmit energy to all cosmos faster. Therefore, now you experience the Ascension on High speed, which was never present to human beings before. That comes because the Light creates opposing power to the darkness. And they are both here, and in multidimensional reality.

In the year 3030 you will have already a real war between AI – robots, and robots that work for the Light. They will be divided. The world is already divided as the quantum split of timelines took place in the last 3 months 2021. This split will create more and more division between different fractures and groups, between what people believe and value. But the truth from Higher perspective of angels, is that manipulation of all kinds will take place over the humanity. You will trun more and more to experimental beings, that need to be manipulated. Very few people would escape this.

The creation of VaR is just a small part from the whole plan, which will take place gradually in the next 30 years, from 2020 until 2051 you will have huge waves of people who are transcending to the other sides. Even more will be souls entrapped in the Astral spheres. That is because this VaR weapon will finish its purpose (as planned) for the next 5 years, until 2025, when there will be created an artificial global war and forum of mass manipulation.

Until 2051 humanity number will decrease almost double.

Q & A with Archangel Metatron -about pandemic I

 

I`m guided to connect with the One of the archangels keepers of the Akashic records and the Earth plane and keepers of the multidimensional doorways: Metatron.

I will be asking questions about the Humanity at this time, about future and spiritual transformation.

That’s the information that I channel in my current mind and Higher Consciousness to humans.

Q: I want to ask Archangel Metatron and the Council of Light, the situation we are in with the virus spread and what we call pandemic, was it pre-planned by higher powers?

Greetings, children of Earth and Light. We have entered in the higher dimensional shifts throughout last year, and specially since July until the end of December. That period looks from spiritual plane like a fast moving spiral of energy (like acceleration of washing machine). Because we are in the centre of this energy, we may feel all symptoms of Ascension.

What we call Ascension includes multiple cycles and sub-cycles and it unfolds in different realities and planes. Moreover, ascension is collective & individual, according to personal spiritual level of each human. The situation of pandemic and virus spread was pre-planned by powers and authorities, that are behind the scenes. We don’t interfere on Global or Individual level, but the only way to do that is by human power itself. That means you need to see the truth, you need to awaken your Mind and heart, to understand the next events. The virus was part of the bigger project for diminishing and controlling of humanity and earth resources. You may know or not, but the most physical resources on planet are own by a few big corporations. They are behind the thick veil, so you wont recognize them immediately. Control and power and greed were the main factors for this complicated plan. After they reached the goal for many souls make the transition to the Angelic spheres and to Astral levels, now the plan has more points. Be prepared for war of artificial intelligence, and multiple other wars, concerning your basic needs –food, medicine, possessions and education. We need to be aware of the era of holographic reality, digitalized humans. Some things that are about to happen are now beyond your imagination.

The Virus VaR is actually creating damage in Thyroid gland, where there is important part of expression and personal power, together with Solar plexus (stomach and intestines) where he can lead to strong transformation of the materials and acids within these organs- together with the liver. One of the main parts that is visible – lungs, may not be affected in all individuals. Be sure that the virus itself VaR, and the vaccine contain these genetic elements that are harmful to human body, and they were made by humans.

What are Energy blocks and how to remove them? -II

 This is part II of the article 

Now you released the block, the next step is to make energy cleansing and healing with white light. There are many kind of celestial light. One of the highest vibrational light is White and Golden, and silver light. You need to cleanse all your energy (emotional, mental, astral) body with this white or golden light. Angels to work with for faster results can be Arch. Gabriel, arch. Sandalphon, and your own guardian angels. This healing light you need to make for a time of 5-6 days in a raw, with intention to heal exactly one block from your energy. Then see yourself wrapped in this light and cleansed.

3. The final step in removing negative block, is to create opposite of it, that happens with practicing self-love and acceptance. Acceptance is quite important and not many people realize its impact. If you feel for example not beautiful enough, or feel people “don’t like you” that means you created such block for yourself. When you reached to step 3 you need to activate and light up for yourself the feeling of Love, in the way you want to experience it. How you practice self love? It` s so simple and clear, so here are the basic guidelines:

1. By taking time to do things that you love and passionate about

2. By self-love rituals, listening to your body and emotions

3. By having time alone, self care practices and taking care of your physical body (including: healthy food, exercise, sleep and walk in nature).

