What is social anxiety?

 In this article I`ll observe shortly about the term Social anxiety, what common imbalances stay behind it and what are the root causes of it. 1. part. 

    This is phenomenon, closely related to human subconscious pattern and mind, connected with society, environment and cultural behaviour. Anxiety, as well as most destructive emotions (negative) have their primal imprint in the supressed feelings, emotions. There are many reasons for social anxiety, but the main pieces of puzzle, that show something is likely to become wrong, are connected with:

-       Supressed feelings and emotions

-      Being unable to express your desires and needs

-      Beings unable to figure out the reasons for your mistakes/ failures

-      Supressed or unwanted communication with others

-      Being exposed to too much criticism from others

-      Being exposed to harsh environment

-      Living long time in unhealthy relationships (habits)

…and many more. Almost all things and psychological imbalances can turn to anxiety, if they are long enough hidden.

      The key here is to reveal the hidden issue or situation that is reason for your imbalance. There is always a reason, but anxiety has roots exactly in hidden aspects of Self. Hidden negative aspects and emotions that the Self has supressed, in order to escape from a painful experience.

      That’s why the topic of social anxiety can be viewed in very wide perimeter. All things related to imbalance in organism of society can be connected with it. Society is a structure that is changeable and fixed in the same time. It includes component like social values, laws, behaviour, communications, restrictions, rules. It contains all that components on level of family relationships (family as a singular structure of particular society), religious and cultural aspects (religion or culture as regulating some social values), and wide social connections (including work environment, people, country laws, effective institutions). All of these circles are related to the bigger Sphere of social organism.

     Just individual alone is in status “free”, if he viewes only himself, separately from society. He has status “separateness” , singularity, individuality. In this way all individuals in one society are: 1. From one side determined as “separate” free individual elements, that have complete form (of the Soul -Body-mind). 2. From another side they are also little pieces from the bigger puzzles of social components – Family, work, society, country, culture -religion. That’s how each individual in this world is in fact “not free”, but can seek for his freedom a priory. His freedom is inner value of individual, but he is never free in reality -out of his personal values and desires.

Now as this article is dedicated to Social anxiety, I want to observe that condition, in light of that state of not-freedom, or restricted state of individual.

As I mentioned, society is big organism with many components, but it`s made up of millions pieces of individual souls (body-mind). So everyone, each soul put his stamp in the bigger picture of Society. People made family, companies, houses, institutions, laws, countries, environment, planet. So all of that components are connected all together like net. That is quite important.

     Individuals are living between each other, they are here in order to connect, to have effective/ or not effective communication, and to learn from each other.

     All systems that we live in, are based on principle of Society and Groups of people. That means individuals are chained as elements of that Societies since their early age – family, kinder garden, school, university, work, institutions, traveling. All kind of activities we make and intend are always -related to others. Even when we just buy things from market, shop we have to connect with the seller or owner. Its another question if this connection will be effective, positive or opposite. But it is there, we need to face others.

That is so, because in these social existence and connection is one of the main purpose of human life and meaning. Even people who are with special status – and accepted as “out of society” souls, like monks, nuns, hermits, or people that are on different spiritual practices, are also not away from society. They are connected together, also they are more or less connected with social religious values, rules, with obligations, and living necessities.

 People or individuals are like chain – everyone`s feelings, intentions, mindset, values, obligations, desires, actions, non-actions – affect others on that chain. Immediately. So that is in fact creating non-freedom. As freedom is a concept related more to Mind and soul, but cant be related to earth life, so its concept of illusion. Your mind can be free to imagine that you travel to many places, but for making that travel work in reality, you need to put more efforts and go through many social procedures.

That means also the non-freedom is not only created, but it`s here (earth plane) by purpose.

Social anxiety is closely related to that non-freedom existence. We are all free as individual souls, and in the same time we are not free or specially restricted as social elements. The existence of society as whole organism suggests the stamp of restrictions. That doesn’t mean we are not free still – as that is given to our soul essence a priory. But our freedom is also restricted from being in this body, and more from participating in social circles, social obligations, country.

