Emotional body is one of the most important fluid fields of energy surrounding our ethereal layer and physical body (like a cocoon). Emotional body is like space of sky with different clouds of emotions floating around. This body influences and affects the physical body directly and all organs and cells. In another hand, emotional body influences the lower mental body, as they are interconnected.
There are
many important things about the emotions and emotional body you need to be
aware of!
1.
Your emotional body can act as sponge, and feels” the
energy of the environment and people around you. This layer of your aura can
sense the place you are in using your physical and non physical senses (psychic
senses), like clear feeling, clairvoyance, clear knowing. This is the most
sensitive layer of your aura.
2.
Emotional body is connected and affects your feminine
chakras (chakras that hold imprints of divine feminine energy) – Sacral, Heart
and Third eye.
3.
There is interconnection between your emotional body
and your feminine chakras – if one of them is blocked or out of balance, that
will affect immediately the emotional body.
4.
Your emotional body has the ability to “feel” and pick
up emotions as clouds and vibrations from the space around you and from other
people. (even the one you met shortly or for the first time). If you have developed
sensitivity of an empath, you can easily sense the emotions of others (and that
happens naturally, if you don’t have energy protection).
In
this way some empaths can take in the emotions of others as their own. This has
negative influence on the entire field of the empath and makes it more
vulnerable and prone to energy vampires. Empaths can feel more deeply the
negative emotions, so in many situations they need to know how to “shut down”
and protect their energy.
5.
Emotional body is the most vulnerable part of your
energy field. We can see sometimes “energy needles” entities, cords or hooks or
other sharp objects in the emotional body, and we are still not aware of their
existence.
6.
Emotional body needs to be cleansed and healed
regularly, in order for us to be healthy and to function in a perfect way. That
means, you need to be aware of the state of your emotions and practice “energy
cleansing” and meditations for healing your emotions.
7.
The first thing you can do about your emotional body
hygiene is to be very aware of your EMOTIONS. Realize and distinguish which
emotions are yours and which belong to someone/ something else. Be aware and
observe your own emotions, especially the uncomfortable ones (anxiety,
insecurity, sadness, anger, despise) and try to release them and let them GO.
Suppressed emotions can cause damage to your energy field, but also to your
physical body, if they are hiding for too long. In such way they can cause
illnesses and other symptoms that need healing. (Don’t forget that your
emotional body can act like a sponge for energy).
8.
You need to process your emotions , which happens with
time alone, in meditation and stillness, when you focus your attention on
certain emotions and ask questions about them. You can ask these questions to
your inner child, your Higher self, divine feminine or your angels.
9.
Every emotion has roots and reasons for its existence
and every emotion radiates energy.
10. Create a
journal and write about your feelings and emotions daily. This practice will
help you with increased awareness and to remove negative unwanted emotions.
11. Be aware of
the people, places and situations that make you feel uncomfortable like you are
pretending to be someone else” or you are not in safe waters”.
12. Emotional
body cleansing happens with awareness and with different tools you can use
daily.
13. Emotional
body is related to WATER element in your body and water in nature. Therefore
all places in nature with water sources (sea, ocean, river, lakes, springs) are
perfect for healing your emotions and removing smoke” from emotional body. (the
same is valid for water sports like swimming).
14. Another
element that can help to cleanse your emotions is earth. But water naturally
draws away and dissolves negative emotions.
15. Another way
to dissolve and remove negative emotions from your aura is taking a shower or a
bath with sea salt (or herbs and essential oils) in it. Sea salt is wonderful
for cleansing your aura and removing entangled needles of emotions.
16. Sleep and
meditation are always perfect ways to rejuvenate and heal your aura and all layers
of your body – emotional, mental, physical.
17.
Emotional
body state affects directly the following organs in your body – your heart,
blood flow, blood vessels, lungs, thyroid, hormones, reproductive system,
(ovaries), bladder, kidneys, colon, sexual organs; also it affects the right
hemisphere of the brain, and central nervous system. (as everything in universe
is connected, that is valid for your physical and energy bodies).
18. Crystals you
can use for emotional body healing, detox and protection are rose quartz, pink
opal, kunzite, morganite, amber, smoky quartz, carnelian, prehnite, green
aventurine, jade. You can make the following short meditation – place one
crystal for emotional detox by your choice in 4 corners of the room. Then light
up 4 pink candles in the corners of the room and sit quietly. Imagine and feel
magnificent waterfall of divine pink-golden light washing over your body and
emotions, covering you from your head to toes. Stay in this waterfall of light
for at least 10 min, then return slowly to your world.
19. You can say
the affirmations in addition to that: “With the help of my angels and arch.
Chamuel and arch. Raphael I release and let go of any negative emotions, fears,
entities and cords in my emotional body now. I infuse my energy with divine
pink and gold light. And so it is.”
20. Don’t forget
to place your proper energy protection every day. Vizualize deep blue, gold and
violet sphere of light, infused around you. See how these sphere is spreading
around you, vibrating and spinning in one direction. This sphere will not allow
any negative energy, emotions of others or entities to be close to you.