4. By taking time for your emotional body (walk in nature, connect with friends and soul mates, self-care routine, listening to music, meditation, being grateful for your health, physical body.)

5. By creating healthy boundaries with people who have very negative or draining effect on your energy.

6. By positive affirmations, which can be part of your daily practice.

As you can see, just one of the things won`t work. If you only say positive affirmations, or if you only practice gratitude, but you still have the block pattern in your Mind, that wont have result.

It is very important to understand and recognize the block and from which person and situation it comes from!

Then you need to not continue to stay within this situation, and remove yourself from the perimeter of the negative person. That can be challenging, because mostly such blocks are related to close people, partner, spouse, family member or person at your work. That’s why you should also feel if you can make healthy boundaries, or if that is impossible, what are the ways to remove this block. Many times that can mean you need to change your place of work or home, which will require inner strength and sacrifice. But your life will be different after that experience and create a beautiful change.

Time alone and gratitude for your own self (not just the things you have) is so important. You need to feel how much you have with your body, your beautiful face, hair, eyes, organs, and all that is you here. Acknowledge your inner temple – as body, soul and spirit –then you will feel miracles. You are magnificent, but you don’t understand it. Remove the past wounds (wounds are emotional blocks from past trauma), and you will be free to create all the life you desire.

What are energy blocks and how to remove them? -I

 

In this article I ll answer the question shortly about what are energy blocks and how we can remove them, what are the most effective ways to remove such blocks.

Blocks are energetic negative imprints that are permanently set within our mental, emotional, and spiritual body. They are exactly “blocks” as they look like pieces of grey or black bricks that make a wall. These blocks have very negative impact, can also prevent us from healing, manifesting and understanding the cause of illnesses.

We need to understand, these blocks are not energy cords or attachments, as we also have such attachments. The blocks are created from inside, mostly from our negative believes, low self esteem, disbelieve and negative self talk. Such blocks can be created over many years or months, in different areas. If for example you had abusive relationship, you can create such blocks with pattern that “You are not worthy of love” or “no one is suitable for you”, or that you are not good enough, beautiful enough, to receive love. Such love-blocks are very common in fact, and most people have them in one way or another during period in their life.

The first thing to do is to recognize and acknowledge such blocks. You need to understand that you need healing and removing this block /negative imprint from your body. That takes several steps after, but first you need awareness.

Next you need to feel and understand where this block is created, and when (if that Is possible). Most blocks that are set from negative believes and negative/ abusing connections from other people (they could be also from your family), are build in the emotional and mental body simultaneously. That means – if you have block from abusive relationship, or if you believe you cannot find your soul mate for a long time, then you created this block inside your emotional body, and then made its presence in your mind (consciousness or sub-conscious mind). That means, no matter how much you try to activate positive energy, to manifest your new love, or to believe, you cant succeed, if you didn’t remove first this block.

When you realize that block you need to remove it, and the first way to do it, by creating free space in your mind. If a person had negative effect for building this block, you should feel who and when; That happens with meditation practice. Recall the person and situation, and imagine yourself exactly in this situation. You can repair the energy imprints of the situation from the past (that is really wonderful), in this way you can heal. Imagine the situation, how you felt, what did you do, what another person did. Then see that the situation is changed, and see how you forgive this person, and you hug each other. That can be hard in the beginning. But you need to practice this meditation for about 3 -4 days, before it has effect. The effect will surprise you. Once you forgive and send unconditional love to the Higher self of this person, let him go. You don’t need anymore his energy imprints/ effect in your mind.

Levels after Death -Spheres of Purification III

 This is part III from the article about levels after Death  ★

Around them there is garden of spiralling flowers like very beautiful roses, camellia, jasmine, magnolia, and the flowers has the frequency and colour of the crystal. Then there is a ring of water pond surrounding the flowers, in it are growing amazing lotus flowers radiating light from the core.

   This is the Third sphere of purification of energy, and cleansing of all chakras and aura. The souls are guided to sit in circles around and absorb the light that is coming from the Crystal. These crystals, flowers and water here all are radiating light and they are celestial.

