Meditation for Detachment and Cutting of negative Cords

 

   Unhealthy attachment can attract negative thoughts, entities and create anxiety, frustration, powerlessness, being not in control, being unsafe, disappointment, judgement, self-judgement, blame, stagnation and being stuck. So it is very important to remove this kind of attachment which looks like dark energy cords from you to another person (object, place, situation). 

    Healthy attachment will be easy to release and will connect to the higher octaves and feelings of love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, understanding. When you lack these feelings you can form faster negative attachments.

Remember that attachment happens only to impermanent objects (and people who are also not here to stay). The same is valid for detachment. It can happen to things, people and places we are potentially "attached” to.

Detachment is needed for achieving freedom, creating boundaries and self-love.

Detachment is like balm for the soul, to move on, change and evolve on the journey. For detachment to happen we need to feel pure love, pure compassion, pure intention, self awareness, forgiveness to others and ourselves.

  Meditation -Visualization for detachment, cutting negative ties

1. Protect your space and energy in a bubble of diamond white and golden light.

2. Vizualise the person you want to detach and cut cords with in front of you ,but not too close. See this person in a sphere of white and golden light, surrounded by his angels. This is his higher self. Send him love and grace and say to them you wish to cut all negative cords between you for the highest good of all.

3. Then focus on the formation of the cords between you -see to which chakras or points in your energy they are attached. (try to not use your brain to figure out the process). What is the colour of the cords? How they feel? Which of them look healthy or with brightness?

Which of them look unhealthy (dark or black)?

Then ask the person to give you a message what was your relationship in past life. You can see images, or listen someone speak, or just receive inner knowing. Trust your guidance!

5. Now we call on arch. Michael and blue flame angels of protection to be around you. They spread their hands of light to your aura and space and dissolve easily all negative cords and negative attachments between you and this person. The angels encircle you with radiant blue and golden light, which is infused into your body and energy. This is light of love, forgiveness, devotion and personal power, so you have all of them as a foundation of your relationship.

6. Now see yourself in your own bubble of white-golden light (as energy boundaries) and he is in his own bubble of divine light.

Send him stream of healing green light from your Heart to his heart, you can see this light as a flowing green river.

Stay here for a moment and enjoy the green flow between your hearts with feeling of love, compassion and gratitude. This light removes any blockages and misunderstanding between you.

Then see a stream of orange-golden light from your Sacral chakra to his Sacral chakra (abdomen). Stay for a while and feel the joyful feeling of emotional freedom, self-love and acceptance.

Then see a stream of indigo blue and golden river of light from your Third eye to his Third eye chakra. Stay here a few minutes in a feeling of love, expansiveness, wisdom and telepathy.

Now you have established the divine healthy attachments with this person. You may need to repeat this meditation for 3 times, so that it is activated.

See how the flow of each chakra (Heart, Sacral, Third eye) gently stops and your chakras close to normal, as you feel rejuvenated and peaceful and strong.

Angels places orbs of golden light around you and him. They are establishing your personal space or boundaries.

See the golden orb moving and glowing around you and say:

“I am in my sacred space and I create now my personal boundaries with ….(name) with love and grace. I let him to create too his own boundaries and space. I send him love and grace. And so it is.”

You can return back to your physical space and body.

Attachment (addiction, obsession) from Energy perspective (channeled) part II

 This message is part 2 of the channeled message about Attachment

 with help of AA Jeremiel 

  Any unhealthy attachment shows your negative mind program, believe, bad habit or blockage that you have from the past or present. You need to work on acknowledging and dissolving this program or blockage, in order to remove attachment. (That happens on stages and not at once.)

  Positive attachment is linked with spending time alone, practices of self-care, meditation, nature connection and with a healthy detachment. (As attachment and detachment are like Yin and Yang).

In this way the attachment can`t have the chance to turn into negative cord.

Positive attachment is linked with healthy habits, uplifting emotions, feeling of love, freedom, compassion, safety and protection.

Some of the basic elements in any relationship are trust, honesty, self-respect, respect and compassion. Without these any relationship will fail and can turn into unhealthy attachment. On energy level this looks like a person sends dark, black tentacles to the heart or any chakra of another. These tentacles” exist in reality as energy and they can be dangerous.

The time and energy you spend with someone will affect the way you are attached to him. When you focus your time and energy too much on one person (object) this can easily create unhealthy attachment, if you have lack of self-love, self-respect and boundaries. This can become like bad habit and linked with unpleasant emotions, energy drain, stress and exhaustion.