    Some of the things that one country impose on all citizens are regulations, laws, and restrictions. They are related to all aspects of life without exception – for going to school, paying taxes, taking care of environment, having a flat, living under rent, having a car, using transportation….all these aspects are related with social regulations. They are also part of the individual non-freedom, even if they look like they are creating freedom.

The truth is a freedom created by someone (government, or institutions), is illusionary one. That is not the freedom as birth right. The country may aim to contribute to improvement of all aspects of life, but in reality that will happen only with more regulations and laws, more restrictions. Because that’s how society works.

Structure of the Universe -IV (central sun)

In the first part I explained – with help of my angels and arch Raguel –the main patterns of universal structure and balance. What is amazing in the whole picture –from outside and inside for me is:

-      that the whole matrix plan and universes look like giant clock mechanism with exact and very precise particles, that play role in the whole;

-      that each aspect of this giant mechanism has structure with limited (exact) constant numbers, that are related in special ways and relevant to each other (for example number of universes –[ code 8 888’ 888’ 000 active), number of Souls appointed for earth mission and cycles of incarnation 22 500 000’ 000;

-         Each matrix has special laws and has center and spiral (nautilus) form that does not change.

To have approximate image on how many angels are appointed to each human souls (including shifts and people with changing spirit guides and angels) we should multiply the number of souls by x 5 times. This is not exact, but approximate number. Something more I want to add. If each active universe of type Un-A, Un-B and Un-C is transforming and with limited cycle of life, the matrixes are not changeable, they are constant and stay in time eternally. The same is valid for angelic planets –they are eternal, and stay the same.

More about universes and the role of mandalas, shapes for the whole process. Each core of the universes (of type Un-A, Un-B, Un-C) has central Sun-core, that is the actual “fuel” or divine sparkle of all plan. This sun-core is covered from outside with spinning sphere of special matter, made of perfect spinning spheres (three) within each other. These spheres are spinning “clockwise” –or opposite of the general movement of the matrix. These spheres are made by high vibration Mandalas (flowers, leaves and natural forms shapes, interlacing in them; within their structure these mandalas hold complicated “crystal grids” that interact with the Core of the Sun. The central Sun has three layers (as each other sun or star – one is high vibration core (made of divine plasma –crystal, from the element of the central Sun or divine element), then second layer of special plasma that has another crystal structure, and then the surface made by much colder matter even if it looks like “melt” or radiating strong energy. Radiation is part of its mission, but such “Sun” has also limited life-cycle if it is situated in “active universe” from any type.

    So the inlayed crystal grids” around the central sun(s) is the actual “program” of the whole matrix, that keeps all different “records” of more codes and programs for the whole structure and for each universe type-A, B or C. This crystal grids are not archives. They are program – similar to computer “programs” but with exact and unlimited cycle. They hold keys of exact time and space of universal “end cycle”, of new "beginner” universe in inactive state, and codes for all angelic universes. Some of these programs and codes repeat in each level – or in depth – in Matrix –type-A, B or C. In such way universe has very strong system. These are crystal grids with program for 1. protection and safety (black and red), for “restart”, for cleansing, for accepting a new universe; for activating universe; for “deleting” universe or making it empty of life-forms. (Sounds like a giant and perfect computer).

    The crystal grids, within mandalas and spheres (three inside each other) are constant and does not change. What changes is the movement –in periods, when the empty universe occur or when Un should be “ended” there is a specific slow movement of the whole matrix and the central core slow down its movement with very little. But because of the giant mechanism of all this “little” slowing of the core moves the “time-space” which result is specific time-space “shifting” –which is valid for all universes. That is like a counter that the whole universes within all matrixes and central suns are “shifted” or moved little closer to the core. This time space shifting is valid for all layers and it is “followed” in the same moment from high expansion of the whole and from coming in of New [ inactive ] universe; in the same time also another shift happens –one universe [whole matrix] becomes active. This process is absolute, that means –even it seems amazing! – that all life-forms in all universes types A, B, C, occur simultaneously and at One exact moment (but this “moment” is actual for the whole, but for life-forms will appear is slower and slower movement, which we call time. That’s why from human perspective the universal life doesn’t not appear “simultaneously” but in different time-periods; but in reality they are born in one time. 