Each soul here is given one crystal with the same quality, and one small seed. These are 2 things that soul should preserve and take care for until it travels to the higher Celestial sphere.

Here with this crystal each soul receives the final purification of the energy and chakras, using special prayers and mantras. The soul are singing these prayers with angel guidance.

Then the angels of purification make a special ritual together with angel guides of the soul from its earthly life. They surround the soul in circle and place spheres of white light, sphere of light with colour of the crystal and then Golden sphere. The first sphere cleanses and removes all negative cords from the first chakras below the Heart.

The second sphere – which can be violet, yellow, pink – removes all cords and cleanses the Heart and all chakras above until Crown. The third sphere of golden light cleanses all the higher chakras, Soul star. Now the whole aura is washed and shining with light.

Have in mind that not all souls can reach to the third sphere of purification, depending on their past lives, “reward” points and their spiritual development. Some souls after eating their fruits of forgiveness in the second sphere, go directly to the celestial spheres which have also hundreds of levels and groups.

   All things in angelic world have their own reason, they assistance of angels, and their strict hierarchy. Nothing can go out of the plan” or out of order. As here we are only with beings of Light which serve the will of God, and they are devoted to serve.

    Unlike what we can perceive, angels do have choice, and they have free will, but they are in total alignment with the will of God and Light. That means angels can make choices, make plans and take decisions for the souls, or who will be guardian angel, or guide of the soul. They need to make many decisions, but as they are with so high frequency, they do that with lightness and grace.

    They do these work since eternity and out of time, so they will be professional. Angels also don’t have intense feelings of humans – like boredom, depression, lack of motivation, or any earth-bond feelings, nor they have any physical needs, carving, earthly desires, hunger or thirst. But angels have feelings of light –like joy, playfulness, care, love, gratitude. They mostly can feel grateful or sad (which is very slight feeling in angels) for the souls.

That means angels can agree or disagree, can make discussions and talks, but they never feel anger, anxiety or any negative feelings about outcome from any discussion.

** After the third purification, the soul is led to the celestial sphere for it`s own mission, spiritual level, emotional purity, karma and other qualities. All of them are taken into account to know in which sphere the soul will stay.

There usually soul can meet earth souls, but that is very rarely moreover she doesn’t recognize them as she has no memory of earth.

(The same as we don’t have memory for angelic spheres, lessons and guidance, or past lives, when we are born here.)

The soul lives in the angelic spheres for different time (of earth), and sometimes it incarnates very fast after, depending on her growth and situation. Some souls stay with angels for about 100 years approx, before they incarnate. Just the time there flows very different; The more time soul stays in angelic spheres, the more they are spiritually advanced and awaken.

Levels after Death -Spheres of Purification -II

 This is part II from the article }

The first sphere of purification has magnificent view beyond what human can imagine, the place is shining with very pure white light, which can be little hard for the souls when they first step in.

There are illuminated white temples in the air, where are thousands of angels of transition and purification. Many gardens, with amazing arrangement of white and violet flowers, and trees are seen everywhere. There are also many springs, and waterfalls, fountains, that coming from three rivers. These are: river of forgetfulness, the river of soul purification, and the river of releasing all ties of the soul to the physical world.

   Here the soul is given water in crystal bowl to drink from the 3 rivers. Until this time the soul is accompanied by her guardian angels and angels of transition (*from group of Azrael, Seraphiel);

But before drinking from the water of purification, the soul is led to the white temple, where archangels of Seraphiel give her a flower –which has a symbol, a charm (or crystal) and a piece of roll paper.

Archangel Azrael, and other angels congratulate the soul for passing through the material life tests, and to reaching to her re awakening in angelic spheres.

How the soul feels?

   In this time the soul may feel as if she has still physical body, and have the illusion of pain in the body, or confused mind. When the soul travels through the spiral of purification (of silver and violet light), it absorbs and removes all fears and pains from the soul (ethereal body).

    Then the soul of deceased is taken care gently and given a short observation of main accent of her life on earth. Angels are very careful, they don’t judge, nor behave overbearing with the soul. They point out the main problems and mistakes of the soul, and what she could do better. They also show the soul some sides from above” which the person didn’t realize when he was alive.