(and any kind of exhaustion and stress are extremely unhealthy for your body)

   ★ Here is a list some basic attachments for your chakras, which can be healthy and unhealthy :

1. In the Root chakra you can attach (have energy cords) to your home, property, material possessions, objects.

2. In the Sacral chakra you can attach to (have energy cords) to sexual relationship, pleasures of body and some foods, alcohol and cigarettes.

3. In the Solar Plexus chakra you can attach to money, success (image of success), career, being on the top, social status, your children. Also most food addictions (bread, sugar, meat) are in the Solar Plexus and alcohol.

4. In the Heart you can attach to your friends, relationships, people you love and care. (Here also you can have unhealthy attachments) Feeling of jealousy and being not in control of someone.

5. In the Throat chakra you can attach to opinions of others, judgements and criticism (fear of judgement), to expectations or the way people speak to you. Here you can attach to chemicals, smells, perfumes, toxic elements.

6. In the Third eye you can attach to (form energy cords) to your own believes and self-believes, programs – but here it relates only to you!

Healthy attachment requires awareness, self-love, self-respect and times of detachment (or being alone).

All attachment create energy cords from your energy field (for example heart, or Solar plexus area) to the same energy points in another person (or it can be to object or place).

Depending on your own level of awareness, spiritual cleanness and self love, you can create healthy attachment (cords) with another, or unhealthy attachment.

Most of the unhealthy attachments are based on sub-conscious traumas, negative emotions (in childhood), blockages, which you created during traumatic experience in the past (or in past life).

Therefore, the first thing to do to remove a negative cords (attachments) is to address childhood trauma or painful memories.

The second thing is to work on energy cords cutting and forgiveness with your mother and father.

The third thing to do is to set yourself free from energy cords with other people (places, objects of addiction), especially with your past intimate relationships.

Then you can sense the energy cords and see what kind of attachment you have with current partner or in other relationships.

Positive attachment looks like radiant string (or stream) of light in special colour from your energy to the energy of another. The unhealthy attachment looks like dark (black) cord or like dark cobweb from your energy field to the one of another person.

Attachment (addiction, obsession) from Energy perspective (channeled) -I

 

In this article I channel message from Archangel Jeremiel about attachments and energy cords and what do we need to know about them. (Part I) ★

              What is attachment?

Attachment is energy formation of specific cords and connections between two people, between people and places or between people and objects. (for example money and food, or person and his home, person and another person). 

We attach to other people, places, objects or believes almost always because they give us feeling of safety, security, nurturing, comfort, or as a form of resistance and escape from a painful situation.

   ★ Attachment is formed only to our image of specific person, place and not to the real authentic person. That happens because with the time we build a program” in our mind to work with this concrete image. (Therefore we could say that attachment is programmed, but not existing on a soul level).

Attachment can give us sense of emptiness or feeling of missing something or someone, but not for the wholeness of it, but for special parts of it that give us the sense of comfort, safety, nurturing or escape. That`s what makes attachments partial and not whole.

In other words, this person, (place or believe) of attachment is programmed to fill in an “energetic gap” within us. This gap can exist on emotional, mental, spiritual level. Most of the attachments are formed as energy cords from our emotional body to the emotional body of another.

So, the deeper cause of attachment is found in the emotional field and state of emotions, (which is even more complex because it includes past lives and childhood emotions).

From energy perspective, there are healthy and unhealthy (draining) attachments. All of them work in the same way as program to fill in certain energy gap” within.

Unhealthy attachment is the one that creates negative energy cords and programs which take away energy flow, or damage our sense of self-esteem and personal power.

Some common things related to attachments are – putting expectations on someone or something, need to control others, judgement and self-judgement. These energy cords can form only in your etheric body with your physical chakras – and especially with Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Throat, Heart.

Attachment can happen through dark energy cords, which function to drain energy from the auric field of someone; also through entities, viruses (which are form of entity).

When you are attached to someone you connect with him with “energy imprint” – that means he leaves special energetic imprint (signature) in your field, and usually you have also your energy signature in his field.

That signature can look in different way, it can be certain colour, vibration, pattern or texture. (for example it can be like energy chains, or stars or triangles or waves). The signature makes your attachment positive or negative (unhealthy).

Negative attachments can vary in size of the energy cord – the more time you are connected to a person (object) the stronger this energy signature is, and the thicker the cord will be.

When you have unhealthy attachment, you will feel more negative emotions, which drain from your sense of empowerment. If this is to a person, you can notice how you feel during and after the time you spend with this person? What is your emotional and mental state? What do you feel while you are with him? Do you feel tired, exhausted or feeling headache, anxiety or strange sadness after that? (The same questions you can ask if you have attachment to certain food, object, place or activity).