The crystalline grids and mandala spheres move in certain temp (exact rhythm that does not change), they are also “upgraded” from themselves in exact periods of time. These spheres generate energy that is protective and cleansing for the whole Matrix and all universes. In this case we are assured that nothing out of the “programs” will appear. These spheres of protection give each universe specific codes –like parameters, cycle of existence, functions, life-forms expansion; life cycle of the living mindful and non mindful forms. Each active universe has exact program for life-cycle (which wont be given now). Angelic universes and the matrix-sun (central of spiral) don’t have life cycle and are eternal. (that doesn’t mean they are “constant” because they grow and evolve in another ways, but not “moving” in the same pattern.)

I want to mention also, that when universe of any type is prepared to “end” or die, it should be empty first from all living forms. Then there is a period of slow motion of this universe and it stops to expand. (which is very hard for me to explain here, because even it stops expansion, from inner” perspective expansion will continue for a “while” because of the fast spreading particles which continues from before.) Then what happens is: all of the Sun and star systems of this universe, and all galaxies connected with mindful (meaningful) life forms will stop their active existence. That means it will be phenomena, that will look like explosion, of suns that where active. Another scenario of the active suns (systems) is to become inactive or cold stars. In such way they prepare the universe for its final phase. In the final phases all sun systems will become inactive –cold or will have star explosion. In the final process the central sun will work as a giant magnet with super high force that will pull inside all the sun- cores back to itself. (As these cores belong to it from beginning of universal creation). Other universal element will “disappear” and will have giant energy dust “cloud” that will be dispersed outside of the matrix and assimilated by the white (void) matter.  This is all process explained as much as “is possible” for a limited human mind.

Structure of the Universe -III

    The interesting clue here is –there are exact number of universes, which is constant and doesn’t change. That is usual pattern for all universal laws. All things are exact number (because this is the clock mechanics to hold the energy balance within without failures), and each time one universe ends, another is “born”. (above in second part- I already described the process of birth from the 22 000 intensive white core-eggs, swimming the a void or empty space). This birth of new energy spheres and their division in 2 parts ( each part then separates again in 2 and again in 2), that means totally 8 universal spheres – looks like biological “amoeba” - one cell organism, that changes its shape and moves. 

    Some qualities of the matrix – one that are from the most “outer” picture – 22 000 eggs divided in 1000 groups by 22 egg-matrix – these matrix is not “spiral” but has very special shape of spheres within spheres with central egg. The energy of egg is magnetic, but “pushing” to outside. So the spheres are also expanding (like air) but very slowly.

    The Matrix inside them are number 7, 9, 12, and they have giant central Sun which has different color and different kind of purpose. The color of this core will be repeated in the color of all central Suns through all others “inside” universes (of type Un-A, Un-B, Un-C) and this suns have quality of magnetic “pulling” or attraction of all universes and energy forms (except the angelic universes);

Some more information on that – there are sophisticated “copies” or mirrors of Universes, that are records” of meaningful parts of life forms in universes, responsible for expansion. I think this is a giant mechanism of security – that whatever happens the meaningful life forms will be able to be safe and make the expansion. These copies are not for all and their number is [ 5 500’ 000’ 000 ] Copies have separate existence of the “original” to the degree that they both have separate life in separate “dimension” or world that is in totally different universe. This is can be called also “Twin galaxy” because resembles our galaxy. The copy is only one and it is of ethereal plane and of our astral body –not of our physical body! (many people have totally different or I would say “wrong” views on the idea how many copies” people have and how?)

    Something else – for the earth existence and process of expansion, the souls are also limited number. That means total souls appointed for the earth cycle are 22 500’ 000’ 000 souls. These souls of course will be impossible to live “at one time” on earth. Part of them are in lesson here, other part are in lesson in angelic Spheres. So the part that is here is growing with too fast temps –for that is particular reason. Every time when we are facing special moment/ process called “ascension”, souls start to come on earth and participate in this process. The more souls are born, the more opportunities (and faster) will be the ascension.