     The soul in fact has feelings, but the intensity and sharpness of them are removed, and there is no fear or any negative emotions. In these spheres of light they cant exist. However the soul can feel some regret or sadness, and she starts to understand the whole picture of her, his life.

Now the soul needs to forget” that and forgive all negative experiences on earth, because they were only for her awakening and ascension and karmic cleansing.

     Now the soul is given permission to rest for a while in this first sphere of purification. After short ceremony with angels of purification, the soul is given to drink water 3 times from the three rivers. Then she falls in state of sleep. As there the time-space is very different from what we know on earth, it is not linear) – I cant determine “how long” it takes for souls to sleep and rest.

They need some time to rejuvenate and awaken to their celestial body.

   After the sleep the soul starts to integrate her Celestial body, which is pure light and the highest frequency.

When that happens the soul can look as body of light, or it can have the shape of beautiful human form, but filled with light.

The crown chakra of each soul becomes radiant and visible and vibrates in the main colour of her mission –or multiple colours.

This colour of Crown (Sahasrara) is indication of which level the soul will be led in celestial realm.

After that the Soul goes to the second level of purification, where she is still followed by her guardian angels, and other angels. ★

In these spheres we can see angels, fairies and other beings of ethereal plane that are also serving humanity and angels.

     Then the soul travels in its Celestial body through a passage of light in violet colour. She arrives into the temple of the Second sphere of purification: that contains magnificent garden with trees.

All the space is filled with many souls waiting for purification, angels and guides. The atmosphere is light, and the trees bear magical fruits. These fruits can be similar to some of the earth, but they are not made of “matter” but of light in different colours.

The soul will receive here also 3 different fruits: one of forgiveness of self; fruit of karmic cleansing, and fruit of magical ascension to higher Self.

    To this level the soul does not remember anything from her earthly life – that’s so because she is like washed from all negative feelings and born again. In angelic spheres karma lows does not exist. However you should know that the Soul has its Karmic imprint” or energetic information in its aura and Soul Star chakra. That means all higher chakras become clear and shining.

Then the soul feels light, uplifted and amazing sense of gratitude and love –which is what we can call happiness.

The Celestial body now travels through dimensions again –through tunnel of rainbow colours to the magnificent Third Temple of purification. This temple looks beyond imagination, very large and has multiple gardens, spaces with lakes, fountains, flowers and trees. There are different separate gardens in form of circles here.

Each one has special vibration, tone and colour. The soul can see spheres of Light, and inside them very large crystals –that have angelic qualities. Crystals are divine elements, that have resonance on earth – the same as plants, trees, flowers, water. These crystals have different colours within the spheres, they radiate light and are translucent.

Levels after Death - Spheres of Purification -I

 This is first part of the article of Levels after Death -I

In this article I` receive information on the experiences of the deceased souls, after they travel to higher levels with angels. With help of my angels and archangels Chamuel and Haniel.

   After the physical death of the body, the soul gathers all the energy, which is from the Solar Plexus (golden seed), Heart (ethereal seed light), and Mind, Third eye  (Astral light), and awakens through the Crown of the head. When the soul goes in the upper point of head, Crown chakra and then it reaches the Soul Star chakra, it prepares for travelling to higher dimensions, by activating the Soul Merkaba Star. In the life time not many people are working on activating their Merkaba star, that’s why here Soul can meet some difficulties, but it is supported by all guardian angels and angels of transition.

Then the soul is travelling in the Light of Merkaba through the high vibration tunnel of golden and white light. Many people saw this tunnel, which can be also different for different soul experiences.

Here I want to focus on how where the souls arrive” when they already passed through the golden spiral of light (which is the dimensional tunnel of ascension of time-space).

In case they had a traumatic death, or murder, or if they were attached too much to anything in the material world, the souls could remain trapped in the planes near to the Earth, called Astral plane or Astral sphere. (There are also many levels of Astral);

But if all is well and the soul has reached certain level of spiritual awareness, she will follow the angels of transition into the golden light spiral, which leads to the Planes In-between. Before reaching the angelic spheres, the Soul has to stay Spheres of Purification (which is a bit like the understanding of purgatory in Christianity).