Negative attachment will always have negative emotional expression later like: anxiety, tiredness, depression, anger, drain, sickness, frustration, body discomfort.

You just need to clarify what exactly is the source that drains your energy and why do you give him the power.

The strong forms of attachment which makes you feel “insatiable” with the time are called addiction” or obsession.

Obsessions are always unhealthy attachments and they have not easy way out, only by cutting completely the access to the object (person, food…) of the obsession.

Obsession always gives your power away to the person (object) you are obsessed with.

For example – obsession to food – it will have control over you, of you are obsessed with “dark movies”, chemicals, cigarettes, alcohol, sex, the desire to have them is stronger than your own inner power, so they have complete control over you.

But on a soul level you always have the divine power and you can not be controlled.

Neptune transit into Aries -New era of Spiritual warrior ( Insights with the help of AA Azrael) 🌍

 

This is a message that I channeled with the help of Archangel Azrael, angel of transition, death and rebirth, who came strongly at this time. ★

We are in immense shift of consciousness and going through the cosmic portal to higher dimension on this planet. In year 9 -2025 – one of the power planets is Neptune and another influence we will have from the Lunar North node (currently in Pisces).

All that changes represent karmic cleansing on all levels, especially planetary – purging and releasing the old programs of consciousness and stepping into the new Light frequencies. This is a huge transition marking the end of a cycle for the Sun system and earth, and beginning of a new era.

   ★Neptune is related to oceans, deep water, soul memories, connecting you to the past of Atlantis, Lemuria, lost ancient civilizations, ancient wisdom, hidden aspects of self, spiritual expansion, energy work, the whole sub-conscious energy of the  earth. 

Neptune is tuning us as a collective into our deep dreams, fears and illusions (delusions), to our collective sub-consciousness, expansion of energy body, Astral body, crown chakra and angelic connections. 

 Because this is the planet deep waters, higher consciousness, emotions, creativity, music of the soul, you will feel that transition in Aries strongly for the next 9 months, and it will have impact in many layers of your soul. 

Your natal Neptune shows your own spiritual journey, past lives, mission on earth and inner awakening of the soul. This is planet of slow motion, so don`t expect to rush through life experiences, but rather they will unfold in their divine time. 

With this planet moving out of Pisces all souls undergo deep karmic cleansing and releasing of old identity, believes or mind programs.

Your emotional and spiritual bodies are going through huge expansion, awakening and tranition. Now you can feel you are in a liminal space -between two very different versions of reality. That doesn`t mean if you feel heavy or unsettled you are in the "dark timeline". But pay attention to the signs around you. 

That process can feel like death and rebirth for many, becoming your new Self, like absolution in cosmic waters, then emerging into the  cosmic Fire of Aries.

  As the fire sign - Aries represent our inner warrior, the leader, also self-awareness, self-love, self-discovery. Many of you will start to feel urge to achieve more dreams and goals, to make spiritual practices priority in your daily life, to have deep connection to your own identity and desires and how can relate to this world.

On a planetary level this new beginning will be turbulent and will shake up the layers of the earth in many corners. You can witness unpredictable events related to war and violence and slavery, and natural disasters. You will realize more the urgent situation of the planetary waters -oceans, seas, lakes, rivers and the importance of keeping them clean. You will experience toxic elements in the water and threats of diseases you havent seen before.

But Neptune in Aries is quite brave and optimistic, as it moves with the primal fire – so you can trust yourself and that you are able to overcome all obstacles with your inner light.

Another aspect of this transition of Neptune is separation and division. We are moving out of oneness into world of more separation created by unhealthy ego. This is real on your physical reality, and in the vibration you are collectively.

But many souls are now moving into higher vibrations since 2017 (and since 2008). 

 People of the light will feel passionate, motivated to share their spiritual wisdom with others, to be part of the collective light warriors. Many souls will start to receive clear messages and guidance from spirit and angels.

They will take active steps on their spiritual path in this new cycle , and many will realize and walk on the path of their dreams and goals.

Being a warrior and standing for yourself is not easy at all, so this transition will not be smooth. You should be prepared for tumultuous times and battles (of the old and new), also battles of the dark powers to control your mind and collective life plan.

As Neptune enters the sign of Aries – divine warrior, rebirth – we need to look into the movement of Mars (planet of Aries). Its position will be quite significant for this whole cycle. (as now Neptune and Mars are connected like souls).

If your natal Neptune is in fire sign -then this transition will be very activating, significant and can lead to multiple life changes, (depending on your Aries house). You will move forward on your spiritual path and follow your passions, you will let go of fears that were holding you back from accomplishing your dreams, you will dismantle many old programs and layers of your previous identity.