So now the worlds population is 7 500 000’ 000; The souls from earth (means old souls that repeat many times incarnations here) can be max. the number 9 900 000’ 000 billion. That means – how population will increase so much by predictions and will reach above 10 billion in year 2090? Surely that can happen, because many alien humanoids have huge interest in participating in earth ascension. Such ascension process gives big points and benefits to the soul after, and faster finishing of more missions. That’s why many aliens will be pulled to come to our planet. In such way we` ll have big population and strong imbalance of all possible natural recourses. The planet will be in need of help and suffer. Sadly these are the times for huge cataclysm and natural disasters. Newton predicted the year 2050 for final for the earth existence (and apocalypse). In reality the year cant be predicted accurately, as there are many changes depending on us. What I can see is in between period of years 2060 -2070 will be many natural disasters – mainly from volcano eruptions and multiple earth quakes that will be enormous and will change the landscape of Earth to some extend. But – don’t think they will mean total destruction of all people. That wont happen, big number and groups of people will die, but many will stay and suffer the bad consequences.

   I want to add here only, that the angelic universes were created in the “beginning” before other pattern, so there have another laws, are constant, and changeable, but eternal. They are so, because their frequency is almost equal to the core-vibration, which has similar values. So angels universes don’t move, but they are like “planers” and “watchers” or programmers of other universes and participate in all life actively. Their universes are always close to the center of Spiral and in each spiral (of un-A, Un-B and Un-C) are angel groups. These groups have multiple missions and tasks that are too hard to explain all.

    Earth is situated in the active Universe, which is within Orange central sun (that means the Un-A that moves in outer sphere and is first one has orange Sun). That’s why we can call this universe Un-A-Orange –within one of the 22 000 matrix with egg (moving on the seventh level in one of the rays). The Hebrew letter this matrix corresponds is “Dalet”.

Next time I`ll describe the eye-matrix of the universal time-space; places of Akashic records; and mandalas in universal plane.

Structure of the Universe -II (Matrix and spiral shapes)

- Matrix and spiral sacred shape of universes

    The most matrixes of the universal pattern have shape of sophisticated spiral. That means they resemble the form of Nautilus, which has the so called “golden Ratio” of phi. All things contain each other three times and no more. Each matrix looks like giant nautilus (spiral); it is moving and all things are pulled to the core of the spiral. The center of spiral is the magnetic Central Sun of the universe. This central Sun has the intense energy of the Divine sparkle, and contain the Creator` s pattern, program and intention for developing the Universe-A (I will call here the first of the universes matrix –Un-A; the one inside it Un-B, and the one inside it Un-C; the one inside Un-C I call Un-C1 to distinguish it.)

So within there is the following repeated pattern in all universal structure:

-        Un-A is a giant spiral containing 8 888’ 888’ 000 [Universes type Un-B] within; It has central Sun with magnetic energy;

-       Un-B is a giant spiral shape, situated within Un-A, containing exactly 8 888’ 888’ 000 milliard universes and Central Sun;

-        Un-C is a giant spiral containing 8 888’ 888 000 universes type Un-C1, it has central magnetic core-Sun;

-    Un-C1 has a sophisticated movement of spiral parts, its structure is constantly expanding oval, it contains 9 999’ 999 000 galaxies with potential of growth;

-      Each galaxy or sophisticated world of energy has stars and planets with number [ 9 999 000’ 000’ 000’ 000’ 000 ]

So there is a multi-layered structure, that human mind is not easy to “perceive” at once. Each universe is in absolute movement and transformation all the time.

I.                   The process of Universal movement and expansion

Each universe from all types (like Un-A, Un-B, Un-C) is moving once in direction TO the central sun of the Spiral, 2. in direction opposite of the clock 3. Moving towards the end points – means expansion (like a giant balloon, that is filling with air). This expansion and movement to the center (central divine Sun) is characteristic of universal pattern. Another characteristic is that every universe, that is created in a “physical” plane will move according to divine plan from physical (material heavy substance) To light energetic [ ethereal] matter. Or from low frequency to high frequency.

