Channelled message from AA Gabriel for the Ascension (April) ⭐

 

Greetings children of Earth!

   I am here to congratulate you for your spiritual expansion and success! Many energetic shifts and changes happen on the planet now, some of you may feel it through your physical body. Now you are in process of integrating these changes into your physical vessels, organs and higher dimensional bodies. You are becoming your Higher Self expression, as you receive energy downloads in these 3 months. ⭐

The process of integration of the light codes has started already.

You may feel exhausted or you may have different pains and issues with your nervous and digestive system. It will take time for your body to adjusts to the higher dimensional light photons.

This is time for deep cleansing and healing for the planet and humans. Some of you may feel called to connect with past lives, childhood trauma of divine feminine trauma.

   You are receiving energy light codes from the Sun, Moon and planets in your system, also from the crystalline core of the Earth. They are received and absorbed within your cells, molecules, DNA and all organs in your physical body. The light codes are taken first by your Heart centre where you have seed of Ethereal light and by your Third eye (where is the seed of Astral-Psychic light). The seeds of these major chakras are now expanding and shining with more light.

   That means, some of you in meditation can sense, feel and perceive more brilliant light, more colour and expansion in your chakras.

Do not worry, as with the time you will adjust to these expansions and higher vibrations. But in the process when this happens you may feel more sensitive, more vulnerable to other influences, to environment, noise, pollution and micro-organisms.

Trust your energy, and trust your body. It has deep innate knowledge.

Now with that changes you are building stronger and brighter Aura, so you will have more abilities for shielding from negative energies. This is spiritual gifts to all of you, starseeds, lightworkers, or seekers of light.

Angels of the White flame and I, arch. Gabriel are here to assist you in this process. The celestial White light can remove and wash away all blocks, entities and stagnant energy from your chakras, from your emotional and mental body. Pay attention to your feelings and thoughts at this time.

Be aware of your body and energy, as this is crucial. Take good care of your healthy food, time of sleep and meditation at this time. During time of ascension some of you need to increase the time of sleep, to support their nervous system. Know that sleep and meditation are ways for the self-healing and cleansing of the body-mind.

Your environment and planet undergo major changes. Now the crystalline core of the Earth also receives energy downloads, so that the energetic grid of earth will become larger. That energy shift may cause some movements of the earth layers, events and increase of water and dust in atmosphere in some parts of the world.

Be aware of that, but do not fear. Stay focused on your ascension, stay grounded and calm.

It will be helpful for you to do some practices so that your mind stay focused: journaling, walking in nature, connection with trees wisdom, creating art. You need to know your priorities and goals and don’t put your emotions to outer things that does not concern your development.

At this time you will be influenced by the light from crystalline core of the MOON. Your moon has special power, but you still didn’t discover all mysteries of it. Your Third eye (Pineal gland) is connected and receives information, light codes and energy from the core of the Moon. That happens in different times for each individual. However in this month all humans will be more sensitive to the Moon energy. So the full moon (on 5 April) and the New moon and Solar eclipse (on 20 April) will have more influence as at this time you will receive energy downloads and expansion in all your energy bodies.

Staying present and grounded is important for you now.

At this stage the planet and its magnetic grid receive support from higher levels, angels, masters and higher dimensional beings from other planets. You will notice the changes in the grid much later, but this year is the beginning.

Angels recommend you to take steps to healthy diet, as that will help you to integrate the higher light. Your heart chakra is expanding with light, some of you will feel that as strange pulsing in the heart or unusual blood pressure. To support this energy you need to eat green vegetables (spinach, lettuce, broccoli, green peas).

Some of you are not in alignment with their environment (home, work, country) –and they will feel the need to change, explore different options or move places. Trust that it is for your highest good. Do not regret any choices you made in the past, because it is how you learn and grow in this plane.

We want to thank you for your work of Light, for your spiritual mission and devotion. We know you went through heavy and dark tunnel on physical level, but your will have your rewards.