The new moon (Solar eclipse) in sign of Aries creates major celestial Vortex of ruby red and golden light, opening with the huge energy shifts on many levels. All souls will feel that shift, as it is bringing deep inner transformation, realization of truth, revelation of something hidden and alignment to your highest life path.

This activation-meditation is channeled with the assistance of my angels and arch. Nathaniel – angel of ruby flame and embodying your divine purpose. You can use this meditation for the New moon in Aries or during the whole Aries season. 

             Prepare your space 🔮

You can cleanse the space with any incense – Paulo Santo, sage or lavender. Light up 3 red candles on your altar (or in the south corner of the room, as south represents fire element). Then you can play any soothing music or Tibetan bowls as a background for the activation.

      Calling on AA Nathaniel and the ruby flame angels ★

Now sit quietly in any comfortable position, breath and out slowly 4 times, holding your breath at the top. Then you can say in your mind the following invocation:

“ We call upon arch. Nathaniel and the angels of the Ruby flame to be here now and surround me with ruby light of protection, love and devotion.” Stay still for a few moments and visualize or feel the energy of ruby flame surrounding your entire body.

Archangel Nathaniel is placing around you shining pyramid of ruby light of devotion, passion and protection.

Aries Season -Planets, Portals, Crystals ♈

 

This Aries season is opening with the energy of equinox on 20 March (spring in the northern hemisphere and autumn in the southern), it brings us to new higher energy levels as we connect to the crystalline core of the earth and feel the energy shift. 

Aries, as all cardinal signs, ushers new beginnings, initiation, rejuvenation, taking the first step in your direction, leap of faith, determination and boldness. This is the time of initiation of the warrior of Light within each of us.

As a first fire sign, it represents optimism, going for what you want and being comfortable with who you are at the core level.

As we work with our inner fire in the Root and Solar Plexus chakra, now is the time for change, transformation, realization of your potential, and being in the flow.

(See in your natal chart in which house is Aries, this is the place of your initiation and new beginnings and excitement.

As we are in the eclipse season too, this initiation is most probably in your Soul contract (destined). Pay attention to any new people, places or creative ideas that you have.

There are strong energy downloads and light codes that we receive for about 2 weeks after the Spring equinox (Ostara), then there is powerful Solar eclipse in Aries which sets the tone for soul awakening to the greater purpose (29 March).

Notice how you feel at this time and observe if you have restlessness or anxiety, and what triggers these feelings?

Observe what events can make you out of your comfort zone.

On 26 March Mars is the square to Chiron asteroid, some childhood traumas or wounds in relationship with your parents can come to surface to be healed.

On 13 April we have the radiant full moon in Libra, illuminating our romantic relationships, partnerships and our relationship with ourselves. Ritual, meditation and Crystals for the Full moon in Virgo 🌖

 

Light up 3 white candles on your altar or space. Focus on 3 negative qualities or emotions, or 3 memories that you would like to let go.

You can write these 3 emotions or qualities on a separate papers or in your notebook; Then sit in stillness and focus on the flame of candles. Imagine how you are burning these emotions one by one on the candle fire. (You can do this in reality if you wish!).

Then breath deeply a few times and imagine a beautiful orb of light green or sea foam green light in your heart. This orb becomes bigger and more shining as you breath. When you breath out, see how you release black smoke from your heart and body – this represents your negative feelings and thoughts, they are leaving you.

Stay here for a while. Then feel the presence of Archangel Sandalphon with you. She sends to you healing turquoise and light green light, you can see how this light enters your heart, mind and circulates in your whole body, all your inner organs and blood.

See the turquoise light entering your head, flowing into your brain and mind, into your nervous system, moving into your neck, throat and Thyroid gland, into your chest, lungs, heart, into your back, all bones and tendons, then flowing into your stomach, liver, intestine, colon, bladder, kidneys, your sexual organs, cleansing and healing each organ one by one. This is light of divine healing and purification, which happens on your etheric body with the help of your angels and guides.

See this light flowing down your left leg and your right leg, moving like a river through you, and encompassing your being totally.

You see now a huge sea foam green and turquoise ball of light around your body and aura. Feel its protection, love and support… Stay here and breath in the energy for a while. The turquoise and golden wings of Sandalphon are embracing you with warmth and security.

Now you can ask you angels and arch. Sandalphon a specific question or to give you guidance for your path forward. Just let go of expectations, be still and listen with your heart. You will receive the special message now…

You see in your heart sphere of divine sea foam green light and in it appears the symbol of flower of life. It has shining golden light and with it you receive light codes of activation of your highest potential, wisdom and manifesting into the physical world.