The rule is the following – the more close to the central core-Sun is the universe of any type, the more high frequency it has, and the higher is its ethereal (celestial) level; The more far from the core-sun is the universe, the slowly it moves and expands, the heavier is the matter and lower is the frequency. That’s how the longest living universes are already more expanded, moving fast and near to the center in higher energy levels. And newest universes with heavier and dense matter and moving on the “edge” of the spiral. Now lets see some other important figures.

From total number of 8 888’ 888’ 000 Universes (spirals), totally 1 111’ 111’ 000 are the so called angelic universes; and now from another 7 777’ 777’ 000 universes totally 1 111’ 111’ 000 are “inactive universes”; and others that are left for potential expansion and life are 6 666’ 666’ 000. So the active universes, that are not angelic are this number.

II.                 Types of universes ~

As we said there are totally 1 111’ 111’ 000 angelic universes in each spiral matrix (each universe type); they are also changing and expanding, but they are Constant. That means they are changing, transforming in other ways, but have the quality to be eternal and are never going to die. In such way angelic universes are constantly in the same zone and same celestial plane – around the Central sun-core, as this is the highest vibration zone. The inactive universes are also the same number [ 1 111’ 111’ 000 ] – they are universes relatively new, that stay for some purpose of preparation time without any life-form inside and with very slow process of expansion. The process of expansion is quality of the life energy forms inside universes. They are not so many, but in certain time-space circumstances they become active”, then they contain multiple forms of life and start to expand.

    Other types of universes are called “active” because they are with biggest potential for change, move and growing life forms, expansion; Each of them undergoes a cycle of transformations from “inactive” to “active” and goes from birth to death. That means each active universe is not eternal, but will die; that happens within so huge period of time, that its not possible for the human mind (in this period) to understand it. The universe is traveling on the giant spiral towards the magnetic core –sun, where it will be sucked and pulled very fast within the magnetic Core and will disappear. But there is one important thing – the active universe wont “die” and disappear in the core, while there are life forms on it. It should be empty from all life forms and all “meaningful existence” – then it transforms again into “inactive universe” or “empty” of existence. Just then it will disappear and end. Of course as the number of the active and inactive universes is always the same, when this happens, the sophisticated mechanism immediately makes another new “inactive” universe that is in the periphery of the Spiral to be “active” or filled with life forms.

    In such way we have New inactive universes – or these prepared for bearing life-forms (like in human womb) and old inactive universe, that are already empty of any potential for bearing new life forms. Then their cycle is finished and they die, and are replaced by others active.

    The active universes that are able to expand, grow and transform, are actually the one that bear the heavy, ethereal and high energy forms, which will evolve in cycle. One of them is the universe where we are. Logically from all that appears that human beings and our galaxy and system is relatively new and situated in a new active universe, that is expanding and moving from heavy matter (low vibrations) to fine ethereal plane. That’s why it is quite normal we to have linear time and other organization of dimensions, as the whole universal structure. What we should do is expand the universe by our expansion and going through different frequency levels. Other important thing to not is: the active universes are [ 6 666’ 666’ 000 ] (of course please stay aside from any Devil number interpretation) but this is the number of lower frequencies and heavier matter, that is in state of transformation and change. That means No heavy matter will stay the same (in the same pattern) all the time and also – no heavy matter will be eternal. It has limited cycle (even for us it would look endless) but each active universe is made to end and disappear. That also points out – the end of universe within the high magnetic energy Core-sun is like “fuel” or engine for the whole universal mechanics! That means –without active universes that are going to “end” , there will be no movement and the actual purpose of expansion (existence meaning) will be lost. That’s why active universes are born, grow, transform and die (do you feel any similarities with earth` s life?) Just like the cycle of human beings, universes are heading to process of multi – transformation and multi –expansion.

Structure of the Universe -I

I. in this amazing text I want to give information – with help of connection with my angels – about the complicated patterns and mechanism of the universe. I hope you like and enjoy reading it (even such kind of information doesn’t need to be “proved” yet for human mind, but it is specially given, in order to realize general process of creation)
My text about “Creation of world- Light” and “Creation of world – Darkness” gives allegorical presentation to image of world creation and initial energy source. Here I (my angels) give absolutely amazing, concrete parameters of the universes mechanism, which I didn’t see anywhere.