    There are 3 spheres of purification. When the soul first reaches to the plane, she can see her guardian angels with "her eyes". The soul has now Astral body, which is very light, but after going through the tunnel, it changes to the Ethereal body, which has higher vibration.

    Here the soul is in a garden and place with vast nature, where she can meet any deceased relatives or beloved. That happens with conditions only if they have granted special permission to meet the soul, and if they are not yet re-incarnated on earth.

Here the soul goes again through a tunnel of Silver and violet light leading to the first sphere of Purification.

It can be clear sign and guidance from spirit. No matter what, you need this time alone, as this is special moment in your life, when you need to have clean understanding for the past and future.

For some people that can mean major crossroad, time before the transition, time to contemplate on what were your lessons from 2021 in the whole. This card also indicates going inwards and saying no to outer interference in your life.

Queen of Swords is powerful card for activation and healing with Divine Feminine. Also, you can practice writing and journaling and reading books on topic that are important for you.

Releasing cords and attachments from the Throat chakra -II (Visualization activation)

 continues from part I

Throat chakra is a major centre in the body responsible for respiratory system, breathing and lungs, all pollutions in the air and water can create problems and blocks in the throat.

Another major block for this beautiful chakra is related to truth, and what is our personal TRUTH, how we are able to express it.

-        Speaking lies or not telling the truth.

-        Suppressing your truth self and your creative energy

-        Having unhealthy connection with others (by using bad, abusive or aggressive language, listening to aggressive words from other).

-        Being with people who are judgemental, and negative to you all the time.

Ethereal star within the Throat - Seven Pointed star (Faery star)  ✪

After reading this long list, you can imagine why the impact of your Throat chakra is so huge in all levels. This chakra is called “Ethereal Soul Star”. In the eteric level it contains the alchemical seed of seven pointed star (Faery star) or septagram in your Thyroid gland. This is a real higher dimensional star, which is in the core of the chakra, but it is not evolved in all people. Seven pointed star has many references and it is symbol of entering into higher realities, world of faeries, angels and winged elementals. Faery star is used for protection in many pagan traditions (after the 5 pointed star), it represents the human body (5 senses), and human body with legs, arms and head together with 2 wings. These 2 wings are wonderful protection halidom (spiritual gift). Many times symbol of protection of this chakra can be blue butterfly, because of the wings. The septagram refers to the holly number 7 and 7 musical notes, rainbow colours, 7 physical chakras, 7 planets and more.

This seven pointed etheric star acts as a shield within the Throat (f it is balanced and healthy and flowing). The septagram looks like bright opal white high dimensional star with light blue sparkles.

This star will activate your True potential, spiritual mission and creativity, joy to create all in physical world. (Words are also expression of creation of thoughts + feelings). Each word has vibration, but even more – each intention and THOUGHT has vibration, but in subtle levels. Words and feelings vibrate, so the more sensitive you are, the more you can sense others people feelings, thoughts and energy.

How to activate the Throat and the Fairy star within it 

Some of the easy healthy practices to activate the Throat and the star are:

-        meditation & visualisation on the Throat chakra (blue lotus flower, blue butterfly)’

-        meditation with Tibetan bowls for the Throat

-        mantras and chanting mantras

-        positive affirmations for yourself

-        music singing, poetry

-        Neck and shoulder exercises

-        Eating herbs, white vegetables, onion, garlic, tumeric

-        Some yoga exercises for the neck and head

-        Dancing, slow movements

 

The archangel you can call to cleanse, heal or activate Throat chakra is Gabriel, she works with the White celestial Flame and White angels. You can ask them for healing, cleansing your throat, Thyroid and lungs. In this visualisation activation imagine white shimmering light (like snow) flowing from your Soul Star chakra down to your Crown, then down to your Throat chakra expanding in beautiful sphere of light. Open this light, as you imagine pure white lotus flower in the Throat, unfolding slowly and gracefully.

Repeat the mantra: “I`m divine expression of my Truth, Purity and Justice, I`m connected to my angels and my Higher Self”. (At least 6 times).

Now imagine the pure white light flowing down your neck, shoulders, ears, mouth, throat, and feeling the lungs. Feel how you breath in this light, which activates your seven pointed protection.
