Energy wheels in the human body

    * In this article I`ll speak about main energy points of human body and I`ll focus on their cleansing, activation and clearing the energy.

    Everyone is concerned these days about what “chakras” are, that they are energy wheels (vortexes) inside specific places in the body, they are moving in the right direction, and look like swirling spheres of light. Also they have a “rings light” spreading out of the body like a disk (looking similarly to planet rings); I see them well as little planets moving and radiating special energy and vibration. Each chakra – or energy “planet” has its unique frequency, vibration, color, light intensity; moreover –something not all people are aware of – each “planet” has a tone, respond to a mantra or inner sound, has additional color of light and pattern. The patterns only can show much about personality, traits and character of the person, his past life events, his attitude and inner emotions; patterns of chakras can also show the weakness and strength of the individual. These patterns are figural, or abstract, but usually include in most people geometric shapes (triangles, pyramids, cubes, stars, circles, spheres, drop-shapes, fish-shapes, half-circles, and much more). Some shapes are sign for imbalance, and some are showing more smooth, peaceful and easy going personality. Shapes like triangles, with sharp angles show a more narrow minded person, who accept an ideology as a truth without questioning, also a character not easy to communicate with, who is intolerant or don’t accept other opinions. Shapes close to circles, drops, fishes and half-circles can show person who likes balance and harmony in all things and strive to achieve inner peace. More cubes and squares and four angles figures in chakra show person who has strong self-esteem, often strives for authority, power and material success. Stars in chakra can show higher mission connected with this chakra, or a weakness that should be overcome. Its not very easy to know these patterns, but you can learn to see them with a practical energy work, the same way as you “see” (feel) the color and vibration of your chakras.

     Except the well known chakras, that in a human body are 7, or 9 (with Earth cakra, under your feet one inch, Soul star chakra – above your head 2 inches) and chakras out of your material body – 36 in number, that repeat the scheme of the main body chakras in higher dimensions and higher realms. Chakras need to be balanced, cleansed and aligned with the energy of our higher self and body, so we experience peace and health. But chakras are not the only energy points in the body.

Since ancient times people know the significance of all energy centrals like: feet, hands, palms, intimate zone (related to Sacral chakra), eyes, ears, nose (related to Vishudha and Ajna chakra), mouth, tongue (related to Vishudha), and hair –related to Crown chakra on the top of the head.
      All these main energy points (include all senses of sight, touch, hearing, seeing, smell)- have to be open, flowing with pure light, and out of attachments and cords. For each of these centers there is a special way to be cleansed and activated. The most effective way is through meditation and visualization. (* I`ll write about these techniques in separate article). But there are many other ways.

      The feet are great central of washing away the negative and dark energies of the body. They are very important part of human body, connected with science of reflexology – system of massage of the feet in special points. It is proven method for relief of inner stress and dissolving negative energy. Another amazing method to be used daily is a foot bath with sea salt and oils. You can choose any essential oil adding to your bath, which will have great relax for your feet, and entire body. You`ll feel the energy moving from down to up with this salty bath. It also makes your skin and foot smoother and more healthy. The same bath with essential oils can be made for hands (rosemary or rose oil, or lavender, add 3 drops in a warm water container and soak your hands in it for 12-15 min) you will feel the warm water drawing out the tension in your palms. Your energy will become refreshed and that will give signals of relaxing to your brain. All kind of baths, washing and swimming is so good and important for the whole body. Its also important to have a bath tube so you can enjoy long detoxifying baths and indulge in this ritual.

      To cleanse the nose there is good yoga method – cleaning the nose from inside by taking in the left nostril clean water and throwing it back from the right nostril. This is important method to cleanse the nose and improve your breathing. You can make effective inhalations for the whole face. Put in glass container hot steaming water with little sea salt and drop of mint oil. Bow above this water and cover your head with towel so that the steam goes into your mouth and not in outer space. Breath and enjoy this refreshing energy for 12-15 min. Then remove the towel and feel freshness of your skin. This also opens and cleanse the pores of your face.

     Wash your hair with warm water containing few drops of rosemary and eucalypt oils. This will rejuvenate your scalp and head, and revive your hair. Then apply on it oils of: macadamia, almond, or coconut, jojoba, grapes seeds, or combination of them and stay a while with it as a mask. (for about 15 min) then wash it away. Make this once in week or 2 weeks.
Soon you will feel improvement in your hair and scalp.
Eyes need to be cleaned with pure (cool) water every once in a while; additionally practice watching a flame of a candle for about 3 min as exercise, and yoga for eyes exercises, that include contracting your eyes muscles and releasing them. A good sleep is essential for the eyes, as well as avoiding long stay in front computers or other devices.

    Mouth wash every day with peppermint oil in a cool water glass for about 1 min every morning and evening. This will take away all bacteria, and give you refreshed feeling in your mouth; the same can be made with lemon oil added to water. Massage of the same parts of the body is also very effective. Massage your feet, hands and palms and fingers, top of your head, neck, shoulders, your face is good to be massaged daily with little essential oil, your ears too. So these are basic ways to clean and purify the energy points of your body – washing, bath, massages with oils, and just simple care.