I.                   Spiral interlacing Universes and energy forms

   First of all I should clarify – there are many Universes, not just one, as well as there are also multiple layers (likes shells) of these Universes. All pattern of these universes is too complicated to be fully grasped by human mind (in this stage), that’s why to me are given exact “packages” and parameters of how the things look like from outer perspective.

Let` s begin explanation of such unbelievable energy of God. The facts that should be mentioned are:

1.     universes are multiple layers, but they are exact number, that is constant and doesn’t change.

2.     Universes are always constantly expanding and growing;

3. Universes have limited cycle of life, so they undergo expansion, transformation and end (death)

4.     Each death of one universe, creates another New universe, that is produced in special way, and start existence. In such way the number of universes is limited and constant.

5.     Universes contain also exact limited number of galaxies, that are always in constant movement (cycle of death and birth); and also constant number of stars and planets, which are also in constant change (death and birth).

6.     Each universe has a high intensity magnetic Core (which is called Central Sun), that contains divine energy and many other parts of the core in forms of star and solar systems.

7.     each universe has a matrix form of Spiral, which contains other energy elements, and it moves from inside out (expansion), and in the direction opposite of the clock.

8.     Each universe has special “copy” of information – made possible with the archives of so called “intensive dark matter” or Black holes.

    Now I`ll explain more details after giving this essential points. As my angels said (amazingly for me), the whole structure looks like giant “clock” mechanism, that has multiple faces. The main principles of why universe is in reality “endless” or “eternal” are: constant expansion of energy and reproduction of new universes. It is like giant birth mechanism; that means, in the space always are born new and new universes with the sense of improving energy movement, frequency and inner structure.

    From the total picture of the puzzle “from outside” there are exactly 22 000 Complicated matrix (or patterns) that are like swimming in a void (non matter); These matrixes have shape of spheres (of course with size that is unimaginable for human mind), and move around a high intensity Core. The core has shape of White light Egg, that has the function to push out the energy form. This is like the “zone of production” or multiplication of the Worlds. Around the core-egg is also a void space, in which there are several Magnetic sacred geometry forms, stars and shapes, which are part of the reproduction process. Its like a giant “womb”, that has special mechanism to produce. Here is the central of New universes. Strangely looks like real process of conception, even not like human one. These 22 000 matrix are divided in 1000 groups, each consisting of 22 (exactly) other Matrixes. (I have to remind here, we look things still from the outer level and not even speak about universes);

    The 22 matrixes are also grouped in special way, which resembles the exact shape of: 1. outer circle (12 matrixes situated like twelve pointed star), middle circle (7 matrixes, situated in the rays of seven pointed star) and inner triangle (made of 3 matrixes in form of triangle). (all these make 22 –which to me looks very close to Kabbalistic shape and corresponds to each letter in Hebrew alphabet). This is just the outer “shape” of the whole. So there are 1000 such groups of 22 matrixes shaped in this same exact way.

How these matrixes look from inside? Each of them, (of these 22 000) has a intensive White core –egg, place of void with sacred geometry energy shapes in different colors, and on the edge of all that void there is a layer, like space “membrane” that divides the inner from the outer space. This membrane is made with quality of relative permeability and in some special conditions it releases newly shaped Universal spheres to come through it in the Outer space. What is in the outer space?

These space looks like giant (as I don’t have another suitable word for that size), circles or spheres within another with space of white energy (which looks like void too, but its with different qualities than the void within the membrane). This “white space” contains more matrixes –or these are the real “centrals” where universes are created and exist. These matrixes are also constant number (that doesn’t change with time), and vary between 7, 9 or 12. The number is exact and not changing with the time. When the core-egg produces by complicated mechanics and with help of sacred geometry energy forms, new “spheres”, each of these spheres becomes with so high frequency, that it transforms to oval shape and then it “pinches” from the middle. In such way the oval divides in two separate spheres. This process repeats three times; each of these spheres are the potential New universes that will go out of the membrane and start new life.

When I say here “universes” I don’t mean at all what we imagine again; I`ll explain now. When this universes are born, the come out with potential of life and gradually (with time and space) become “matrixes”, that are included in cycle of birth –death.
